CountrySide Manor has two facilities - East with 15 beds; $4600/mo private room; $4275/mo semi-private room plus Level 1 charge of $965/mo; Level 2 charge of $1325/mo . . . depending on assessment level of care. West has same level of care charge, but Room charge $5325/private; $4650/semi-private. Have immediate openings. Full service thru hospice care treatment. RN 6am-9pm; on call at night.

Bldg 1.5 yrs old. 1st and 3rd floors memory care, 1 1 BR (Dahlia $3,500)and studio (Juniper, $3245) avail. Kitchenette, looks like apt complex, take 2 years private pay then elderly waiver program (state/fed assisted programs). They only take certain number of financial assisted residents but would save a spot. Ave age of residents 82, but many late 60's-70's? Worth a tour! May be a bit far NE.

Number 1 Choice - Kelly is great and enthusastic. She talked to Mom and really listened to her. Focus on integration to population, showing common areas, laundry, fitness center with big windows (treadmills included) and salon. Smelled Good! Liked the layout of the apartments, brightness, lots of windows, protected patio for sitting outside, ability to walk. Like the safety and security - have to check in and out, if not at breakfast someone is knocking at the door. Very impressed with evening activities which are important to keep Mom busy and motivated. Had lunch at the facility and nice to have dietary needs met. Lots of activity, ability to take residents to church is a big plus. Like the indoor parking garage and ease of driving in and out of the facility and being able to take back roads in to town. Need to update the information sheet - no walking trails.

It was GREAT, dad and I both liked the size of the community, more intimate, director that showed us around was well informed, two bedroom two bath was great, friendly enough place, relatively affordable, NUMBER ONE SO FAR in our search.

Very impressive community. Friendly, very clean, homey atmosphere. The apts were large, kitchettes, bathrooms and storage. Food menu choices featuring seasonal fresh fruit, prepared by a chef daily. The dining room even smelled good. Lots of light with exercise activity starting in the main lobby when I arrived. Residents were of varying degrees of functionality, but it seemed to flow well. A mobile health cart for BP checks and other services. Impressive interaction with local schools and religious community. This is my first choice. I have received a recommendation for this community from a family friend whom has a relative living here. They rave about the care, inclusion of family and the environment.

An outstanding facility.Throughly impressed with size of hallways with rails on both sides if someone needs to use walker, hydration / drink stations, areas to stop and rest or socialize, very clean, professional staff, employess enjoy working there, etc

Loved this place.

This has been a positive experience with the community for my loved one and family. I believe they are open and welcoming to the residents and family as well. They have a hair dresser, medical services, Physical and Occupational therapy on site for the residents to utilize. The community will bring the food to the resident's room if my loved one doesn't want to leave their room. They are willing to do my loved one's laundry as well. Anytime my loved one has an appointment my loved one is ready and nicely dressed.

We really like the people at Revere Court and we really like the facility. Unfortunately the staff to resident ratio is 9:1, so it is not enough care for my loved one and she has fallen quite a bit. We are going to have to find another place that is able to offer more one on one care for her. We really appreciate the place and the staff, we just wish it was possible for her to have more monitoring.

We chose this community because of two deciding factors - one they seem to be a very caring and personable community, they do not feel cooperative and its just a very down to earth place, and second because of the price, the value is very good. The cleanliness is not the issues, the community itself just feels a little tired.

We chose Randall Residence because they allowed smoking and the location of the facility. The room sizes are very good. He does not like the food, he said that the taste is not good at all but I have never had it. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Encore at Maplewood because it is a very small facility. That is very nice for my friend because it they are like family. The social director here is great and she is more like their residents friend. The facility itself is on a beautiful lake so it is a pretty setting, her room actually looks out over the lake as does the dining room. It is perfect for someone who wants a small but not sophisticated level of activity.

Came to Revere Court because of the employees. Have stayed 5 years because of the employees. They care and do a great job. I am so glad my loved one is here. We looked at so many places.

Revere Court has proved to be a good fit for my mother. Everyone is always friendly, caring, and loving. Smiles and hugs are in abundance. Whenever a resident needs assistance someone responds in a flash. Meals are well balanced and tasty. The maintenance man keeps the facility in tip-top shape. The nursing staff always keeps a family informed of any changes or accidents. These factors would not be possible if it were not for the exemplary leadership of the director and her administrative staff. This is the perfect facility to keep your loved one safe and happy.

Our mother entered the facility with some significant medical needs. I have been impressed by the professional staff's attentiveness to her needs. Knowing that she is being cared for by people who take their responsibility seriously helps me to feel good about the decision to move her to this facility.

Called them, got referred to a couple of places, checked out the facilities, and moved my mother in in less than a month. She really likes the place.

When moving in in August 2017, my wife liked the facility from the first day. The professionalism of the administration and staff can be seen by the way they provide service and care to the residents. They are friendly and willing to chat with you. They listen to your concerns and resolve them. Activities are provided based on the residents ability, When I asked my wife if she liked the food, if she liked being here, and if she wanted to stay, she answered to each: Yes. The monthly support group meetings for the loved ones are informative and very supportive.
