They are nice people. They take good care of us. Lots of things to keep us busy. Our building is very well kept.

Encore at Champlin was a bigger community split into two sections, memory care and general. It felt like my loved one's social level would have been kind of stunted here, because their memory care patients seemed to be farther along in their Alzheimer's and less social. It was a nice looking facility, but I just didn't feel like was a good social match for my loved one.

It seems like the staff that they have there have been there for a really long time, and that says a lot about the care that they're providing. We've used them a few times for respite, and everybody remembers my loved one and is always really welcoming. It's always been very clean every time I've been there. They put effort into planning activities to try to get people engaged every day, but it seems like people end up spending a lot of time in their rooms, although I understand that's just kind of the nature of this type of place, especially with short staffing.

Very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Makes me feel good knowing my mom is well cared for and safe when I can't be there.

Finally I have company and I have made friends. So glad I no longer have to worry about laundry, cleaning, and food. My eyes are not that good so I need the help right now. I am happy I decided to move into Heritage House.

I like the meals and having a choice. I enjoy the bus rides on Thursday. Most of all I like craft activities with my friends.

I think the residents are well treated. The food is good. Rooms are kept clean and neat. I would recommend it to someone looking.

This community was great it was just to huge for my loved one. It was large and it would have been hard for her to get around. It was also too far for my comfort of getting to my loved one.

It's a good value. They're treating us really good, and I feel like we got a good deal. You get what you pay for. I like that it's close to home and in our budget. The staff have always been helpful for the most part.

Revere Court for our loved one is almost like a big sorority house. It has a very open and warm environment to it, and our loved one can walk around freely. It does not feel like a nursing home. We would recommend this community to others, but it does depend on the loved one's health. Our loved one is very active and curious, and the activities seem to be more geared to just motor skills. It seems a little remedial, like coloring and batting around balloons, so it is not very stimulating.

The sheer number and size of the Bellevue Senior Living community really stood out to us. There are a lot of opportunities for interacting with one another. Also with the higher number of residents it is much easier to find other residents are the same level of care and cognitive as you are.

Our family had a virtual tour experience and it was good, and the location was convenient it was on my way to work so i could be there if anything every happened. The lady who ran the place followed up with us multiple times which was nice.

Nice building lay out and friendly staff. Great activities planned. Affordable. Only downside we saw was small closets and due to being landlocked, limited green space.

Due to the covid restrictions we have not been able to see the inside of the facility, but they just opened it up for outdoor visitations. The quality of the food is much better then our loved ones previous place, we know she is gaining weight. Our loved one is doing well there and seems to really enjoy the staff there when we are able to call and have conversations. They recently had a change in leadership, so sometimes communicating with the executive director has been difficult. However, for the most part everyone there is very polite and when we do call with questions they are able to get back to us in a timely manner.

Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the food, so we do bring them food a couple times a week. Unfortunately due to our loved ones physical condition they are not able to participate in the activities that they do have to offer.

We chose Parkside Manor because of the size, it was smaller instead of a large, the friendliness of staff and the director, as well as the location. The room sizes here are decent compared to others we saw. Communication is a wonderful asset for this facility, if there are any issues they call me right away. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

The only issue that my dad has is the food, he is not a fan. The staff is really friendly and the facility is clean and well taken care of. The room sizes are good and I would recommend this facility to others.

Several of the staff members we have spoken with over the phone, and have video conferences with have all been very positive. They have handled the COVID situation very very well, they have been providing weekly updates. A few staff members tested positive but no residents have tested positive. Our loved one seems happy there, and we would recommend this community to others.
