My dad was living at the community for some time. The place was really good to him, even though he didn't see that he needed to be there. He had good care and ate well.

This is a really nice community and the staff did a very nice job with my tour here for my mom. They took their time showing me around and answering all my questions. There were a lot of amenities for the residents should they want to take part and all the staff was friendly. I felt that my mom would have done well here, but I did settle on a smaller community. I would definitely recommend that you come and take their tour.

Parkside Manor is a lovely community. The landscaping is beautiful and well-kept. They gave a nice presentation of what they could offer the residents. We had to choose another community that that was a better fit for our loved one.

The staff here have been very sweet and they have been working with my dad on his transition here. My dad is blind and a fall risk so they make sure that they are aware of what he is doing and if he needs help. This is a smaller community which is nice. My dad enjoys going to the dining area and says the food is great. I would definitely recommend this community.

I really do like the place very well decorated attractive clean nice staff only issue is my wife has a tendency to fall out of bed and I have not attended to a emergency alarm System

i had a very nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was kind. From what I saw the community looked good. Everything was nice, and clean. The staff I met was friendly, and my questions were answered. The experience was a good one overall. This was not the facility for my mother, but my tour went well.

I really didn't have a lot of options to place my loved one in but this place seems to be a good match. The residents are mostly dementia and Alzheimer's patients that really don't know where they are so that makes it difficult for my love one to socialize with any of the residents. But the staff is very kind and patient and engaging so that seems to balance out that situation. He overall likes the food no complaints. The inside and out are very well kept. Being what I had to work with that fit within my budget this was a good choice for now

I enjoy the community and I am comfortable too. They offer more than I can dream of. The staff are great, the food is great, and my apartment is great. It has a balcony,comes with a full kitchen and a bathroom. The amenities are great too and I would recommend them to anybody.

I had a nice experience with my tour at this community that I had taken for my mother. The staff where very professional and made sure to be on time to our appointment. They answered any questions we had for them and provided us with lots of great information. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

I was very excited after my tour of Autumn Leaves. it was the perfect location and my loved one's son was excited that it was close to him. A couple of days before my loved one was going to be discharged from the hospital, they told us they could no longer take him. I was extremely disappointed.

I also had an okay tour of Caldwell House. The facility was nice as well, and the people that took us around was friendly and helpful. It was just not what I was looking for, I found another place that fit what we were looking for a little better.

My mon is at this community. The staff are nice and the community is clean and maintained. I like the variety of me menu that is served. They offer alot of nice activiites that she enjoys at times. This community has alot to offer and other families should tour the community for the care of a loved one.

I also toured Parkside when looking for a place for my mother. The person that took me around was friendly and informative. The facility was clean and well set up, but it was not the best fit for my mother at the time.

My mother is hanging in there, but overall they are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a very nice community, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. They have a great staff at this community, and they are caring for my mother very well. I know she is receiving great care. The community is well maintained, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. I have no complaints about this community, and I would recommend it.

During my tour od the Hickory Park, I thought it was a very nice place. The community was clean and the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I did not see anything that needed major improvement.

My mother moved here recently and so far things are going okay.She still misses home but she is adjusting and getting involved in activities. I have noticed they don't always have enough staff on hand. I rang the call button once and it took them 11 minutes to respond.I don't think that is fast enough in an emergency.

I have no complaints about this community and the tour I had taken for my loved one, in fact this was one of our top choices. They had a great memory care unit which was what we where looking for. The staff had great interaction with the residents and seemed to be very attentive to all of there needs, The price range was just a little out of our budget.

This is a nice community, and they are taking very good care of my father, and his needs. He is still adjusting to the routine around the community, but I know he is safe, and in good hands. They have activities offered for the residents. The meals are good, he is satisfied with the food. They specialize in the treating people with his condition. If someone had similar needs to my father, I recommend this community to them.

My mother is still adjusting to all of the changes but the staff at the Parkside are wonderful. They are attentive and friendly. The place is nice and clean and we have no complaints so far. I am sure once she gets more acclimated, she will enjoy it more.
