After taking a tour, I would say that this is a fantastic long term care community. The building is very clean and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I feel confident that the care being given is the very best.

Phenomenal environment! I have 23 experience in healthcare and this is one of the most beautiful establishments I have ever seen. Staff are always smiling and welcoming and, the residents are well kept and thriving. The environment gives a warm welcoming and exceptional feel to persons coming in. The building is well lit and very clean and smells like home. I am blown away by the outstanding services this establishment brings to the community. There is a well balanced variety of activities that residents can partake in individually or with peers ranging from art rooms to a library and so much more. It's truly what every assisted living or long term care place should strive to be like.

Absolutely wonderful facility! Very pristine, very clean, very friendly staff! Would recommend for anyone! Its such a great facility that is ideal for any potential resident looking for a fantastic place!

I personally checked out at least eight different independent living places before deciding. The Gallery was the right choice for me. Modern, upscale and very clean. The staff is excellent and there to ensure the residents are happy and taken care of. The new Executive Director is excellent. He interacts with the residents on a daily basis, is very personable and outgoing, and gets things done quietly and efficiently. He is very well liked by both staff and residents. The meals are very good - better than I experienced at any of the other places I sampled. Numerous activities are available throughout the day ranging from exercise, card games, outings, to happy hour. There is always live music during Friday happy hour, a swimming pool with aerobics is available. I have found the residents here to be very friendly and have made many new friends. I strongly recommend that anyone looking into senior independent living check out The Gallery and talk to the residents here to see if it is a fit for them.

Everything was wonderful. I'd definitely live there myself. The staff are so friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful. The people were respectful.

I was told to look at things through the eyes of [name removed]looking for a place for their loved ones. Personally, it is warm and inviting. Very clean and smelled like a home and not the typical facility smell you normally would expect. This is a place I would want my mother to live; beautiful courtyards, kind staff members, and very vibrant yet calming community.

I’m currently working here right now and I have to say this is a great assistant living community the staff are all very friendly and helpful I have gotten to meet several residents who all seem to like living here and the staff cares about their residents

The Gallery team overall does an excellent job caring for their residents. Food is very good, great activities, can handle a broad range of care needs and staff is very supportive of residents. They put the assist in assisted living!

Add more activities and encourage residence to participate. Their water aerobics is led by a resident. That's fine but maybe that frees up funds to bring in an artist or a music performance. There just aren't enough activities for those that are able to participate. The other downside is the cleaning in the villas is awful. I have had to get a separate cleaner to deep clean

Great staff, competent and friendly. Good activities available throughout the day. I was present for an exercise session today and watched the residents and most participated and had much fun. All are encouraged to participate. Crafts and other activities are scheduled during the day. On Thursday a Solo musician plays live music for the residents and that's always looked forward to by all. The residents love the performance which he does every week. I am amazed at how the residents tap there feet and sing along with the music so many smiles and fun for all. The food is exceptional and I have joined my Mom for dinner several times. Very nice dinning area and the staff service for the dinner are well organized and quick in serving the food but allow time for each resident to finish and assist those that need a little help with their dinner. Over all I am very pleased with the gallery and my mother's experiences at the facility. The nurses are good and the doctors come in regularly to check on the residents. They are good doctors, better care is being given than by mom's primary care doctor that she had been seeing prior to living at the Gallery. One thing I noticed the first time I visited the Gallery is the lighting and how many large windows the have to let in natural sunlight. They have a gorgeous courtyard in the center of the facility and Mom and I love to sit outdoors and talk. The courtyard has a large pergola and many benches and rocking chairs to sit in. The common area has South facing windows that overlook the courtyard and sunshine lights the whole area adding some cheer to the room where most activities are shared.

The rooms were spacious, and the amenities truly exceptional! My loved one referred to it as a hotel-he especially appreciated the thoughtfully curated menu. The staff made everything seamless for him, and he found great comfort in the convenience of receiving medical care at home and personal services like on-site haircuts. He formed many meaningful friendships during his time there. Numerous residents shared with us how kind and sweet he was, and how deeply he will be missed. Knowing that he spent his final year in such warm, welcoming, and supportive environment brings me immense comfort and gratitude.

The experience was so good I'm moving there next week. It is only 4 minutes from my daughter's home but I wouldn't be moving if I didn't like it. The residents are very friendly and the staff. Is great. It had a very homey atmosphere and the food was very good , a large menu and reasonably priced. That's in comparison to where I live now. I like the layout of there activities rooms also.

My significant other of 35 years, [name removed], has been in memory care since October of 2024. They have great people in all phases nursing, memory Care staff, spa, and exercise facility. The previous memory Care director [name removed] was good but the new director is amazing. [name removed] is the best I've seen she is innovative has many creative ideas and really cares about the residents. [name removed] was a RN and is very intelligent but as dementia closes in she can be difficult... And [name removed] is extremely helpful and guiding [name removed] through this terrible disease. She is going out of her way many times to help [name removed]. Management made one of their best decisions when they selected [name removed] as a memory Care director

Walking into the building it felt different than any other Assisted Living facility I have been at. Everyone is nice and welcoming. The food tastes as good as it smells. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Definitely the nicest place I have seen.

From the moment I walked through the doors I felt like I was at home!! The staff and residents have been welcoming and supportive. The food was delicious and something you would find in a 5 star restaurant.

A place that is clean!!!! A place where people are humble, friendly, compassionate, and helpful! A place that cares! Great food!! An awesome home that you can get the help you need. If declining, a therapy team that gets you and keeps you mobile!

The Gallery at Cape Coral is a visually beautiful community. More importantly, the Gallery has a special vibe that comes from the team of employees who care and serve the residents with love, kindness and dignity. You will be thrilled choosing The Gallery for your loved one, my family is.

Love the staff. They are great! I really like that they try to keep their minds active doing things. The food is great! The wait staff can be a little slow sometimes. But who’s in a hurry?

Mother enjoyed the activities and musicians. She really liked the room arrangement and the value for the money provided.

Sugar fort crossing is a great community for senior living. Great hospitality, engagement with residents and care. I give sugar fort 10 stars. I would definitely refer a family member or church member to this community, the staff is great.
