The staff are what makes this facility stand out. I can't say enough about the top notch attention my husband receives. Every person I have encountered and dealt with is kind, attentive and friendly. They "see" the person behind the illness and make it a point to meet each resident exactly where they might be in the moment, with gentle care, compassion and when appropriate, humor. I have never regretted the decision to have my husband join the crystal lake revere court family and I consider them to be my family as well.

My 92 year old Mom has been at Revere for about 2 1/2 months and I have been over whelmed by the staff and level of care she has received. My Mom has Dementia and when we visit her there is always someone nearby to help her. The food is awesome and she gets snacks, cookies, and all kids of goodies. The Nursing staff makes sure she has the best doctors and tests. The head of the nursing staff goes out of her way to help for any problem that might come along. She treats my Mom like it was her own Mom. I can not say enough about Revere and I am very glad we decided this was the right place for Mom. Best regards, [Name removed]

This facility would waive the community Fee since we are transferring from another facility in community. Mom would do well here, we could tell, with their memory-care features, daily programs already in place. Mother is wheelchair-bound, though, and will require more floor space even in a single room apartment set-up. Thank you for a very informative tour, [name removed] .

My dad was a resident at Autumn Leaves for almost 3 years. They took wonderful care of my dad and our family. I can’t Thank everyone of them enough for all they did! Each person who works there does an amazing job. They know how hard it is to have to turn over care of your loved one and help you get through it. We are very grateful to have been a part of the Autumn Leaves family. They truly make you feel that way. Thank you again for all you do!

Excellent facility with great staff. Residents with higher needs in the memory care unit receive great care and all are treated with respect. My mom is very happy with her meals and activities including an inclusive music program. My mom's independence is supported to the extent her memory limitations permit. Smaller size means less to remember and ease of access to the common areas.

We chose Caldwell House and it was the right place for her to live. The entire staff could not be more helpful and kind. They truly care about the residents and are a part of her family.
