The determining reason was that it was the closest to my sister and I. But more importantly we loved the facility and staff. My mom was very happy there . Also when my mom was on hospice at Sancerre, she passed in April, the staff was amazing.

My mother and her husband would like the food prep to be improved. Otherwise, I do not hear any other complaints about Demaree Crossing in Greenwood, Indiana.

After checking different places we liked the atmosphere here. Lots of different things to do. Great dinning. Staff is very friendly. Great apartments. I have visited this facility to see my friend many times. She is very happy here.

Caring & friendly always goes above and beyond clean always smells good. Always something going on. Everyone is happy and seems engaged. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality care and love.

My aunt moved in almost a month ago and was against it. After meeting the other residents and the staff, it’s the happiest she’s been in a while. The staff is so accommodating with her and the kitchen fixes some great food. She couldn’t be happier.

Walnut Crossing was the last place I wanted to take mom. She had lived with me for 17 years and we were never far from each other for my entire life. We made the choice once mom’s Alzheimer’s demanded around the clock care. Walnut Crossing ended up being the place we come to love. It was not easy at first, but soon mom fit in, loved the staff and was loved back in return. I visited mom most every day always to smiling faces and to find her in good spirits most of the time. It got to the point when I would bring mom home for visits she would ask when we were going back after awhile. She truly loved it there and that’s what she come to know as home. There is one young lady I would like to call out. Her name is [name removed]. I want there as an only child and left with a sister. Her love of the residence did not stop with my mom. I have never seen anybody so dedicated to her profession and we still talk to this day even though I’m off passed two years ago. I will never forget her compassion.

I have visited Walnut Crossing for the last couple of years on a weekly (at minimum) basis. There has never been a time I have walked in and not seen them doing something fun with the residents! It is heartwarming to see all the genuine beaming smiles and the laughter coming from the residents. It makes the community feel warm and inviting. I’m not sure where [name removed] gets all of her amazing ideas but she is a gem and truly cares about each resident, striving to get as many residents as possible involved and trying to make sure that everyone gets activities they truly enjoy. I love that other departments also get involved. [name removed]always joins in on the fun. She is extremely caring and is attentive to the residents when she interacts with them. They host a car show each year and it turns out amazing. The proceeds go to the Alzheimer’s association which is something they both support. I can’t say enough about them. What a dynamic duo those girls are!

Living quarter are clean and homey, enough storage and closet space. Caregivers empathic dining facilities, staff, and meals very good executive staff available and caring.

They could improve on the food by keeping it warm before the resident receives it - it is always cold. Overall I would recommend Walnut Crossing to others.

The place is a nice, clean, and quiet place. I love the nice and kind residents and love learning about them and caring for them making their life a little more eaiser!

Sugar Fork Crossing is such a beautiful community with caring staff. Everyone is always very welcoming. The residents enjoy their community. The food always looks and taste great. I am very impressed with this facility.

Walnut Crossing was the home we found too late. It was wonderful all around. Unfortunately, mom passed not long after she was there. During her final days, Walnut Crossing was very respectful of family and friends coming and going. They did their best to make the situation as comfortable as it could be.

I have frequented Sancerre for numerous years to visit my grandmother. The ambience is truly delightful. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and compassionate the activities that they provide are truly impressive. The nurses and caregivers consistently offer assistance. Regardless of the circumstances words cannot describe the gratitude this establishment has brought to both myself and my family. The cuisine is exceptional with fresh and flavorful dishes. Every aspect of this community deserves the highest praise as the nurses and caregivers are consistently, attentive and supportive.

Sancerre is a visually amazing community. The staff are always super friendly and ready to help. The halls and common spaces are always clean, and the residents are always smiling and happy. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking.

Dad’s been a resident for a couple months I couldn’t be more happier with the place I am relieved that he’s in such good care. You can tell that the staff dosent just work here for a paycheck they actually care about their residents and their families

I had zero issues with walnut crossing. It was the best place, other than living with me, mom could have been. I actually still keep in touch with staff and aides. The staff loves their patients. I would watch them show so much love, compassion and affection when they didn't know I was watching. Highly recommend walnut crossing.

Wish to increase temp in building.

Very happy living here. Many interesting activities are planned. Staff and employees are helpful my only complaint is about laundry. It has not been returned folded and is left in dryer their wrinkled.

Love this place! It is very welcoming! Highly recommend this place! Feels like home and everyone treats you like family. Great and very tasty food! Very well kept and clean. A great experience and residents a very sweet.
