We have been through several senior living communities, and The Sheridan always smells fresh, which we cannot say for the others. The staff has always been very nice and helpful and has been doing everything they can during the Covid-19 pandemic to keep dad safe. Dad looks good, he's healthy, he's happy, and even during the community lock down, he has remained happy, which says a lot. We have eaten with my dad here a few times previous to the lock down and the food was very good. Even during the lock down, dad has not complained about the food at all. Before the pandemic, they always had activities going on that the residents could participate in. While they were in lock down, they tried to get creative with involving the residents and give the residents puzzle packets and engage them in long-distance bingo.

so far so good, potentially still too expensive, but they are willing to work on negotiating rates to enable moms money to last longer, so i like that, and they are close. definately considering

The staff is exceptional.hey are very caring. They communicate very well with the families to keep us informed about our loved ones. They have done a good job during Covid -19 The facility is beautiful and up to date, They have a lot of activities and event for families to participate in, which we like.

The staff was always cleaning. They even had hand santizer with them at all times. The staff is great about greeting everyone when they enter the community. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job with keeping the residents comfortable and have even let the residents use their phones to FaceTime the family. My mother loves the food. Although limited in her ability to participate, the staff has done a good job with allowing residents to walk around the garden for fresh air. We are happy with Brighton Gardens! We thought she would have a hard time with the transition, but she has been very happy and was excited to meet new people.

I love this place and the people are very good friends.

The staff there are dedicated and really care for the residents that live there. The food is good. I chose this community because it was super clean, the staff seemed very involved with the residents, and they were more affordable than all the places I looked at.

When my 92-year-old mother fell and was hospitalized for the 4th time within a year, I knew she needed additional help. She had been insistent that her 2-bedroom apartment was just the place for her--but now that she's settled into Garden Village, she is SO happy! She doesn't need to worry about groceries or fixing meals; the laundry area is just down the hall; the staff is superb; the meals are tasty. Some people said, "oh, with COVID-19, this isn't the time to move her into independent living!" Actually, this is *exactly* the time: the staff at Garden Village is taking extraordinary measures to keep their residents safe, and I'm so grateful that she doesn't have to expose herself to the virus by going out. My profound thanks to [names removed], who have made the transition as easy as possible not only for Mother, but also for me.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my mom's experience at Independence Village has been. The staff and residents are so kind and friendly, always ready to lend a helping hand.

They have been very supportive and communicative. The food is okay with reasonable variety. We chose this community for its convenience and their ability to accommodate our families needs. We have been very happy with the services provided at the community. They have been very welcoming and gracious.

Truly a place to call home for you loved one. If I had to choose one work about the staff at Addison Place it would be compassionate. When I visit my dad I have often observed how tentative all the staff is to each individual person and their needs. I praise the extended family for making my dads difficult time of leaving his home into a comforting transition. The front office if always warm and welcoming. The Director of Nursing/nurses makes me feel at ease that my dads medications are addressed. Housekeeping always keeps the community clean and my dads room is always kept looking nice, even though my dad is a "messy snacker". There is always a great schedule of activities with a wide variety of options. No matter what the role of the staff member has they go above and beyond their job titles to work together as a team.

Solstice is a community that has a lot to offer its residents. Food is fresh, staff is helpful and there are a lot of fun things to do. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I am always excited to see what new things they come up with for us.

The staff are very good. The place is well kept us. The food is good and the chef offers a good amount of variety. We always have the option to pick up our meals during the scheduled meal times and eat it at our leisure in our apartment. I love our apartment. It was newly renovated before we moved in. We like the layout, it is comfortable, and we have a patio. They offer a lot of activities here as well.

I would move in myself. I have looked at many places over the years and this is the best one I have found. The food was good and they had a lot of menu choices. The community layout was great. It is a quiet peaceful place and the residents are friendly.

Redbud Place was a very caring community. The staff were very helpful. They offered a lot of activities and outings including trips to the casinos and baseball games. The chef was so sweet. My dad was picky, and she would always try to prepare things for him that he would ask for and that she knew he liked. He really enjoyed to food. They quality was good and they offered a lot of variety. Overall,, they wonderful were just wonderful there.

The food is great. The room size is better then the last community I was in. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have walking paths around the building. It is a really nice place, it is more expensive than my last community but I get a lot more for the money.

We moved my in laws into the community a few weeks before my mother in law passed away. The staff were so wonderful and took such good care of her. They have been so kind and supportive of my my father in law. The communication is just fantastic. It is a friendly and family oriented community. They are absolutely wonderful and we just love it there.

The staff was incredible, from the director to the person serving in the restaurant, everyone was great. It was a great value for the cost. I love that they took her cats. Food was excellent. Room size was perfect for her. She had a balcony.

The staff seem to really care about the residents. I feel that they are a well established community with a stable team of staff and adequate staffing. It is a small community and the staff know all of the residents by name, The staff are friendly and happy to do whatever my mom needs. They clean her apartment and bring her medications to her. The food is fairly good and they serve fresh fruit with breakfast.

[Name removed] worked with me for 3 days to make sure I was happy with my room. I was worried about a favorite piece of furniture fitting in the room, she asked for the measurements and went to a couple diff rooms to see if it fit. [name removed] went way beyond making sure I was a fit in her community. She went way beyond and is very personable! I can't say enough great things about [name removed]!
