For assisted living I think it is good. It's not the best however. The community is tidy. The staff are responsive. They have an outside patio, and you are able to take walks.

The staff was very friendly and they seemed to care about the residence. I would recommend this community to others.

I think your staff is awesome. They take very good care of my mother. I think we couldn't be luckier. Peace of mind for my family.

I like my room. I like the facility. I like computer in main room for therapy.

I like the fact that I have my own place. That I have privacy. I like the areas that there are here. It's a nice place to live. It's nice, you can look out and see the garden. They are growing vegetables out and that's kind of fun.

Not only do I like the area, but it's clean and new and I like the staff. The residents too.

My love one enjoys most of their caregivers. The local management very is good at letting me know when there are issues and keeping me informed. I feel my love one is safe and happy here.

The activities director is new and spends more time in the memory care and activities catered to the residents now. I love some of the caregivers but there is a lot of staff turnover. The food looks good to me. I chose this community because of the proximity to my house. My mom gets a lot of one on one attention there.

Very nice staff. Everyone is very caring. The only complaint is the food. Staff listens and communicates very well, for the most part, the staff is always very nice, caring, and patient. My only suggestion would be to find a way to stabilize the staff. Changes have been made and things are getting better every day.

I am a resident at New Haven Assisted Living, and I am very happy here. It is smaller than most facilities like this and it seems more like my home. I lived in Wylie before coming here, and it's a good family city. There are good schools and a great city library. Ballard Street is a little village with unique shopping and eating places, and many community activities are done there. There is a very nice playground. There are lots of churches here and they do a lot for the community. The Fire Dept. and the Police Dept. also are very efficient and helpful too.

This is a very nice place, it is always very clean and the employees take very good care of their tenants. I am very glad [name removed] found this home.

There are some positive things about this facility; and negative things. Having to experience new caregivers is tiring and worrisome. But certainly excited about some of the new changes. Having the facility really clean and enjoying the wonderful smells of cooking foods has been great! I look forward to continued improvements to the facility and caring efficient caregivers!

It's been pleasant to be here for a year. Staff is valuable. Caregivers are genuine and very helpful in everyday needs. Except for the spider in my bathroom and the microscopic critters crawling over everything except my bedspread!

This place, New Haven, is a very nice, clean, friendly place to have one of your loved ones to live. The new director [name removed] is a pleasant, forth going, loving person. The staff is also great, they keep the residents happy, and that's what counts. My mother really enjoys living at New Haven.

I'm satisfied to be living here.
