WE toured for my aunt and loved the home-like feel. Everyone we met was happy and kind. The chaplel was a peaceful, beautiful place.

Astral at Auburn has been a really good community so far, and the head nurse [name removed] has done a really good job. The community is always clean - and when a mess does occur someone is always right there cleaning it up. The staff are wonderful and are so caring, the two ladies that look after our loved one have done such a great job keeping an eye on her and staying on top of the correct medication and no overdosing to where she is just a zombie. There are staff always on site. There is a physical therapist and speech therapist we are taking advantage of and sometimes due to our loved ones memory loss speaking and physical movements might be tricky - we really appreciate all the work they put in

They caught any illness quickly and acted to treat it. They can improve on housekeeping a bit. I picked this community because, I felt they would be better able to cope long term with my loved one and they had a high rating with the state.

The Ancora memory support was extremely helpful and kind and everyone did a great job. I would definitely recommend Mount Alverna Village to other families.

This beautiful facility has a welcoming lobby, a protected/shady court yard, and numerous activity and meeting spaces. The friendly staff knows everyone's names and are most helpful. The Life Enrichment Director and assistant offer a nice variety of activities for the residents. There is a staff-operated van for field trips, shopping, or doctor appointments. A great feature of MC is the ability to tailor their care services to each resident.

It was a short lived experience but a great experience. The community is immaculately clean and did not have any fowl odors. The staff were extremely friendly and they made our loved one very comfortable.

Through the several difficult changes, the quality of the operation has been top notch over the long haul.

Their process of talking with people on the way in, was very attentive and caring. We haven't experienced anybody along the way, on the way in, or while my dad has been there dealing with any kind of curveballs (like receiving Amazon packages), who's been nothing but terrific, cooperative, caring, and attentive. I would recommend Mount Alverna Village to others, and I've been vocal in sharing my feedback on social media about their community.

The intake staff and process was very good, the direct care staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We did have to inquire on somethings, somethings were not initiated on their part but overall it is a very good facility and based on the experience we had we would recommend them to other families

We think our friend is getting good care there, and they're getting her settled in well. There were a few glitches when they first started out because they were so new, but everything seems to be under control now. The staff is good, so that helps. I would recommend them to others.
