Recently visited this Community. Was welcomed like they had been expecting me! Friendly and great experience. Met with sales director, who was great. showed community, even with renovations and it was beautiful. felt the passion of sales director for her community. entire staff was great, as we walked around. would recommend to anyone looking for a Community.

Had a great visit to this Community. Michelle took the time to make us feel welcome and at home. Staff was friendly and were laughing with the residents they were with. We are excited to move forward with this move and never thought we would use the word "excited"! Will absolutley recommend this community, a must see.

My tour was with Michelle. She was great. Answered all my questions and showed me a couple of rooms/apartments. I was so impressed the next day I gave them a check for the deposit on an apartment for my mother-in-law. I now feel as if the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.

Very friendly caring staff. Many of the residents were out of their rooms and very social.

Very enjoyable visit. My mother was very impressed with this facility. Didn't have a chance to discuss financials but hope to explore further.

Once again a lovely place: welcoming, bright and cheery. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place but they don't take medicaid waiver

We chose Sugar Fork Crossing because it was more attractive and it had nice open spaces for activities and a courtyard as well. The facility is all one level so that makes things easy to navigate. Everything has been pretty good except for some of the medication dispensing - it seems like things get lost in translation sometimes. Overall I would recommend Sugar Fork Crossing to others.

Nice accommodations. Nice people. Overall I feel comfortable, safe, and at peace. Appreciate having my cats - my buddies!

The staff have gone above and beyond to make my dad comfortable and a feel of “home”. They have helped me as a daughter to deal with the changes in his health and memory.

The cost of this community was about 20-25% higher compared to others. The cost was prohibitive, but the community was very nice. The way they distributed medications was very thorough. I also liked that there isn’t just one main thing on their menu, but instead there are about three to four. Another thing that didn’t work was there is no onsite physical therapy.

After 4 years at [community removed], I'm very happy at The Gallery. There is such a warm friendly feeling here, my apartment is larger, the food is great, the staff is very responsive to our needs, there is an activity every minute from 10 to 5 and even in weekends. I moved because my daughter is only 5 minutes away and wish I had made the move sooner. The exterior compared to [community removed] is what stopped me

As previous stated they are currently in the process of changing their staff, i.e. Medical staff, around and things are going a little slower then I believe they had originally anticipated.

The nurses were great and I would recommend Walnut Crossing

My main concern is there's a issue with the food it is a bare minimum and there's been times they've been fed the same thing for days at a time and the stoves have been down for what you pay there and what they advertise are two different things they don't offer special dietary needs from experience of other places that's off putting the value at $[removed]a month I feel is a little steep for what is offered but still a nice facility that I would recommend if a few things were taken care of as in someone on site addressing issues immediately and not putting them off.

I love it, mom likes it okay. Staff is great, room is beautiful... food is just okay. They don't serve enough vegetables. I would recommend to others.

With a few exceptions, the staff is great. Especially dining room. Mostly 20-35, been here a long time, know everyone by name, and treat us, and we them, like family. We are Independent so I can't speak to care, but from what I've observed it looks good. I,ve heard no complaints. The food is terrific. There are the usual complaints from the usual complainers and there are some things I like better than others, but, for us, the whole dining experience is A+. Activities vary from those that require thought, like bridge and book club, to those that don,t, like crafts(geared to about Grade 3). Live music twice a week, good, lively, rousing, popular. And crowded. We get cleaning service every two weeks that is sketchy. Some cleaners are better than others. But I think most of us clean for ourselves anyway. This system keeps dirt and clutter from getting out of hand. We're old, you know. Our apartment is 2 bedrooms 2 baths. About 1100 sq.'. 16' ceilings!More than adequate. The lowest level 1 bed is small, too small for me. Depends what you need, what you're used to, what's important to you any more. Something for every One. We are a nice size. Big enough to be able to offer nice amenities but not like being in an "institution ". I've been here 6 months and know pretty much everyone , other than the "cloistered ",at least by name. The less than 5 rating is because if you are Independent, you get no help from the Gallery I an emergency . You are on your own and call 911. (The fire department is next door and are fantastic.). If you are alone and unable to call, that's too bad. They will sell you a necklace with a button, however, which is reassuring.
