Silverado is the community to let your loved ones heal, grow and thrive to their fullest capacity and desire. This is a community of engaged residents and day members of varying abilities. I’m glad we chose this place for my husband’s recovery. Members exercise their mental capacity and physical abilities - all of which feed the development of the brain to help heal injuries and slow the progress of dementia. My husband has been going to Silverado for 6 weeks. He is physically stronger and confident. His gate is stable. His blood pressure has also stabilized. His closed and protective demeanor has changed to sunny and communicative, reminiscent of the person I met so long ago. He is connected and engaged. He actively participates in conversation. He is motivated to prepare for the book club. He actively engages and tries new activities like yoga and painting with the guidance of Silverado’s caring staff on a daily basis. Excellence is the first thing that comes to mind from management throughout the entire staff at Cedar Bluffs. They really care about their residents and provide great food and approach a hospital equivalent level of care. The facilities are beautiful and it's a real family environment. They do a good job of encouraging residents to participate in their enriching activities. The staff loves and really cares about their charges who simply adore their care givers. After looking at the numbers, I found Cedar Bluffs was a great value a true gem.

Autumn Leaves/Oswego is a wonderful memory care facility I visited about 10 facilities and immediately noticed the difference in the way the residents were treated with love and care at this home. They are treated like family. I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

I went and did a walk in tour last week and I was greeted by [name removed] she immediately notice i was in distress and offered me a hug, [name removed] is very kind, I was so happy doing my tour resident was engaged but most of all it was clean, i walk passes a tail man cleaning a room and he smelled at me and i new then i could place my father there.

Wonderful care from a great team! My friend is enjoying the activities , the food and making new friends. I will recommend Provision Hattiesburg to anyone.

Toured facility with [name removed], Exec. Dir. Nicely appointed common areas. Dining room with table cloths. Good menu options and extended dining times. Lots of on site activities and services, e.g. PT, OT, beauty shop, church services, exercise programs, special presentations and free van transportation. Nice each unit has its own balcony. Apartments very small (600 and 900 sq ft); no washer/dryer in unit. Attractive grounds with walking trails. Only an outdoor pool which gets hot in summer.

Walnut Creek is a really nice assisted living and memory care facility. We recently toured here and put a deposit down for my mother-in-laws upcoming respite care. [Name removed] and the staff are friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Walnut Creek.

Wonderful facility! My dad has been there about a year now. Staff takes great care of him. They are always attentive, caring! Professional. The administrative staff always has time for family concerns, especially [name removed] & [name removed]. [name removed] does a great job & activities and engaging residents. Facility itself is beautiful, love the outside patios!

We can't say enough about the loving care all the staff at Autumn Leaves gives to our mom. The atmosphere at Autumn Leaves is very family like. Everyone looks out for reach other. The residence is very bright and cheerful and the staff work hard at keeping the residents engaged with many acitivities we are glad our mom is being taken care of so well when we are not here.

Everything is going really well here. I feel like they are very well equipped to handle people to redirect them. They are able to deal with pets too. The staff is very kind and reachable. I recommend this facility to families that are looking into their options.

This is a very nice as well as a large facility. While my Father was here they offered great food with a lot of options. They had anything that my dad could have wanted. The staff was very friendly and they handled his medical issues and medications very well. He really liked it here and they offered a lot of activities for him to do. Unfortunately, when my dad broke his hip the facility told us that he would not be able to come back because he was too high of a fall risk and he needed more attention than they could offer. I would recommend this facility to other families

My parents have a 1 bedroom here and the attention is phenomenal. They will go and check on them every couple of hours. They have her on medication management which is working out great. T Daddy gets involved in the daily activities and they will try to engage mom to join in also. It is very clean with no odors. The food is good and has a fair variety. It has a very pretty courtyard area. I would recommend this community.

Dad was in this community for a couple of months. He enjoyed being here. The staff was really nice and helpful. It stayed clean in here. They had 3 great meals a day. He would get involved with the daily activities. I would recommend this community.

My Mother was at another facility and we chose this one because it was going to be a step up. I really like how the staff members actually treat her like a person and they are getting to know her. The staff helps her out a lot and her health is improving tremendously. For activities they have country rides, entertainment that comes in, parties, and bingo.

Our experience with Redwood Heights has been excellent so far. The staff has been very helpful, understanding, and responsive. They really do care, and seem like very genuine people. My mother seems to really enjoy the food, especially the breakfast. I also appreciate that they keep her room and bathroom very clean. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. It seemed to be nice and clean. It was a newer building. It was bigger and more expensive. It would have been further from my sister. They seemed professional here. Just not a good fit.

I met with [Removed], Dir of Sales/Mktg. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a full tour of the facility. We are intending to move my mom to this facility as soon as her assessment is completed.

My husband has severe Alzheimer, although he can still walk and communicate somewhat. After having him in 2 of the most expensive memory care, each briefly, my daughter and I discovered paying more doesn’t guarantee the best services. About two years ago, I called Oak Hills and never looked back. Not only were they quite a bit less, the staff were friendly, but more importantly did their jobs above and beyond. [Removed], the Executive Director, excels at ensuring this facility and staff take excellent care of your loved one. It’s a co-ed locked facility and I can promise you, you can rest easy knowing your loved one is having more fun than you! Lots of activities from morning until night. I highly recommend it, and you will be very pleased. I am trusting my love one to their care with only gratefulness this facility is in Tyler. Please don’t place your family member anywhere until you’ve toured this facility first. And you’ll probably save quite a bit of money. There’s not one flat fee...they charge by levels So you won’t pay the same for severe as you do moderate.

Looked at all available such facilities and private homes. This appealed to us the most and we have been delighted with the facilities and staff at all levels. Encourages independence and activities in a safe environment, giving everyone peace mind.

I absolutely recommend this location to other families. The staff here is just great. They’re there just looking out for my mother and everyone else there. It has a very friendly, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. They just got done painting the interior so it looks even nicer. It is very elegant. The facility itself is well cared for; very neat and clean. My mother’s place is nice and cozy. In the process of her moving she had a similar floorplan very much like the condo she was living in. So it looks familiar to her which she liked. There’s always a lot of stuff going on as well. There’s yoga, walking groups, puzzle tables, and there is even a beauty salon on site. There is a 24 hour bistro that you are able to get snacks and coffee. They also offer transportation services that take the residents places every week. They can transport them to doctor’s appointments or just whatever it is they need to do. In the exterior of the facility they have several courtyards that are very pretty. They line around the perimeter with little benches and it is a close walk to the Edmond's Gazebo. All in all, it is a very homey place. There are always people around all the time and they are really kind to everyone.
