I love Carroll Place. It feels like home and is very clean. The best part is all the love you feel as soon as you walk in the door. They have taken great care of my mother almost 4 years now.

My sister has lived at Carroll Place for more than 5 years. We are happy with the care she receives and the friendliness of the staff. To sum it all up, "everything is just great!" Overall, the experience has been exceptional!

We chose Oak Cottage of Santa Barbara because it was focused on memory care. I like that they are very involved with Alzheimer's and their staff is well trained in all different areas. They have an app where you can see what activities your loved ones are doing. They also email videos and pictures of her and we can face-time her at anytime. They went and picked all of my moms stuff up from her previous facility, so it made the move very easy on us. They are a very family oriented facility. We have had a wonderful experience here so far.

This is the best place in this area of Port St. Lucie. The friendliness and the dedication of the staff for my loved. The food was ok for my loved one. The room was very nice and good for my loved one.

All the staff I have interacted with have been very personable and professional. I really appreciate all the attention given to my dad, it has really helped him with the transition. I am especially impressed with how safe and meticulous the visits are being conducted during covid. Dad is happy, safe and having fun with all the activities. I am really glad we chose Campbell Place!

I cannot say enough about what the staff has done for our loved ones during this difficult time. I would like to thank each and every one of them for a job well done!

My friend has been at Campbell Place for 5 years now. They have the best and nicest people working there [names removed] to name just a few. [name removed] is very happy to live here. We both recommend this place to everyone who might be interested in assisted living situations. We really can’t say enough good things about Campbell Place in Bellefontaine!!

The Palms community is a very nice place, it is pretty and very clean. It is like living in a luxury hotel. Some activities the have for the residents are singing groups and games. From our understanding the food has been pretty good and he really likes the variety.

[name removed], Community Relations Director at Carroll Place is the best. She helped me learn about Carroll Place and gave me a virtual tour. I truly appreciated all of her texts, emails and phone calls to answer all of my questions. Carroll Place is a lovely, nice community with wonderful people!

We love it here, there have been no cases of COVID. She can come and go as she pleases. They have wonderful activities even during the pandemic they are keeping residents entertained. The food is very good. They do all the cleaning but she does her own laundry which keeps her independent. The apartments are modern and updated, hallways are beautifully decorated. They also do church services that meet here so they do not have to leave the facility. I would absolutely recommend.

My mother could be quite a handful and had been in several other facilities prior to coming here. This place was great ! even when I couldn't come in person ,I could call and speak with the office manager to make sure she was doing OK. They were always clean and neat and, most importantly; attentive!

My mother in-law has lived here since July and She has been doing well. The staff are all friendly and even though we cannot visit her we are able to video chat weekly and we get weekly updates from the staff on what is happening and how she is doing. Since being there she has improved and she is now able to participate in some of the small group and individual activities that occur daily. Because of Covid 19 we are not able to help her with her cat so the staff have been helping her with caring for the cat on a daily basis. This means a lot to her since her cat has been with her for the last 10 years. We are very happy with our choice and glad that we found the right place for her.

My mother moved into this community after a stroke several months ago. The care staff have been so kind and understanding when it comes to her limitations and her needs. Anytime I have a question or concern it is addressed immediately and every time my mother has a request it is followed up on. She had a fall recently and the staff responded immediately and then let me know what happened. I sleep better at night knowing that she is taken care of and if anything happens I can rely on the staff to handle the situation and make sure she is cared for in the best way possible COVID 19 has limited activities but the community still makes sure that there are fun and interesting things for the residents to do daily. My mother loves the daily exercise class and has become much stronger over the last month. This community has great infection control protocols in place and has never has a case of COVID 19. I feel comfortable having my mother at this community.

Great Place for mom!! Great Food, Fun Activities, & Great Staff

Words do not even come close to expressing the value of Parkview in Allen! Mom (87) was ready to give up! So depressed, until we met the staff (esp. [name removed]) and she treated mom like her own mom! The other staff are amazing too! Wow! This place (for the unbelievable cheap price!) has... apartment, full kitchen, 3 full cooked meals provided, washer/dryer hookups plus laundry mat, swimming pool, maid service...Wow!

It is a great place to live. Meals are good. The facility is very nestful. I am very happy here.

I absolutely love living at Belleair Towers. I can be completely alone or I can participate in the many activities offered daily. 3 meals a day prepared for me. No grocery shopping, no preparing the food, and no cleanup. Once a week my sheets are changed and my apartment cleaned. We have a great staff that gets along with each other and they take care of us. We are a small community with only 58. We are like family. I sit on my couch and look out my window and see through the branches of the big oaks that surround a beautiful sunset. I am so glad I live at Belleair Towers.

We love it here. The staff is like family they go above and beyond trying to please all of us. We fell loved and safe. Love our apt. all staff are wonderful. Our G.M. is great!
