The [apartments] are spacious. The grounds are beautiful. The only need I see is the repairs - But [removed] is a very compassionate & caring - professional & helpful- and a special friend to my mother.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. They are friendly and helpful. However, we do seem to have a quite a bit of turnover in lower wage, scale personnel. I wonder if perhaps the pay is too small. As a whole , the food is very good. I do think Pacifica is more interested in the place looking good ( it does) than some of the things to make the residents more comfortable.

Brain Fit is a great way to start my morning. The people and activities available are fantastic.

I’ve lived here seven years. There are many things I like about it. People are very friendly and its easily to make friends. Many activities.

I think its really a great area as well as a great community. I am very happy to live here since I can’t live at home. People here (employees) are caring and efficient.

I'am enjoying my time here in this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. Everything is working out very well, and I'am comfortable with my move here. Everyone has been very kind, and welcoming. The staff is always willing to help, and very pleasant to be around. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. I'am pleased with the meals they provide, and they have plenty of activities available. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for me.

The staff gave a wonderful tour of the community. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, but it was definitely not a good fit for my mother. She would have had to stay in the memory unit as the main floor was not a secured area and she does wander from time to time.

My mom has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. She is loving it and that is what is most important to me. I am pleased to see her eating well and enjoying a few of the activities with the other residents. The property is always clean and very well maintained every time I go to visit. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested in a great living environment.

The staff have a big turn over recently so I am not to familiar with the current staff but I am hoping they stay. She has had no complaints about the meals and participates in the activities she is able too. Overall its been a decent experience and I have high hopes for my mom in this place.

Very nice. Busy feeling - which I liked. People seemed friendly and happy to be there. The activity coordinator seemed like a lot of fun. Room upgrades were nice - it felt clean and fresh - even though it was older.

This was a very nice community. I just did not feel like this was the right fit. I wanted a bigger community and this one is fairly small. One of the residents showed us there apartment and the staff was really good about answering all questions.

The staff that offered the tour at New Forest Estates were very friendly and courteous. They were able to address all of my questions and concerns. The New Forest Estates is an older community but it is very well maintained. They do a good job of keeping nice and clean.

My wife and I am doing very well at this community, we have adjusted very well to it. The community is very well-kept. They come and clean very often, and they are redoing the front of the building to look better. The staff is great, they are very helpful and kind. There are many activities for us to choose. The food is bland at times, but they do serve a well balanced meal. My Ad visor Paul was great, he was amazing with all the help. I recommend this community.

We were looking for a home for my Mom and Dad. Michael [last name removed] was such a delight. He showed us the apartment and explained all the amenities of the facility. He has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and respected. He rccommended a mover who did an excellent job. Overall Mom and Dad are very happy The only area that nas room for improvement would be the dining room and the waitress service. The food is very good, but the dining room is a mess. No supervision and very disorganized.

At New Haven Assisted Living of Kyle, LLC their food is terrible. It is just awful. That is where they really need improving. Some of the residents don't see that well and the lighting needs to be improved. It is very dim and the closets don't have lighting. The emergency pull light is the same color as the wall and it's hard for them to find it to use it. There needs to be some contrast. Other than that the people are really nice and helpful. It is a very nice facility. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are also.
