My overall impression of this place is that it is a beautiful clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff is are highly engaged with the client and lead in leading activities and ensuring everyone is having fun while they participate.

Sancerre is a beautiful community with welcoming staff. It is clear that staff from all teams greatly care about the residents under their roof and build strong bonds with them. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the community is near many great stores and conveniences. The common areas are expertly decorated but still feel like home!

Meals - initially dining options were 5 but there have been some days without chef so this week meal options declined Activities 5 trips to Hartville and to see Christmas lights. Mom likes the weekly movies/church/bingo plus the art activities. Our transition for mom happened so fast and heritage really did a great job getting mom acclimated to her new home

My sister lives at this assisted living facility and she's been so much happier living amongst other people her age compared to when we was at home alone. After her husband passed away, she didnt want to do much and wasn't eating - now that shes at sancerre, shes always busy and the community has amazing chefs and the food is actually really good. She doesnt have to do much and i'm very jealous of that. Ive come to visit, go to different events, and celebrate some holidays with her over the past year and the place is just fabulous.

We love her being there and they have been very kind to her. We are moving her to [facility name removed] in December for Medicaid purposes and it is 15 minutes closer. The activities they have for the residents are outstanding!!! They offer so much and the staff is very friendly. They have several options of room sizes. My mom shared a room but there was a partial wall that gave each resident privacy but yet a roommate for companionship

They are good, kind people here. Glad we found them. Thanks for a place for mom for helping us find the right fit. [name removed] is still adjusting to memory care but everyday he gets more and more comfortable with it. One of us visits often.

This place is just great! I've been there several times, and everybody always seems happy and engaged! The leadership of the community is sharp and the staff members are all so very helpful and kind. It's a beautiful community with a lot of love and care.

I visited with a friend over the holiday and was so pleased with the care and compassion showed to my friend. What a great place to live and visit. The staff was so pleasant and the facility is clean.

Excellent experience when working with A Place for Mom, when looking for care options. They take the time to understood the unique needs and preferences for a good fit. Processes can be overwhelming but with A Place for Mom, the process was smooth and easy.

The Gallery is a beautiful facility with an amazing staff, and wonderful residents. The building and ground are always well groomed. There is always activities or outings going on. Pete the chauffer is great as is the entire staff. I would not hesitate to have my family live there.

This is a great place to be, love it!! Feels like a five star hotel. Very friendly environment. Feels like family at all times. Wouldn’t be anywhere else. Staff goes above and beyond to service the residents.

The Gallery at Cape Coral is an amazing place. The food is wonderful, full of variety and options. The service is outstanding. The care team is dedicated, compassionate and very kind. Every person is working together to make life fabulous. You will love it here!

Toured community for my aunt who is searching for a place that "feels" like home. Saw programs and residents smiling and talking about how they love the decision they made to move to Sancerre.

Short summary, Luxury Living! The Gallery at Port Orange is a beautiful community, with great staff, that cares deeply about their family! I would highly recommend this community to everyone. You won't find a better place in the area.

Took my Mom to The Gallery the other night to have a look at apartments. They just so happened to be having a Chili Cookoff that night and invited us to partake. It was a lot of fun and all of the people who lived there were having a good time and debating about which chili was their favorite. They had other foods that they were cooking on the grill that were delicious and even making S'Mores out on a firepit out by their pool. He had a really great time & Mom said this is where she wants to go when the time comes.

My mother has been living at Walnut Crossing for a little over a year now and our family couldn’t be happier with how things have gone. My mother has made new friends, loves the food and has even helped the chef cook!, and most importantly is staying busy all day. Mom loves her apartment and is glad she doesn’t have to take care of an entire house anymore. Our family can rest knowing there are people there around the clock - it’s the extra help and support that we needed.

Sugar Fork Crossing Assisted Living is a wonderful place! The staff is kind, caring, and always ready to help. [name removed]is amazing—she goes above and beyond to make everyone feel special and loved. The building is clean and cozy, with fun activities and everything residents need to feel comfortable. The food is really good, too—meals are always tasty and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a safe, happy place for your loved one, Sugar Fork Crossing is a great choice!

Everything has been very good at the Gallery- my father passed away peacefully in his sleep In Sept. she's in the assisted living apartment that they were originally planned for on their move. Management is very much knowledgeable about all the "new comers" questions and forms that are required, giving guidance to our family. The Gallery recommended We care senior relocation services. I did everything long distance. My sister lives In North Port Fl, but works a full time job. She was present when the senior movers did the packing etc, she said they were fantastic- so that brought the stress level way down. I only dealt with them over the phone but the woman who owns the company [name removed] she was very professional and reliable. Super satisfied that the Gallery had given us their name.

The Gallery at Port Orange is a wonderful place overall. We chose this place because we liked the atmosphere, the cleanliness, activities and menus.
