Overall the staff is very nice, but the afternoon shift needs more guidance and energy. The room sizes and accommodations in memory care are really nice compared to other facilities that I initially looked at. I would recommend Astral at Franklin to others who are looking for care for their loved ones.

I have all positives about Mercy Creek. The staff is always friendly, calls the residents by their name in the hallway. The food is excellent. I even met the Chef. They really enforce COVID protocols. It is a non-profit. They have a daily activities calendar. Painting, movies, guest speakers, they also have an activities coordinator who send me periodic updates on what the residents are doing

Addolorata is perfect for my aunt!The staff is wonderful and the residents are happy. Very positive experience. We were looking for a Medicaid facility that would accept her level of assets, in the event she had to go into assisted living. We were so happy to find a compassionate, clean, nice facility. The fact that it is Catholic sealed the deal.

The food is outstanding. You order off a menu like in a restaurant with real silverware and dishes and tablecloths. They are also very covid conscious. They have comfortable rooms with your own bathroom that is accessible. The facility is also very clean. I would recommend Franciscan Village to others, but I do not know if they have any openings right now.

When you walk into Astral at Auburn, It's like walking into the very best hotel. The food smells delicious. They have a locked medicine cabinet in each room so that residents have their own medicine available, and the activities make my mother very happy, especially shopping. No nursing home atmosphere with very spacious apartment size rooms.

This community has exactly what our loved one needs and what our family was looking for. Our loved one was able to move into a fully furnished apartment which was great. The staff members have been so friendly and so attentive. Our loved one is in a safe community, he is able to go to mass everyday and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

What we love about The Village at Victory Lakes is the staff team - they are so friendly, workable and were very understanding of our families situation. During the beginning transitions and while we were making all of our situations they were very responsive to our questions. The activities for the residents are great, and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
