we toured this community and the staff was very friendly. It did not fit our needs because the buildings were separate and you had to go outside to get from building to building. There also was a strong odor that we smelled in the community.

The rooms are small bedrooms with a bathroom attached. The whole facility itself is nice, and there are about 16 rooms per building.

My kids are here so I like that. My cats. I like my yard. I like the food. I like the atmosphere here. This building is nice. It's convenient.

It's a very nice place.

When calling to try to get a hold of staff it is hard to get a hold of them. I feel the community is overpriced. In fact they are higher than others in the area. It's not worth the money. if you think the extra money is worth it, it's not there. They had turnover in the community. In fact, we will be moving our loved one of the community soon.

This is a great place except for the food and all the things that break and don't function. The food has been terrible the last year but it is improving. This could be a wonderful place but all of its problems push it down to only acceptable.

I had no problems with facility. I placed my father there on [date removed] and he passed away on [date removed]. The only disappointment I had was in a policy that was not verbalized to me when I reserved the room and I was NOT told about when I signed papers. Was never given a copy of what I signed until I went back and asked for it...when I was told there would be no refund. I paid a month but he was only there for two weeks...policy said they would charge for two weeks after his passing.... I asked when I reserved room if I’d get a refund if he died before month was up....NOTHING was mentioned about the policy even though administrator said she told me...Facility is phenomenal and caregivers were awesome....

They can't keep workers long enough, so we are the ones who suffer because our apts do not get cleaned or bed sheets+towels not washed. The same thing happens with servers in the dining room, but they sure go up on our rent every year, not realizing that we are not on a fixed income but in a declining income.

poor management for old people. The place is not as clean as it should be & activities are limited. No exercise equipment is provided. Apartment services very poor. Short handed on help. Food OK most of the time.

The people are very friendly. The activities are great.

I love the residents here… Lovely people that I enjoy being with I like and appreciate the activities provided.

We need more workers, servers and maintenance.

My review: The brain fitness is a good, actively -it makes my senses up. Could be expanded to 2 to 3 times a weeks and be even more helpful. As far as this community – the Jury is still out and I am a relatively new residents.

I would like to see permanent people at front desk, dining area, and housekeeping, the only way decrease the turn over is to increase their salaries!!! The food is much better since chef [Removed] has taken ever.
