Such an amazing community, we are so thankful that we had our Mom move in. The staff are all so kind and genuine. Many of the caregivers have been at the community for many years, which speaks volumes about the company. My Mom loves her new friends that she has met and the activities that she now participates in. I cannot emphasize enough how happy she is!

The staff are wonderful. We were so pleased when we visited this community, that we didn't not go visit any others. I was so impressed with the director. She was very accommodating, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. She was very transparent about their shortfalls and I appreciated how she was open, honest, and forthcoming. On move in day. the director personally brought our family a tray of lunch foods. We also got to choose flooring and paint color for his apartment. My father is so happy there as well, and it a huge relief to me that he is well cared for. I thank god that I got him in there. It is like resort style living. The transportation staff are so friendly and take the residents all of the places they need to go. The activities of plentiful. They have a library, a beautiful sitting room with a fireplace and a piano, a nail and hair salon all in a beautiful country setting. The food is good. It is wonderful that he has three cooked meals a day with menu options and a 24 hour snack and coffee bar.

This was by far the best. They were very thorough in explaining things. Their incentives were awesome and I felt very comfortable with everyone I met. Where as the other places I didn’t meet anyone.

What a gorgeous location! Unparalleled to any other community I have seen. My father stayed there shortly and then passed. The staff was amazing. As soon as you walk into the building it has a warm feeling. The care staff greets everyone as they walk by. The food was very good, they have a menu you can order from. Ocean view in the Dining room! It felt like we were in a restaurant. Large age group of residents, some are friendly some stay to themselves. My father was on hospice and did not participate in the activities but they did exercise every morning. The gardens are nice. Lots of outdoor space and an ocean view deck. It is pricey but not for the location and extras that are included in the rent.

My aunt lives here, with her husband. They love living at Solstice. They have many friends there and always look forward to meals and holiday activities. She moved from a different community to Solstice and has never looked back.

From the moment I spoke with [name removed], via phone, I knew that this was the perfect facility for my dad. Making a decision on the right community for my dad can be scary and overwhelming and he put me at ease. I am incredibly comfortable in having my father in their care.

We chose this community because the staff and the residents were outgoing, friendly, and extremely pleasant. I felt that they offered what he needed and fit his budget. The food was awesome. The chef was open to meeting with residents to discuss special dietary needs. You could not ask for more!

The employees are always so helpful and nice. The receptionists always have a smile and lend a listening ear. The executive director has an open door policy. The food service, activities, maintenance housekeeping, and sales director are always around helping out wherever they are needed.

It is a friendly and well organized place. It is a safe place. The food is good. Room sizes are good, I have a two bedroom. They have plenty of outdoor space. They have a nice dog park. Grounds are beautiful. It is affordable compared to other places in the area.

I think it is a great place to be. I like the staff and the things we do. The food is excellent. I have a studio and I like it. They have lots of different floor plans. They have a nice place to walk. There is a nice view of the mountains. There rocking chairs to sit in outside. It is really close to shopping across the street.

My wife and I both feel very blessed that someone had directed us to consider Hidden Meadows while we were looking for a place for my mother-in-law. From the first time we stepped into the building, we were greeted by a bright, clean, and very organized facility... and it was always that way when we visited every day. It was very obvious that the people who were employed at Hidden Meadows took pride in their work, and it showed in their care for my mother-in-law... and in the physical facility itself. All of the employees, from the receptionists to the aides to the nurses to the food preparation people, were always enthusiastic and more than eager to help. No concern or request was ever overlooked; instead, it was addressed quickly and positively. Many times my wife and I would go to visit my mother-in-law, only to be greeted by one of the employees who had an idea of something that he or she could do to make my mother-in-law more comfortable. This was so comforting to us, because this is a very difficult thing for a family to do, but Hidden Meadows made us feel secure in our choice. We knew that our family member was being well cared for, and it eased our worries. It is very obvious that the management has a very clear vision of what an assisted living facility should be and it hires only people who share that same positive philosophy. I can honestly say that there is nothing I could suggest upon which Hidden Meadows could improve. My wife and I just thank you for all that you have done for us. You folks are the best!

The Lodge is always kept clean and its a nice place. Some staff are extremely friendly but others are not as friendly. The care is good, nothing we have been dissatisfied with. They are constantly trying to keep residents engaged and even through the COvid-19 pandemic, they have offered ways to stay connected like a drive through parade so families could see their loved ones from a safe distance. We have thought they have done a really good job through this making the residents comfortable and safe.

The staff at Allen Place does a great job keeping the community clean and they are all very friendly and accommodating for the needs of my loved one. The community is definitely worth the price tag for the level of care that the residents are receiving. The care is excellent. The staff put on a lot of great activities for the residents and the food is excellent.

My grandmother was 91 and grandfather 94 at time of move in, I was skeptical that with their current health declines they will need more assistance that Solstice weren’t able to provide. After touring, I saw they offered EVERYTHING (outside contracted home aides/nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy) on site. I knew immediately this will be the place where my grandparents would be stress free. My grandparents loved that it was one set monthly fee, every apartment has its own personal balcony, housekeeping and laundry services. They were worry free!!! Only choices they had to make was which entree they wanted for diner which was served “restaurant style” in a beautiful dining room area. I can go on and on about this facility, I encourage anyone who is looking for long term placement to consider this place.

Nice place to live, very clean and great environment. Director and staff are easy to work with.

The staff is very patient with residents. We feel the community is worth the price. They do provide activities for the residents, however during Covid-19 they are not.
