My loved one does not like the food. The food needs to improve, and they need to alter to particular dietary needs. The activities are okay. They need to encourage the residents, to move around more on their own. Overall, we are not happy with Gardenview.

They had nice rooms, but had no activities, and the turnover in staff was a red flag.

This is a typical community. They do not go over and above in my opinion. I feel like they get them and sit them all in one room and the residents just seem to sit in one place all day. I put my father here for him to get socialization and everything and I do not feel like he is getting that here. I go every day because I am close and sometimes I have to speak up to the staff about certain things with my loved one.

Our loved one was their for respite care and we told the staff upfront our loved one was going to be a chore because they had been living on their own for many many years and it was kind of like "my way or the highway." If our loved one was more willing to engage we would of given this community all 5 stars but they just made it difficult. We do not blame them for anything, they really did try their best. All the staff we did deal with were friendly, and cooperative.

This community was to clinical for my needs. I knew they did a great service and heard great things about them but it was just not the right place for my loved one.

The time here was during the pandemic with restrictions. The community has memory care. There are a lot of times when I visit the residents are asleep around a common area. The caregiver is sitting with the residents. This is a concern for me. I'm not getting a sense of activities for the residents. My concern with the pandemic is I'm not understanding with mask wearing and restrictions, especially children visiting with the residents vaccinated. They are requiring for children under 14 window visits or outside by schedule only. It would be nice to see the family inside the community for our loved one.

We chose Woodhomle Gardens at the time because they had low covid numbers and they have been able to keep it under control. There were also some familiar faces here for my mom as well. I think they could use improvement on the cleanliness in the residents rooms, they are short staffed but it seems like they are trying. I think they are trying to rebuild so it is up and down but they seem to be picking up more residents.

It is an okay place. They don't have the greatest care, and don't seem to be friendly towards the families and residents. The staff have lost our loved one's hearing aides on multiple occasions. They have movies, exercise, and puzzles available for the residents to participate in.

The activities were completely shut down due to the pandemic.

My loved one had a short stay at Atrium at Serenity Pointe. The staff did a good job. My loved one didn't like the lock down due to the pandemic. They felt isolated during the time they were there.

The staff members at the community are all very nice, but our loved ones say the quality of the food is not really that good. Due to covid they are having to eat in their rooms on plastic plates and not in the dining room.

We have not had the best experience with Brentwood. It is a multi-building facility, under normal circumstances that would be alright. It is a better facility if people want to be more independent and do not need a lot of help. My dad said the food was all cold when it was delivered. I would not recommend at this time.

This facility is not managed well. They have had 4-5 directors in less than a year and a half. They don't keep up with the room maintenance. The food is good and they have a good variety. At this time I would not recommend this community

This community is beautiful to look at, all the personnel that were there actually worked, and were actually engaging with the residents. They were certainly friendly as well. The layout is very nice, it's done in a way to look like a large home, there are a lot of gathering rooms to get together in, and the food they serve is very good. However, after our loved one had been there for awhile we learned the truth, our exceptions were rarely met, the nurses that were there weren't the best nurses, the people who ran the place were mediocre. given this industry, this is probably the best place in the surrounding area.

Most of the staff members at this community were wonderful, however some of them we could never get a hold of. The individual that we found was the most helpful to get information from was the receptionist. The facility itself was very attractive and is newer. We thought the rooms were nice, however we did not like how he was in a suite that had the controls to the AC/heating unit in the other residents suits. So our loved one never had control over the temperature. This community said they had gourmet dining, but from our understanding the food was awful

Nursing staff not informed of changes to Mom's care by Nursing Supervisor. Communication is poor. Some days bathroom was not cleaned properly. Care services that were paid for were not given without reminders from family.

This facility advertises itself as assisted and memory care, but in the details of the website, talks about independent living. Which is it?
