My loved one passed away. She did enjoy the faculty, except for the food availability and timing, and some meds issues, while she was there though. And they were made known the issues and hopefully have addressed them. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would highly recommend the Gallery. Memory card is a tough community but the staff & management always listen & address problems or issues right away. The staff always come and get Dad if he's not at meals, get him for activities. He is safe and that is a comfort to us. Everyone is just super friendly. The menu and meals are good, dad has no complaints. His birthday was in March and they made him a special meal and a birthday cake. The only downside is I wish they stuck to scheduled showers times and sometimes his laundry goes missing or mixed up with someone else's.

What our family has liked the most about The Gallery at North Port is the friendliness of the staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would maybe recommend them to other families. It is very expensive, sometimes we go in and the room does not smell fresh but I understand that they cannot clean every second. But for the cost I still have to buy supplies to help clean the room.

Beautiful facility. Bright, cheerful atmosphere. Friendly staff and very helpful with questions/concerns. Excellent food and very attentive housekeeping and care staffs. Amenities are very good and improving with time.

[name removed], the nursing Director is amazing! Overall, I think my mother-in-law is getting decent care. I would probably tell them to weigh all options with other locations before deciding. I feel like the nursing care is good, but the office staff especially business manager is terrible returning messages and helping out with questions. I think the food could be much better than what they give them.

Overall I think the facility is good. These numbers are what my father would give it. Maybe less, but he complains alot. They seem to be having some major staffing issues and turnover in mgmt right now. I hope that changes soon. So many have come and gone in the last month.

I have been very happy with Sugar Fork Crossing. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would say that I'm most impressed with the communication. Whenever I have a question, someone will always get back to me immediately. Any issues that I've encountered have also been resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Heritage Crossing is a very nice beautiful facility. I would recommend it if someone is looking for a place for their loved one. The workers are nice. I would say though, that the CNA's do not take the proper time to make sure, I will say my loved one that their teeth are brushed, that they are bathed.

Mom seems content and enjoys visiting everyone. The help check in with me when I visit, and always share info and ask my opinion. So far I find it easy to work with everyone. And, the other residents are a joy.

The family should stay involved. Build a relationship with the staff. They need to see that you are a serious family and that you're not just dropping your loved one off! The staff overall are great. However, the daytime staff often is extremely different from the overnight staff. Stay connected! Housekeeping seems to be good. Again, if something needs to be done that is taking too long, stay on them! The communication with the family is really what you make it. Don't let them get away with stuff. Stay in constant communication with the facility leadership! The move-in process was super easy. The meals seem to be fine. Suggestions for improvement might be adequate overnight staffing. Keep in mind that seems to be an industry challenge. We wish there was more than 1 cable package to pick from. I would highly recommend this facility. It's the nicest quality place in town!

The Sancerre director has been very accommodating with regards to community concerns. The fact that she stays at the community many nights allows her to address issues quickly. I appreciate the dementia support group meetings.

My 90 year old mother is very comfortable in her surroundings. The staff is kind & caring and they look for ways to entertain the residents.

Generally experience is very good and is improving. There are areas that need improvements, but they are being addressed. Staff is cordial and professional.

My loved one is currently a resident at Heritage Crossing and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The move in process was good and went very smooth. The staff is great and are always very friendly. The meals are good. Communication with the family is very good. The cleanliness, care services, activities and value for cost are also very good. I would recommend Heritage Crossing to anyone.

My mom loved living at Walnut Crossing. So many fun things going on and she has a lot of friends here. Such a welcoming home, that makes everyone feel like family.

So far it's been pretty good. We picked this community because of the price and location plus they have a memory care unit. I would recommend to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Walnut Crossing and overall things have been very good at this facility. The move in process was a breeze. The staff is wonderful. The housekeeping is okay. Communication with the family/me is great. The meals are just average. I would recommend Walnut Crossing to others. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have better staffing on the weekends and during the night.

When we moved in we were told of things we would do. I am disappointed with only one vehicle transportation to outings are not what we expected - sharing with the other ass. living etc. Also the activities here are not what we expected. No Bible study and outings to the beach. The turn over of staff has been steady. We get used to someone then they are gone.
