For being there for a few weeks my mom is getting better at accepting the community more. The meals and activities they have for her and the residents are pretty good. We picked this community because we both liked it the best and it had the best value.

I would recommend this community to family and friends. I am pretty much happy with all they do. I like the fact that they update me often. I had been dealing with [Removed] and he gave us a lot of help. The community is very close for me to pick him up on the way. connection with [Removed].

I had a good tour of this community. It is a nice place with kind people. The staff I came across was very friendly. The community looked nice and well-kept. My tour went well, and they were very nice to my family and myself.

We did not have a good experience at this community. They did not provide the services we paid for. They need to make several improvements with the care program. I would not recommend this community to anyone, it not a good place.

This place has been great. The first guy that came in was wonderful. He was very supportive to mom. We did have a problem with one of the aides, but that was quickly resolved. They handled it in a professional way. I will be using them again if we ever need help again. I would also recommend them.

My mother is doing pretty well here at this community. The community looks nice and well maintained. They have a good staff, and they are caring for her very well. I haven't had any problems with this community. Everything has worked out very well. Overall she is being cared for well, and I would recommend it.

I took a tour of the community the staff were all nice and attentive. The tour showed me all around the bedrooms, dinning room, and activities center. I thought everything was well organized and cleaned. There were healthy meal plans available and resident transportation available. I would recommend a tour of this place it was very nice overall.

The community is new and pretty lovely with a beautiful surrounding. My mom has a nice view from her room. They staff have always been nice at the times I've been there and my son has good rapport with them. They encourage activities. The meals are starting to be different and the dining room isn't as fancy now. They seemed understaffed or need more help. I also hope they will get a better Elder Care Bus arrangements with assistance for the residents who take outings. Overall, I am comfortable with my mom being here and no one has been mean to my mom.

My tour of this community went very well. This is a beautiful facility, it looks like a well maintained home. This was our first pick, but they said my mother would need some extra care, that they were not able to provide. The staff was kind and friendly. It was a very pleasant tour.

It has been a little hard for my mom transitioning into her new home here but the staff try to get her involved and do what they can to make her feel comfortable. My mom enjoys her meals. The staff are all very nice. Mom is very trusting of the staff and community.

They are caring for mother very well at this community. It is a very well maintained community. Her room and the facility is nice and clean. The staff is nice, they have been pretty helpful and accommodating. She is trying many new activities. The food is good, but they aren't really good at accommodating her diabetic diet. I know she is safe and receiving good care. I would recommend this facility.

Loved this place. However, we are hoping that she can still fit at an assisted living place.

My mother lives at Bellevue in assisted living. The selection process, moving in process, welcoming process and support services have been first rate!

I didnt think the concept of grouping all levels together was a good fit for my dad since he is higher functioning. The staff was great and facility was very nice

Gracewood of North branch is a smaller community with a personal homey atmosphere. My mom has only been here for a short time but she is comfortable and feels at home.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. While this was a size I though was suited for my loved, there were still hallways that would have made him uncomfortable. It just wasn't somewhere I thought suited my loved one's personality.

We have only been here a little over a month. I am extremely pleased how in a short time my Mother has blossomed and become so verbal and part of this community.

There are no improvements they need. I like the willingness of the staff and they how they interact with the residents and their family

So far so good. It's very clean, and new, the people are nice. I think the food is really good. They were very comparable to other places in price. They aren't perfect, but we are really happy with them.

I guess overall it is not an institutional environment, they have it set up more like a lodge. My dad has adapted well to it and because of that we are high on the place. They treat it like a family atmosphere and it's less like a hospital than some of the other places we looked at.
