Five Star Senior Living

They are very friendly and genuinely loving. I feel my parents are safe there and in good hands. My parents moved into Five Star earlier this year after searching through several places. I found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and genuinely loving. I was really worried about my parents before they moved in but they are in very good hands now. I feel they are safe and I have a great relationship with the staff there as well as they help all of us navigate the realities of aging.

Only complaint: Increased charges for bringing food to room from 10 per meal to 15 per meal. Must now give 2 week notice to have dinner w resident in dining room. The nurses really care. I've not had any issues with them at all. Very dedicated to their residents

[name removed] was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everyone we've dealt with has been nice a willing to do whatever was needed. I would recommend to others.

Terrific sales Rep named [name removed]. As well as terrific value for the money. Very good variety of activities and apartment size we got is great. The Food is Awesome plus the daily selection as they give a menu to choose your food each meal and still have basic items as well.

The staff is great, it's with any where you go you have turnover. It really does feel like one big family.

5 across the board for all. Everyone is easy going but very professional. Everyone seems happy to be there and what they do. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and already have.

All but 6 I would rate a 5. I would have to give 6 a 3. Knowing that these types of living arrangements are always expensive, it is hard to rate. It's a great facility and I'm very impressed. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional.

The facility is welcoming and fun. There is a daily calendar full of a variety of activities. The dining room is elegant and the food is delicious. The nurse's station is easily accessible and the nurses are friendly and cooperative. Admin is great too. Nothing is too much trouble and they want the residents to be happy and safe.

The staff at Park Summit are really fantastic. Friendly, they always remember your name and greet you with a smile. They are helpful in anything you might want. They are very responsive to your wishes. The residents are also very friendly. Everyone says hello to you and are very welcoming. Food is excellent and plentiful with a nice variety. My apartment is great. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area is set apart from the living room. The washer and dryers are huge. Having a separate storage room in the apartment is great. I haven't done all the activities yet but there is something for everyone.

Extremely friendly and dedicated staff and a very hands-on leadership team. Lovely facility that doesn't look like a typical assisted living Community.

What I like the most about The Forum are the residents are not cliquey. They are friendly and positive. The people who worked there were the same way. Except for [name removed].

Food is the biggest disappointment. The menu items offered, presentation, how it's prepared, taste and serving temperature. Staff is friendly and attentive. Residents are also friendly. I like how they have residents assigned to be ambassadors to new residents, helping them to feel welcomed and comfortable in their new surroundings.

The staff is extremely helpful and is available any time i need help. I would highly recommend park place for anyone needing independent living.

My sister in law went to Calusa to go to assisted living. The staff is caring and attentive. Thankfully, she progressed enough that she moved to the independent living side of the faculty! She loves it there and has made good, caring friends. It's been so great seeing her social and interacting with so many people after her being alone in an apartment for 2 years. We toured 10 facilities in 2.5 days to find one well suited for her and one that was within her budget. We are so happy with our decision to choose CH. The added bonus are the amazing views of the River!

What we like the most about Lexington Manor are the activities, people and the care they provide for my loved one. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

We moved my mom from North Carolina to Coral Oaks in Palm Harbor, FL, in January. The community is beautiful, clean, and the staff is friendly. She was impressed with the Welcome Luncheon and enjoys the variety of the meals. Mom was the Administrator of a Skilled Nursing Facility for almost 30 years and we have very high expectations. We are all pleased with Coral Oaks and most importantly, mom is happy.

Stratford Court has only 40 apartments in the assisted living facility. It's small, very comfortable and homey. The staff is awesome, friendly, attentive and encouraging. Lots of activities, good food. Would highly recommend this facility.

When interviewing I spent a good amount of time just hanging around to get the vibe of the place. Staff were friendly and friendly with each other. Lots of laughter and positive energy. Most have worked there for many years (8-15). After Mom moved in that didn't change. The place was a little more money than I wanted to spend, but it's worth my peace of mind.

The Palms of Fort Myers has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The community is clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like home. I’ve been impressed by the variety of activities and amenities available—they make it easy to stay engaged and connected. The dining experience has also been fantastic, with delicious meals and a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy them. The Palms is more than just a place to live—it’s a community where you feel supported, respected, and valued. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant and caring environment.
