Staff is friendly, the menus are always excellent. The Community is clean, housekeeping is excellent. Overall, very friendly and comfortable way of life. A fun variety of activities that are available. Social gatherings are fun. There’s always something for everyone here. No matter who you are there’s something for you to do here

My mom has lived here Almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. She loves the entire staff and all that they do. She has a one bedroom apartment that is large and offers everything she needs with plenty of closet space. Thank you taking such great care of her.

Sugar Fork Crossing is a gorgeous place for seniors who need assisted living. They have a chef who serves fantastic food, which is restaurant quality. Dishes are fresh and not from a box or processed. The Director of Sales was wonderful. I was shown all around the facility and even introduced me to several residents. It was obvious that he employee loves the work and enjoys the residents at Sugar Fork Crossing. This is a wonderful place and they have four room options. If you want a top notch place in Anderson Sugar Fork Crossing is the place!

I was very impressed with the staff and administrators at HC. I think, had she lived, would have done well there. I would rate them a 5. I have recommended several people to explore HC because of my positive experience. I felt very comfortable moving my loved one to HC.

A place that feels like home. The residents are treated than any other facility I've been. The staff is great. I'll always recommend Walnut Crossing to everyone! It's a great place with great people.

I absolutely love living at Sancerre because all the staff are so kind. They will do anything for you and care how you feel. The food is so good and I enjoy the events we have.

What we like the most about the community is they have the most caring staff I've ever seen (from the Chef, wait staff, activity director, to the administrators)!

I come to visit a friend of mine about twice a month and I always have the best time. Everyone is so close there and always visiting or laughing. I've seen a lot of great change in my friend socially since she moved in

I brought my mom to Tour this amazing facility. Everyone was so kind and helpful to tell us about the activities this Company offers . No one was in a rush to answer any small or big questions we needed to be answered . We felt in love with how homely it made you feel at home and we love the dinning room and the smell of the aroma when we walked in . We loved the way the walls are decorated with pictures and the furniture. The fire place was beautiful and the bistro setting was gorgeous.

The rooms are ample, clean & big closets, bathrooms with easy entry shower. Bus trips for memory care patients & activities to help entertain them. Staff is attentive dressing, bathing, washing & drying hair & doing nails. Health care is monitored & if needed there is a visiting doctor. Meals are served & assistants is given to those that require help. Food is excellent. They have helped me feel comfortable about having her cared for there. My mother's mental health is rapidly declining.

This is a well managed company and very clean and is well kept together residents are able to live freely with perfect wellness i ensure that this is the most wonderful place for your loved ones the environment the space the perfection in what they do you honestly get what you pay for please keep sugar fork in mind you will not regret it

It's a great facility. It was so clean and very easy to find your way around. And the staff , [name removed] was such a polite professional individual.

Very welcoming and supportive community, the staff is very interactive with the residents. It’s also a very clean building. I met some of the residents they are very sweet and friendly. The staff members are very helpful.

The community is very lovely, the residents are happy and well cared for, the employees are always willing to help out as much as they can. The place is taken care of, as I was touring the building I met with some of the employees and residents. The apartments are well kept and well priced. :)

Found everyone so compassionate and caring when Dad decided to move in. He was 100, but quickly got involved with activities and we were hoping it would be perfect for him. He was there about 11 days. I think he just mourned himself to death after mom passing a few months before. They had been married 77 years and lived in the same house all that time. He wanted to go to Sugar Fork but I think it was too much of a change at his age. Hospice and the entire staff were just wonderful and I highly recommend them.

The nurses are great. We have been so happy with everything. Mom loves her apartment.

We have enjoyed our experience here. Everyone is nice. Food is good no complaints.

Staff is very friendly and always there to answer questions. I live three thousand miles away ( one of 3 brothers and sisters) staff lets me speak to my step father whenever I call.
