My mother lives there. I have nothing but good things to say about her experience living there. The people are friendly and courteous. The food is good any activities. Are open to the family which makes it real niwe had my mother's 91st birthday there in one of the rooms. And I want to thank you all. From my experience.

My parents have lived there for one year and they don’t want to live anywhere else. They have made a home for themselves there and have met so many new people along with others that they know of. As for us, it makes our life so much easier because they are happy, safe, taken care of and are “ home.”

Colebrook Village at Hebron offers my loved one a safe living environment. The staff is attentive and caring to both residents and family members. There are a variety of activities offered throughout the day.

It was important to us that Mom be someplace where she could be safe, active, and surrounded by people to interact with. She has made friends, praises the staff, and is happy. We especially worried about the long winter days, but now she is not stuck in the house by herself, always something to do. The staff is wonderful.

I was blessed to find Cedarbrook for a warm and caring place for my mom who was 90. Though her last 2 and half years had their physical challenges, the staff and Administration took excellent care of her body and soul. When she finally needed Memory Care, I found both a professional and a friend in Lena, the head of the department. In the final days of my beautiful mom's life, [name removed] made sure that she had care, comfort, hospice, ice cream sundaes and joy. Thank you for it all.

From walking in the front door being greeted by the desk staff, to the kitchen staff, all the aids, nurses and activities ladies, they are all excellent. They treat the residents with the utmost care. Not only are they great with the residents they are also great with any visitor that walks through the door. 100% recommend making a visit to see for yourself.

So glad to have Cedarbrook right in Ware. Not only is my mother getting the care she needs so close to home but she’s made some new friends and been able to spend time with other friends she hasn’t seen in 15+ years!

Extremely happy with the experience my dad is having here at Cedarbrook! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. My dad raves about the food and activities. I'm have peace of mind knowing my dad lives here.

I feel so relieved to have my dad in a safe place that is just like home for us. No more worried about weather and him getting snowed in alone this winter. He enjoys friends now and is so much more social. I wouldn’t hesitate to do this again! Come check it out.

We moved our loved one into Colebrook the day before his birthday almost 4 years ago. The attention and care the staff was awesome. I believe that these past 4 years were most likely the best years of his life. He was seen and accepted for who he was. Helping him become a more active member of the community.

My mother was one of the first residence to move into Colebrook. She’s been very happy and busy there. She is in independent living but is checked on, be it in person by staff of a phone call or visit from a friend. She likes to complain a lot but when I ask her where she wants to go she says I’m staying here til I die.

The facility itself is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and treat mom (and the family) with dignity and respect. Mom loves the privacy of her own room, and the ability to socialize as she sees fit. There are great exercise activities as well as social activities, that she can participate in if she so chooses. It’s been a great overall experience. If there is a concern, the staff act quickly to resolve.

When it come to the value for cost I'm a penny pincher so I'd always prefer less. The staff members really have been great. My mom really likes it there. What we like the most about the community is how they all remember her name, always greet her with a smile and prompt her to do things but don't force her.

My loved one currently resides at Hillsbrook Village at Allenstown and overall the experience has been great for her so far. All areas of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are very attentive to the residents, learn their names and food preferences. They truly care about the residents and their families. My loved one's apartment is always clean and the towels/linen laundry are promptly washed and returned to her. The move in was simple and issues were resolved in a triaged priority. I would, and do, recommend Hillsbrook Village at Allenstown to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Stonebrook Village and the community was very nice and clean and the staff members we met with were very friendly.

I would recommend Elmbrook to others. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is well maintained inside and out. It's a great place. I picked it because of the location.

Colebrook Village at Hebron was wonderful. People, staff and marketing personnel. A Place for Mom was intrusive, aggresive and unecessary for me.

We are extremely happy. We picked this community because it was brand new, people from the closing facility we're going there so she felt comfortable, and the price.

Went on a tour recently...was super impressed! The facility was modern and clean and the staff was super friendly. I was impressed with the size of the one bedroom apartments. The dining area was large and spacious and I was also impressed with the fitness room.
