It's quiet, peaceful, clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. We picked this community because our Uncle is quieter and religious.

The nursing staff was excellent. Sometimes we wanted a doctor's opinion, but a doctor wasn't usually available. We needed memory care. This was by far the best value for what we could afford.

There's no reporting system i.e. does my wife participate in activities? That would be helpful to have. The staff at St. Joseph Village seems to truly care about the residents.

The Independent Living community is small, very friendly and clean. More like a home, than a facility. People who work there seem to care and always address Mom by name. The care service is a La carte and very pricey! The business office is always willing to help out with any questions you may have. I don't regret my decision to move Mom there one bit!

For respite care - Overall ok place. Bathroom door didn't close, alert button and room phone didn't work, room facing Main Street, very loud traffic. Management was helpful, but nurse got meds mixed up and almost gave mom wrong meds. Close so friends could visit. Very clean. Bilingual staff. They should have all things in working condition prior to client arrival. I probably wouldn't use them again.

Beautiful facility, many activities to participate in, everyone there is very friendly .

The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful. The negative is that my loved one has pushed her button and had no one come and I've tried to change the meal plan and they just kind of ignore me.

My loved one is currently a resident at Astral at Auburn and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. We moved her here from a different facility where things were not going as well. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are also great. This facility is awesome. My loved one couldn't be happier. I would recommend Astral at Auburn to family and friends.

What we like the most about St. Joseph Village is that it is smaller and personal and we also like how they have bilingual staff members. We would absolutely this community for someone that wants a smaller environment for themselves or their loved ones.

The staff at Village at Mercy Creek is very friendly and they are all kind to my mother. The thing that stuck out most about this facility when we were initially looking was definitely the cleanliness of everything. I would definitely recommend Village at Mercy Creek to others looking for assisted living.

We toured Quartet Senior Living during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was newer and clean. It was also comparable in price, considering the cost of some of the other facilities in our area. However, they seemed a bit lacking in the area of experienced staff.

This is a wonderful place to be at. The staff is so helpful and kind. The residents are cheerful. There are activities for everyone. A bus or van to take us to the doctor and stores.

It is a wonderful place to live, safe, secure, very spiritual, clean & neat, plenty of activities, meals ok, responsive staff, a broad range of care at one facility. I would recommend to other families.

It's been a beautiful transition, from my loved ones condo living. Mostly everyone who lives there, and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful! I have already recommended a couple people to visit for their aging parents. Most importantly, they "check" on my mom twice a day using a medallion (cross) system hung on apt. doors. Also, she loves their dinner food! She's not so happy about continental breakfast. They offer shopping trips, casino outings, bingo, trivia nights, wii games, etc. They offer doctors and hair appointments within the building! Mom is in independent living, but it's nice knowing that when she needs more care like assisted living, it's only a hallway or two away. The place is pricier than others, but it's worth every penny!

This has generally been a positive experience for our family and loved one. There isn't one person I can go to when I have questions or concerns. The have three shifts of staff members providing care, and there is not a consistent person to speak with about my loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are no activities in memory care.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice community but way to expensive for our loved one. However one thing we really did like about The Village is that if a residents ever runs out of money they will not make them leave they will continue to like the resident stay

This is a nice set up and community. It was too far from family.

This is a nice place to live for you or your loved one. This is a good community. They have activities like bingo, rides to different trips to stores and once the weather gets nicer we will probably go on other trips. I like the staff and they are very nice.

Our family had an in person tour and this community is more Catholic orientated, and our mother is neither Catholic nor religious so we just did not think it would be good fit
