This is a really good place to have a family member who is able to assist in taking care of themselves. The staff are very skilled in taking care of your family members. They seemed to get confused when a resident needs more assistance than this. Overall the community has been helpful and very friendly. They have taken care of my loved one very well. I've had no problems with the community.

We toured Anchor Bay at Greenwich and it was clean and comfortable.

We chose Brentwood St. Petersburg because of the friendliness of the staff and all of the residents seemed to be active and happy. The room sizes at the facility vary, they do have different sizes and layouts to choose from. you can also choose private or shared rooms. They do offer transportation to doctors appointments and we use that a lot. There does seem to be a lot of turnover of the staff members. Overall. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose them because of the reasons above and they seemed to have a good variety of activities as well. When we made our decision the administrative staff was very responsive and just everyone we met was great. The facility itself looks very clean and inviting. My dad raves about the food here and he really enjoys it. The residents at Brentwood seemed a little more engaging and lively than some of the other places we looked into so we figured he would fit in here best. I would recommend to others who are looking.

The activities are opening back up, we can say that have done a fantastic job and doing their best getting the activities back. It is certainly a clean and beautiful place, physically the building and rooms are very nice. However, the people there have just been so easy to work with, and they sincerely have our loved ones best interest in mind.

We chose Anchor Bay at Pocasset at the time because of the cost of the facility. The apartment sizes here are really nice. It is hard to give an assessment right now because of the restrictions from covid that are still in place. So far my mom has been happy with it so I am happy.

This would have been my second choice. The only downfall was the distance from my house.

I do believe that the staff is very caring. I think they are trying to provide complete medical care while following through with CDC guidelines, and they're doing so in a respectful way. Communication is generally pretty good, but sometimes the system needs some girdering. I think that Coivid is probably contributing to that. One thing that has impressed me is the auxiliary care providers. For example, the PA who is watching over my mom's health right now has called m a number of times with updates. And the PT has also called me with routine updates. And that really impresses me. Anchor Bay does a good job of keeping the residents pretty active, and they try to be creative with activities. They have a monthly "trip" to another city. In April, it was Paris. So the whole day was themed around Paris. They had a Cinco de Mayo buffet. They're just now starting in-town outings back up. The first bus trip was last week, and tomorrow they're going to go to the Dollar Store. I would recommend Anchor Bay to others. It's perhaps not as elegant as some, but I think the value is good.

We chose this facility for cleanliness, the friendliness of staff members, and proximity to our home. It was also lesser expensive than others that we looked into. They were really good with communication throughout covid. The room sizes here are good size. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

Our loved one has been at the Anchor Bay facility for a couple months now and so far it has been a good experience. The community is clean considering it is currently undergoing construction, and the staff members are extremely helpful and friendly.

This community is a good place to live. The food is not very good we were promised chef-prepared meals but with covid, we are not getting that. I would recommend this community to others

Symphony at Delray is a newer community and the staff members were all very welcoming. Because of COVID it has made some things difficult but to no fault of their own, sometimes our loved one doesn't receive his medicine as consistently as he should. However, the staff members are doing the best they can during this time. When we were allowed to visit this community was very clean, and our love done is very a happy with his room. It is spacious and his bathroom is huge. The bathrooms are all wheel chair accessible, and this community has a bunch of handrails for better accessibility. From our understanding our loved one has participated in a few activities. We really liked how all the residents seemed to enjoy handing out with each other, and it seemed like a very close nit community.

We visited a few different places. My dad liked the size of the rooms at Brentwood St Petersburg, it was a clean facility, it was not too big not too small, and he liked the people he met. We had dinner here during our visit and he also liked the food. The best part about the community so far would be the staff members, they have done their best since the pandemic and they have been very good at communicating. We are able to make outside appointments now and visit for half an hour with our loved ones. I would recommend the facility.

I think others should know when looking into the community that we have been trying to get the director to call us for weeks and she has not called back, so they are not good with communication. They did notify us during covid, but it is difficult to get a hold of people inside the facility. They had said they would get her involved in activities in the beginning, they did not stick to what they said. I would not recommend.

Now that it’s a month since my husband, the Honorable [name removed] ( RET.) passed away. I want to let people know that in the four yrs. he was a resident at Symphony Square, he was well taken care of. I never worried he was losing weight, he kept busy , because there was always something to do. I knew He had a lot of serious health problems, but [name removed] and her staff were there for him. The many times they sent him to the hospital , he always returned to Sympony Sq. The staff were attentive and pleasant to him. I was there almost every day , and found the facility clean and smelled from a nice fragrance Go visit symphony Sq. And see for yourself. Thank you all for all you did for us. P.S. every holiday so great.

We really liked the layout of this community, it has a very homey feeling to it. It's more consolidated which we also really liked. The location is very nice, its centrally located and very accessible. Our loved ones room was right across the dining hall which we thought was nice. Her room overlooked a park area with nice trees. Our loved one never really complained about the food, so overall it was good. The activities looked great, our loved one just didn't always participate in them, but the staff did their best to keep everyone active. The food was good, they never really complained about it. We signed up for a certain level of care, like to have out loved one bathed. Sometimes she would refuse and we would still be charged for that service. We would have to pay for services we weren't getting at times. We didn't think it was deliberate, but we felt the departments at this community just needed to interact more with each other and understand their roles.

I have recommended them to a neighbor. The food was excellent. The room size and layout of the community was good. The staff was half and half, some were nice as could be and others were just punching the clock. I was very satisfied with Symphony. My husband was there from November to April, I brought him home and he passed. I never got a sympathy card or call, which hurt my feelings.

Overall, they do a great job keeping the community clean. We think their normal schedule of cleaning the individual resident rooms could be a little more frequent. For the most part, the staff is friendly. The staff was great about having certain scheduled weekly activities like singing, and dancing, and we were able to coordinate a driver to take our father off-community for shopping drips. We do think they could have a little more diversity in terms of what they offer as activities since the residents are all at different cognitive levels. We do think Symphony Square is a relatively good value considering the other communities in the region. We also think the dinning manager is particularly attentive to where they seat the different residents and the chef does make an effort to accommodate for nutritional needs. We do think, however, some more accommodations could be helpful for those with stricter dietary needs.

I live out of state so communication is a big thing for me. I feel that Brentwood St Petersburg does a good job with communication. My mom started out in their Memory Care but has now moved to Assisted Living which I really feel is the right place for her.

They are under a bit of construction which I like which means that my parents will be going into somewhat of a new place. The apartments are not being worked on though which makes me a bit hesitant as they seem a bit dark and worn, however the view I was shown from the one that is at the top of the budget had a gorgeous view. The manager [name removed] was quite pleasant, the tenants were all excited as channel 12 was arriving soon. My family enjoyed the scones they gave me. I think it may possibly be a fit for my parents.
