Sugar Fork Crossing is great community. Great environment and beautiful Staff members. I love the building and drive they have for community and residents. Best building I have ever seen with great employees and residents.

My mother had been a resident of memory care for two years. The caregivers at Sancerre of Orange City take such good care of her. We are so grateful that she is safe and loved. Sancerre is beautiful and spotless. Her room is spacious and the common areas are bright and welcoming. She loves being able to get her hair done in the salon and having the therapy providers and room onsite is helpful.

The facility is great. Good vibes always.Facility is very well kept. Always cheerful staff especially receptionist. I would give the facility 5 STARS. They take the residents on outings and spend quality time with them.

A definite 5 for all categories. My dad was only there a little over a month and loved it. I can't say enough how appreciative I am of all the wonderful care and support they gave him and myself.

A good community for your loved ones. They are clean, everyone is friendly and they make sure their residents are able to live out their lives with purpose and care. The staff is also very kind and good at what they do.

It's a nice place with friendly staff and clients. The food isn't great and the allowance is a bit short I feel the rent is a little high but I have nothing to compare it to we are in a grown level villa and it has a garage. Very comfortable.

As someone looking for an assisted living facility for my grandpa, Sugar Fork is the place to be. The concierge was super helpful and the staff was amazing. The rooms are nice and the facility is always clean. I would say this is the place I’d send someone looking into assisted living!

Friendly and helpful. Seem to know the residents by name. Post lots to Facebook page so you can see pics of your loved one participating in activities.

Loved the open common areas when entering the building. The staff was friendly and informative. Our questions were answered during our meeting with [name removed]. We did place our loved one at Demaree. After six weeks we couldn't be happier. His care requirements are high level and they have stayed on it. His room has been kept tidy and he loves the food. I give it my full approval. From all the departments we have had excellent communication and follow through. It has been a pleasure.

Looking for campionship lots of good attitudes. Mom be cleaned and maintain in health! Lots of meals and daily activities. I have some Kool activities and people to talk too. People are prompt and nice!

The staff at the Gallery was very friendly and accolading, from our first visit / tour and then with their continued efforts to connect with my Mom. They invited her back for a few visits so she could participate in their activities and get a feel of what it was like to be a part of the community. The follow up visits helped her to get acclimated to the facility and residents and ultimately feel comfortable with the difficult decision to leave her house and move to the Gallery. It was that friendly persistence that made the difference, allowing her to feel comfortable and confident that she could make the move and change her lifestyle, which was our hope for her, to find happiness and be in an environment where she could make social connections and enjoy her Golden years. To us, her children, this was a huge relief and comfort... A place for Mom was a great starting point on this journey,, for their recommendations and helping us navigate the sometimes difficult transition that faces Seniors and their family. Making the move to the Gallery was one of the best decisions we could have hoped for, and Mom agrees! She has said to me more than once, "Why did I wait? I'm so happy here!"

What we like the most about Heritage Crossing is that the staff is very attentive the facility is clean. Yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience and have done so

I picked cleanest nicest place nicest nurses &aids even hospice people gave my wife [name removed] the best care &support I so much would recommend Heritage to any one who needed a love to go to.nobody got mad at me for staying with [name removed] late till she passed, thank you so much

The Gallery in North Port is fabulous! I just spent 2 weeks visiting my Aunt and couldn't ask for a better place. The most important being that my Aunt loves it there. I also spoke with other residents who feel the same. The staff is kind and seem to really care about all of the residents. There are events held every day as well as a movie theater. Their dining area has a restaurant atmosphere with many delicious choices daily. It is truly a 5 star facility that I would highly recommend.

Get a "poop" center so we can clean up. Wine is free at Harbor Chase before dinner.

Be sure never to sign the contract until the day you move in. I made that mistake and was charged a week that I never used. I could not get anyone to answer my questions about it. They gave me a price when I signed and a week later charged me for an extra week with no explanation. I called several times and was told they would check with corporate. Called again and no return call. I am happy with the facility and the help, but unhappy with avoiding my calls.

What we like the most about Sugar Fork Crossing is that the staff really care and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

SugarFork Crossing is a very welcoming community. Staff is friendly and very engaged. The building is beautiful and very clean and organized. The residents seem happy, relaxed, and peaceful when you walk in you feel the welcoming vibe from the front door.

The Gallery at Cape Coral has been a wonderful home for my parents. The facility is always spotless, and the staff are incredibly attentive and compassionate. No place is perfect but they are quick to help even if an issue which is always small if any! They offer a variety of engaging activities, from live music to games and club. The food is delicious, and the dining experience is top-notch.? A special shoutout to Stephanie Smith, whose leadership and dedication have made a significant positive impact on the community. Her commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the care provided. I highly recommend The Gallery to anyone seeking a caring and vibrant environment for their loved ones.
