Eden Senior Care

This community was okay but there was another community that I liked more.They took me around and showed me everything on the tour but there was still another that stood out more to me.

This is the best place for my loved one. They take care of them like they are family. The aides are willing to assist with daily living activities and helping my loved one eat. It's like being with family. The food is pretty good and I've even had a chance to eat with my loved one here.

It's a wonderful facility. There's no reason why you should not put your family member here. They take very good care of the residents. I see no fault in any of the staff at all. It's a beautiful facility, and they are doing wonders for my dad. He's enjoying the activities and participating a lot more than we expected of him. Five stars all the way!

We've been very happy with them. It's a small, intimate atmosphere that is very clean and friendly. The interactions I've had with the staff have been positive and helpful. And they do a good job engaging my loved one in activities.

I really liked Willow Falls, they were actually our 2nd choice and we almost went with them. It is a very nice place it just came down to the cost. Either way I think this facility would have been a good choice for my loved one.

We chose Rock Run Place because of the convenience as well as the pricing. The room sizes at the facility were adequate for what he needed. They do offer different size rooms based on how much you are willing to pay. The only concern we had was with the after hours security of the facility. Overall the staff were great and I would recommend to others looking.

Our first impression right away was just how friendly the staff members were. We also interviewed the executive director twice before placing our loved one there and she passed with flying colors. She always responds to our questions, and always reaches out to us by phone or email.

The nurses are great. They are compassionate. They bring your pills on time, they joke with the residents. The Director / owner is great she takes time for the resident and I'm sure the new director will do the same. I've met her and she seems very nice the cook is great and so are the workers.

We chose Dimensions Living because I had talked to the marketing director previously when I was looking for some place for my dad and I really liked her. I liked that the facility is all on one floor and it is not too big so the care is more individualized. The whole staff has been great, they are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to others looking.

I'm very satisfied living here. I have a very nice apartment and all the people are friendly. The help is very good and so is the food.

I have nothing negative to say. We chose Charter Senior Living because of the friendliness of the staff member, they are compassionate and caring and really listen to what your needs are. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My mom's care at Maple Ridge is world-class: sensitive to her medical, social and emotional needs and kind to our whole family. I highly recommend Maple Ridge with my whole heart.

Our tour was great and the people we met with were all very friendly and really took the time to meet with us. It was just not the right fit for my dad.

Bella Vista is an extremely beautiful facility and all of the staff are very nice. We just did not feel our loved one would get as much freedom here.

My mom chose The Landing and wanted to go there. She felt it was a warm environment and felt more like home. That being said, it was still an adjustment for her. It's taken a few months for her to accept that she's there, and it was not an easy process. So for other families, know that even though the service is great and the staff are friendly, it does take an adjustment period. But they really try to keep her on track. They have people coming in and out of her room all the time to check on her. Even though she's in the room by herself, people are always coming in and out. Their communication is out of this world. They call you about everything that happens. I'm never without knowledge of what's going on. If she falls or is getting PT or getting her hair done, they always call about everything. She does not like the food, but a lot of that has to do with the fact that food is hard to chew with dentures. And sometimes they serve Mexican food or things she didn't grow up with. She prefers more of the American classics, which they do serve as well. They do have quite a lot of activities, and they all try to get her to go. It's expensive, but all of these places are. I shopped around, and their price is comparable and on point with what's in the area.

Our family had an in person tour and right off the bat they immediately had our vote. Some things that were very important to us was that it significantly less money then other communities we were looking at. Also, they have two different levels of dementia care, and if they day ever came where she got worse she could move to the other level for memory care, and they would take care of the move. We liked that instead of moving to a completely different community, she would just have to move to another side of the building.

The Newer Beaver Dam Assisted Living and Memory Care, owned by BAKKA Enterprises, offered my mother exceptional care. The staff was always so kind to us and attentive to my moms needs. The facility and grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Her room was always neat and clean and the food was fresh and of higher quality than anywhere else we toured. The residents that live there seem very happy. The Activity program has SO much going on! They are always taking the bus out on an excursion someplace fun! The Management was always available to talk if we had questions. We had toured so many other places for mom but none of them compared to Beaver Dam Assisted Living. Hands down the best Assisted Senior Living and Memory Care in the area!
