The community is very nice and in a great location and it's in a safe neighborhood. They have a 3rd party that does additional care and they are amazing. I would definitely recommend this community to others

My Dad and I appreciate the great tour given by [name removed]. The facility is located in a beautiful wooded area. It is mid-range in price. Not close to shops or businesses.

Had my parents here for more than 2 years. The facilities are good, food is good. There are a lot of organised activities and always a jug of coffee available. The offerings range from Independent living to Memory care and the best part is that for everything except memory care, you can stay in the same studio, 1 br or 2 br apartment. The staff was generally good. A little higher turnover than I would like but I don't know whether that's normal for the industry or not. If I remember correctly our entry level pricing (which included some assisted living for two and a 1 BR apartment was less than [removed].

Looks Beatiful, but we aren't ready to move our mother that far away from the main care giver.

I toured here when looking for a place for my parents. The facility is very new and the location was pretty ideal. They didn’t have the size unit that my parents were looking for though, so we wound up choosing a different facility. I think the largest rooms they have are only one bedroom. The facility looked pretty clean overall. The person that took us on a tour seemed knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions.

Clean, up to date amenities good care.

My mom has high needs and they do a great job providing personal care and ensuring she is part of the community. The spiritual focus and wonderful volunteers really add to the sense of community.

No linen closet in [the] bathroom. washer & dryer stacked. Great aides and staff. Julie is the best, wonderful amenities. A good place to live.

Mom seems to be doing okay since moving here. Anytime I have visited her the community is clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and nice. Mom seems to be liking the food she eats 3 times a day. She doesn't have the personality to participate in any of the activities but I am hoping the staff try to get her involved.

For the most part, our loved one is happy at Brookdale Champlin. It has been a little bumpy trying to acclimate and get used to the schedules and routines. It could be that it is due to a change in the management and the turn over in staff members. The staff is working with us and has been good about trying to resolve the questions and concerns we are having regarding our loved one. We are happy that they make sure he is taking his medication regularly. We also like the fact that he goes to the dining room to eat his meals and socializes with other people. We brought in some of his own things to decorate his room and make it homey and comfortable as possible. There are nice walking areas around the community that my husband has taken him to get some exercise and fresh air. We are hoping that everything settles down and it will be a good fit for our loved one.

My dad was only here about a week before having to go to the hospital and was unable to return to this location. The staff was nice and was willing to do what ever was needed to be done however my dad's condition proved to be more than what they could handle. The community itself was always clean and well maintained from what I experienced.

My mom is doing very good here. She has settled in and seems content. The staff has been wonderful very kind and caring and always helpful. The community is clean. The food according to my mother is not very good. No variety and has no taste but that could just be my mom too.

Brookdale Champlin is a very warm and inviting community. My mom has a nice apartment with windows that provide nice views of the well-maintained landscaping. The staff is friendly and taking good care of my mom. My mom thinks the food is okay, I haven't had a chance to dine there with her yet. They offer activities that the staff tries to encourage the residents to participate in. There is transportation for the resident for shopping trips and other excursions. I would recommend this community to others.

My father has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for him. Every time I have visited him the property is clean and very well maintained by all of the staff members. I am very comfortable with the care he is receiving and think everyone is always so polite. He has had no issues with the meals and participates in the activities he is able to from time to time. Overall I am happy and would recommend it to anyone.

My parents are doing very nicely since their move to this community. The management is very friendly. They have been very helpful, and very willing to resolve any of our concerns we have had. The community is well-kept, they do a good with the cleanliness. I will say that they need more of a variety of foods to choose from. Overall it has been pleasant experience for us in the community, and I would recommend it.

This community seemed like a comfortable place when we visited. My mother in law has a very nice apartment. She seems to be happy with the food and they do offer healthy choices. The community is clean and they offer a lot of activities. I would recommend this community. The only thing I noticed is that the communication with the family could improve.
