Our Mom joined Cedarbrook Village last year and she is doing wonderfully! The staff is exceptional! The residents benefit from their loving, attentive care every day. The residents enjoy the staff's creativity when they celebrate every holiday and special occasion with fun, interesting activities for everyone. Cedarbrook Village was the perfect choice for our Mom and we highly recommend it for your loved one!

Compared to a nursing home the value for the cost is much better and based on our experience so far with the Elmbrook Village community we would recommend to others.

Of course you never truly know how a community will be until your loved one moves in. But the person I met with on the tour was very friendly, and the place looked lovely. It was just just too far away from where I live.

Our tour at Colebrook Village at Hebron was great. We had a really tough decision to make between them and another facility. Really it came down to location, and we chose the other facility because it was closer and therefore easier for our family to get there to visit.

We chose Cedarbrook because of the value for the money and it is brand new. I feel like it is a diamond in the rough. She is in a companion suite and they are HUGE and super nice. She has her own kitchenette area, breakfast nook, and living room area. Their nursing staff is excellent, they check in on her all the time and are great with communication to the families. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This community is very pleasant and well taken care of. Come with a lot of questions and make sure that you have all of the information that you need. As I have been here I am still finding out information that I was not aware of, not bad things just things I couldn't understand until I got here. Be ready with questions. This community feels like a hotel and very bright.

Very nice place. Neat and clean. Staff is very loving and caring to my dad. It is nice that most of the staff local to the Ware area.

I would tell others that it is the place that I feel like that my loved one is able to live their best life. There is lots to do, and lots of engagement. The staff are transparent and proactive with communication. They are accessible when you have concerns about your loved one. The food is tailored to my loved one, there are accepting of dietary restrictions with variety. They even have theme nights to keep the residents engaged.

We chose Cedarbrook Village because it was relatively close and it was a newer facility. We walked in and most the people here were local who work there and we liked that. The room sizes at the facility are excellent and he is very happy with it. I would highly recommend and already have.

I was quite impressed from the first time I told this community, on through making the arrangements to bring my sister here to live in the memory care unit. The facility itself is very attractive and has many fine amenities. This includes and movie theater, a pub, a chapel, a salon, banquet room, and peaceful courtyard. All staff members that I have dealt with are very kind, helpful, and attend to residents' needs and well-being. I highly recommend Cedarbrook Village as a great choice for living.

It has been awhile since we have been able to go and visit, but when we did visit this community was very clean. The place is brand new, it is a beautiful place. The staff members and director are very very friendly, and the activities they did have before COVID were fantastic. It is also a smaller community which we liked. We also were able to eat multiple meals and the food is fantastic!

They could expand their activities and offer a bigger variety Well maintained facility just had a new director start but did know much about him until we noticed the change. They are making changes but we can't determine the impact yet. I would recommend the facility, I feel my dad is safe

The staff here were all so hardworking, efficient, and nice! I needed to move my mom quickly and they helped me every step of the way with everything, especially [names removed].

The staff is excellent! The facility is exceptional, however, during move-in, we are limited because of COVID, when you are doing it alone at 87 years old you need more than 1 day.

The people are wonderful. They are always cleaning; they clean the banisters, the doors, the door knobs and my mother is very happy with this. The staff says hi whenever they see me and they are all very friendly. It seems like my mother is paying a lot as they just switched her from independent to assisted living and it doesn't seem like they have added a lot of care given the price increase. My mother seems to like it here and it was a big change after she moved from Florida. Overall, she really likes the community and seems to be happy here.

Beautiful Facility; [name removed] said she could picture us living there. Lunch they provided was very good; not typical "cafeteria" food. Scot was very informative & answered our questions. The staff we encountered during our visit was pleasant.

The other reviews are a bit unfair as they are only looking at things from the surface. The staff and facility is fantastic and have been instrumental in keeping my family member's meds in check as well as maintaining a normal healthy life. Very upbeat facility compared to others.

Stonebrook Village at Windsor Locks has been a blessing to our mother since Day#1! Sadly, we have had to help Mom move 3 times since my father passed away a few years ago...and each time it seemed she needed a little more support and was still feeling lonely and unconnected...even while living in another Independent Living community! However, moving her here to Stonebrook Village has been nothing but positive! Mom has been thankful and very happy with this move. She always tells me how grateful she is to be here with the attentive and caring staff-- and wonderful "neighbors". Her apartment is elegant, yet cozy! And I love the fact that she can have "anytime" dining here at Stonebrook-- which means that if I come early or later--we can always sit down and get a great meal together! If she feels like breakfast at 10 am she can get it down in one of the dining areas. Mom loves the meals and tells me all the time how deliciously prepared they are. It is wonderful for my siblings and me to feel completely at peace with Mom's living arrangements. We are thankful and grateful ourselves to have her in such, good, kind and capable hands.

Our family has just been through a real crisis situation in which both parents needed immediate intervention at once! Don't ask me how we would have managed without the flexibility, understanding and accommodations made by the very caring and professional staff at Stonebrook Village! From the director, the nurses, the receptionists, tour guides, cable guy and even the kitchen staff, everyone has been exceptionally easy to work with. Two parents transitioning into two different units has been an emotional experience for us. Thankfully Mom is now safe and happy in memory care, and Dad is getting the attention he needs to recover from his ICU stay. Thank you Stonebrook Village!
