Our family had an in person tour and this was a top alternative for us. We were very impressed with the facility itself and they seem to have an active activities program and the activities director seem very energetic

The location was perfect for where we needed our mother in law to be in proximity to our family. When we went for the initial tour visit everyone was really friendly and our mother in law actually saw two people that she knew from years ago that were actually residents there which was a definite impact. Also the availability for outdoor space as far as a balcony was an absolute must.

This place truly is 5 stars! Our mom adores living here - and tells all of us that every day! She is busy as a bee, with her schedule of classes, activities and celebrations. Her apartment is the perfect size, with weekly housekeeping and a warm, homey feel. The dining room is truly spectacular, with the nicest staff, huge selection (seafood, fish and all!) to choose from and delicious! Our mom has rides provided to her for her doctor appointments, grocery store visits, and other places that she would like to visit. Her apartment has a wonderful porch to sit and play games on, a beach across the street, and a beautiful pool on the water behind the building. All of our family members just love to visiti!!! What's not to love! There is even a physical therapy center on site. Thank you SO much to the warm, caring staff at Five Star for taking such wonderful care of our mom. We, as a family, are forever grateful.

We are very happy with everything so far and things are working out great. The staff are super friendly. We take our dad out a lot and visit a lot. When we come back at night sometimes we do have to wait for someone to let us in. They do have a lot of activities provided in memory care such as arts and crafts, they try to do ice cream socials, bowling with blow up pins, entertainment that comes in, service animals weekly, etc. so they are definitely staying busy. They provide calendars of weekly activities so we know what is going on. My dad gets his hair cut and nails trimmed every couple of weeks so they are taking good care of him. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Heights to others.

From the initial tour we were sold on Morningview, the whole atmosphere of the community just really stood out to us. We highly recommend this community to anybody. When we were leaving the community after our tour a gentlemen was coming in with some grocery bags, we stopped him and asked him politely if he was visiting a family member. He proceeded to tell us yes and that how every community has its flaws, but out of his experience this has been by far the best community. That helped us make our decision. Our loved one did not come willingly as most do not, but after about a month our loved one told us thank you for moving her here. At that moment we knew we made the right decision. She is thriving and doing thing we had no idea she would want to do. She has really come out and has made so many new friends. She plays bingo, she participates in their sewing classes, and flower arrangement. They take the residents out on day trips. They have so many different activities that appeal to all the different residents there. She says the meals and dining service is great. This community is as close to perfect as you can get. We looked at other communities in the area and the value here is the best you can get, it is pretty reasonable. At the center of the building is a beautiful park and the surrounding grounds are always well maintained. The residents are able to sit outside in the sun or under their gazebo. They also have a lot of trees and flowers

Legacy Heights is the correct place for our loved one. There was a delay getting her moved in due to a wound that needed to be healed so we haven't experience much. However the head nurse came with us to every single important to get updates on how the wound was healing to see if they were able to get our loved one moved in to the community since they are not able to take a level 3 wound. The wound healed significantly and we were able to get our loved one moved in. They have exceptional services, and we are just blown away. They are very responsive and all the staff seem to be on the same page. The staff and residents are all super friendly.

I encourage others to move to The Palms at Fort Myers, it is great. The staff and residents are wonderful. The staff are terrific to work with if I have any questions or concerns. The apartment, housekeeping, two meals a day, changing of linens, activities, satellite and, electricity are included in the monthly fee. The food is good, and we have a new food service. The breakfast is really good. There is always some type of activities going on for the residents to choose from. Dominos, card games, cornhole, presentations, bowling, outside entertainment, and more are some of the activities available. There is transportation available if needed.

So far it has been a good experience, our mother is really loving it there. The staff is wonderful, and the location is great. They are working on improving the meals, but there are plenty of activities going on. During the holidays they decorated for Thanksgiving and Christmas and that meant so much to our loved one after being isolated the first two years with the pandemic. It is expensive but it is all inclusive.

My mom was waited on hand and foot by my dad. When he passed away, she required a lot. She did not want to come here, but now she is very happy, it amazes me. The staff go out of their way and everyone is extremely friendly, especially the other residents. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking.

We are very satisfied and everything is going well with Coral Oaks. The staff are extremely friendly and we really like that it is a single floor facility so you don't have to worry about stairs or elevators. I would recommend to others.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved one the facility and the only reason we did not choose it was the location it was just to far away. We loved how it was more established and how they had a meal plan. The rooms were very big and they had tons of activities. We just cannot say enough good things about the Talbot Park community.

We absolutely love Coral Oaks. I would refer them in a heartbeat. We've been very, very happy. Communication from the medical team and nurses is excellent. Their treatment and response to our loved one's needs is amazing. It has far exceeded our expectations. She can be picky about food, but she raves about the food here and has nothing but good things to say about everything. And so far, the cost has been very reasonable.

We chose The Reserve at Greenbrier because of the location and availability. The apartment sizes at the facility are very nice, she has more than enough room for what she needs. I would recommend to others looking

We toured The Forum and it was a great tour. We really liked this facility, it was a beautiful place.

We chose The Forum because of our knowledge about the facility, the decor is resident appropriate, an we had relatives and friends at church who had loves ones here. The staff are very understanding and patient and deal very well with residents in this age group, they are the best part about the facility. A lot of them have been there for 25-30 years which says a lot. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We are very happy with Coral Oaks. We chose this facility at the time because of the value for the money, the options of 2 meals rather than 3, and also the location it close to shopping centers and you can walk there. The apartment sizes are really good. The apartments all have washers and dryers in the units as well as a full refrigerator. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We chose The Forum because of the location as well as the the reputation. I worked in the medical field for years and some of my patients had lived here. Her room size is very good, the others I have seen are adequate for the needs. I think it is a very pretty location, it is on a beautiful plot of land with a lot of trees far from busy streets. I would definitely recommend them to others looking. We toured during covid and it made a lot of difference that they wanted us and encouraged us to come into the facility rather than doing a virtual tour. It allowed us to see all parts of the facility rather than just the rooms.

Beautiful beachy feeling building. Conveniently located. Very friendly atmosphere.

They were very welcoming. They have a program with ambassadors to help new people get introduced to the existing residents. They have great activities, and my loved one participates in just about all of them - yoga, in-chair yoga, rubber band exercise, she loves the nightly piano and singing time, happy hour. The food has been excellent, and she is a very picky eater. She's very happy with the staff and administration. Her apartment itself was very neat and clean when she moved in, and she's thrilled to be there. It is also a very safe, nice place for walking. It's right across the street from the ocean, and it's on the Intercoastal. So she has a nice view. And it's half the price of the last place where we had a bad experience. Basically, when mom is happy, we are happy. And she is happy. When we talked to the other residents before moving in, they all said they were happy there. If you want to go to activities, those are good. And the food is great. You really can't ask for more than that for seniors. They take you anyplace you'd like to go, doctor visits, shopping, grocery shopping. It's all on a schedule and easy to understand. It works great.

We both really like the locatiion,floor plans, food, activities lists. Pricing seems fair for what is offered and salesperson was most pleasant. This is our choice.
