Frontier Senior Living

It probably started out as a three, but has leveled out to a four. I don't have anything specific that they do well, or that needs to be particularly improved upon, at this point.

My mom lives here at Bayside Terrace and we could not be happier that she is there. Bayside Terrace feels like home and is a much smaller community rather than the "hotel" feel that others in the area gave myself and my mother. The staff is so friendly, from the tour till now the staff is always top notch. Bayside Terrace is a great place.

Caregivers really are kind and caring. Director, Activities, Marketing are friendly enough. Beautiful place, with very nice decor. Has been lacking cleanliness that last couple months. Our loved one has been there about 7 months and since then there has been a change of Director. The poor Nurses and caregivers are so overworked in all of these facilities. It must be at near crisis point trying to find staff. The caregivers are woefully underpaid - undervalued. That's thanks to the Corporations and their Board of Directors greed more than anything. Back to the facility - they offer a good array of activities and are good about getting the residents to join in. The group here is more active than many we saw at other secure Alzheimer's care facilities. This suits our very active loved one well. Key word being 'secure'. Many in need of the secure places are not as active. It was important to us to have other residents in a similar condition. Our loved one enjoys the food and even the cooks are very friendly.

We moved my loved one in here at Arbor Terrace at Kingwood Town Center. It's nice, as far as I can tell. So far it's working out.

I toured here as I was looking into options. I thought that they were very helpful and informative. I feel like I learned a lot.

They have done very well in terms of communication, keeping me informed of how dad is doing and what all is going on. They have not cut his hair as often as they are supposed to, and they have lost his glasses a couple of times as well. So there are a couple of areas in the care department that can be improved, but overall they are good.

The people at Washington Gardens Memory Care Community were very accommodating. Any time there was a problem they made sure to correct it. One area where I do think they could improve would be a little better communication between the staff and management.

Clayton was great. They could perhaps be a little more attentive to certain small details, distributing some of the duties a little better on the weekends to accomidate the residents. The food is a little on the institutional. That said, we were definitely happy overall. The staff is great, which is the most important thing.

My experience at the overland court senior living has been great. I would recommend them to others looking for options. As to cleanliness, I rate it as five stars. Same on Friendliness, as they are friendly and caring. Overall, i would give them a four plus review rating.

Everything at the Wentworth of Las Vegas is great. Just a little difficult to communicate due to language barrier. In terms of Cleanliness, I think the general areas were kept clean and spotless, but some of the rooms may need a little more attention. General public would not see that, but the patients who live there would.

We looked at this when we were touring. It was beautiful, with beautiful furnishings, but it felt more like a hotel than someones home. Everyone was very pleasant to speak with. The food was wonderful. The memory care unit was so much separated, it was like being in purgatory. You couldn't bring your pets into the memory care. It did seem a little homier on the memory care side, but I couldn't see not being able to bring a pet that they had in another part of the building.

My parent doesn't have to share a room. He's allowed to have a phone, which the other ones we looked at would'n't allow. Staff is great, willing to work with us on Dad's specific needs. The only thing that is difficult is, we came from one one one care for my Dad, to a place where a staff member has a number of residents to care for, so when we call for help for my Dad it can take some time. My Dad is supposed to be supervised when he gets up, and that doesn't always happen. He has a habit of wandering at night, and we're working on it. They had a hoedown that he didn't want to attend. Someone comes in once a week for exercise. The activities director seems to have been out. I haven't seen a lot of activities, and I'm there every weekend. The staff are pretty amazing as far as going out of their way if a resident is having trouble, they'll take the person by the hand. There are a lot of Alzheimer's patients, and I have found amazingly kind of patient. I also like the fact that nowhere does it smell like urine.

Autumn Leaves of Oswego has been good.. my mother has fallen several times in just 6weeks, and because of that, it hasn't been the best experience. Staff has been attentive to her. The facility is very clean. My mom is unable to attend any activities. She must be in recliner type chair and the room where they have activities don't allow for that chair.

This is a really splendid and affordable option for someone that is in the mid-to advanced stages of memory issues. The staff was so patient and attentive. It is not a match for my mom more for living amongst the other residents than the facility. She needs to be with higher functioning folks.

The community is pretty clean, but the personal space could use a little more attention, I would like to see more attention paid to the bathroom and the floor needs to be swept and mopped more often. The staff is very friendly. They were pretty comparable to other places in price. They have plenty of activities. My loved one says he doesn't like the food, and the portions are a little on the small side. We chose them based on our interaction with Sheila.

The community is passably clean. The staff and the value are the best features of the community. The staff is very friendly and it’s a very clean place. The care services and activities are both okay, but there is room for improvement.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. It's a nice looking place, very clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly and professional. The price was on the higher end compared to others that we saw, however.

Overall I think they're doing a great job at Emeritus Estates! It's a nice looking community, and it is generally very well kept and clean. The staff are all very friendly, caring, and professional. The only issue I have is that the staff often seem overworked, they could stand to hire a few more people to ease the burden.

The parking was a little limited. The staff was very nice. It was decently clean. We were happy with the activities that were offered. The food was okay. My loved one wasn’t in this community very long, but it was okay.
