[Name removed] is great! I would say it's a great place for loved ones now that they are fully staffed. Communication is good by all staff. There are three meals a day and plenty of snacks! I'm not sure of all the activities but she was coloring a Christmas print out the other day. Exercises at 10 am. Planting in the summer.

With mom's mobility issues, some of the facilities we looked at had rooms, at the time we were looking, that were too far distant. This facility came closest to meeting her needs. We particularly liked the layout of this place. They have issues, like many businesses - in maintaining staffing levels, as well as quality of the staff. The major complaint here seems to be food quality.

I think they are doing a decent job with the memory care group of people.

I think that the places don't seem as great as what they can be while your loved one is adjusting during the initial process . But once settled in and more acclimated to the new living situation things tend to start getting better over time.

I like the people and cleanliness of the community. I don't like the smoking area, which is outside by moms window. The director was helpful and made commitments, and kept them. Overall, it's a very nice community.

I toured Randall Residence of Auburn Hills, the community was very clean and the residents seemed well taken care of. For people that need a smaller place, Randall Residences would be a good fit for them.

This was a nice community. They didn't have any bathtubs in the community, and my loved one wanted one. Also, the resident may have to move to a new apartment for continued care within the community.

The meals and dining service is not the best, it could be improved they do not really cook with any fresh vegetables. When our loved one does participate in the activities they really seem to enjoy them and the value for the money is adequate.

Did not know what to expect when I signed up for a tour and a taco lunch. Was pleasantly surprised while touring to see amenities available. Only thing to better the tour would be to see first hand sample rooms!!

We had a very good tour at The Courtyard at Oshkosh. Our tour guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable - I was impressed with them. Compared to other places we toured, this one reminded me more of a nursing home though, and it wasn’t quite as upscale. But it was a very clean facility.

I would tell others that this was the best option for us and our situation. If we were looking at another place again, we would probably go back. The staff seemed great and were nice to work with. The shower schedule seemed to be only two days a week, it would be nice to have seen this happen a little more often for some of the residents. The food was okay, and was above average compared to some other communities. The staff were good at figuring out how to assist with getting my loved one to eat. There was a lot going on during the day for the residents to participate in for activities.

My loved one enjoys being here and is happy. They seem to be doing well.

It's good. I appreciate all the help they give me. My apartment is very roomy. I enjoy visiting with my friends I have made here.

The food served is very good. During winter, I have stated that removal of snow on my vehicle and a path to it is very important to me. So far, this has been done.

There are many very good and compassionate care givers here. There are also a few that should not be working in this industry. We are thankful for good help! It is very clean and the director and marketing people are very good! (Very caring). We have been mostly pleased with Kenosha Place.

Seems like there has been a constant turn-over of staff at this facility. Management has been trying to retain staff-and we hope they can. We realize that COVID-19 has a lot to do with it. Our mother seems to have her favorite staff members that really treat her well. The food that is served smells and looks good!

Our family had an in person tour and it was an okay experience, nothing negative about the things we saw and the people we spoke with.

I have been treated excellently I have no complaints.

The caregivers seem to truly care about the residents. My loved one is always clean and happy. Since she has Alzheimer's disease we have to totally trust the staff. We do trust them and would and have recommend Kenosha Place.
