I enjoy my surroundings and especially the people in it.

Clean/attractive facility, good food, activities, good management, friendly, economical, location, parking.

Really love activities, Bingo, Bean bag, baseball, and horse races. I truly ENJOY walking the walk trails around Arlington Plaza.

I have a great housekeeper and I love living here.

Chateau Ridgeland has been my home for 7 years. I love the friends I've made, great food and not having to cook. The staff is very friendly and helps us whenever we need them.

The staff & residents here at Chateau Ridgeland are great and you can't help but to love this place. I moved here a year ago. I wouldn't live any other place but my home.

We chose Worthington Place because it was recommended to us and it is not a nursing home. They provide excellent care for my mom with Alzheimer's, There is always activities going on, she is not just sitting in a corner which was the case at some others that we looked into. They do for her in the facility what I would do for her at home. The apartment sizes here are excellent. They have different sizes available, so you can choose for your needs. The best part about the community so far has been the communication from the executive directors down to the aids. It has been a very good experience, I would absolutely recommend.

The staff members at this Solstice are great, they are very friendly, and it is a very affordable community. Our loved one likes the food, they have table service in the dining room. Our loved one has a studio apartment, but they have other room sizes that go all the way up to a large two bedroom apartment,

My sister has lived here for 2+ years and I am very happy with her selection. The complex is beautiful, very well maintained, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is good and activities before Covid was wonderful. I feel that it is a safe place for her and that she is in good hands. I highly recommend the El Dorado for other potential residents.

The residential living was absolutely fantastic, everyone there was just wonderful. The residential director was amazing, she was extremely emphatic and professional we loved her. However, we had to loved our loved ones over to the assisted living and we would absolutely not recommend the assisted living. Due to COVID our loved ones were not able to participate in the activities they offered, but the assisted living side did seem to offer a good amount. The assisted living side was very disorganized, and not friendly. We felt the head nurse that was in charge of our loved ones was neglectful. Our loved ones both had dementia and there were times they did not receive their medication, and in the beginning the nurse did not even know what medication they needed. The staff was not friendly once you got them moved in. Due to one of our loved ones dementia we saw first hand a staff member shout at our loved one. That staff member escalated the situation very quickly. They had accused our loved one of being verbally aggressive, but our video showed it was the other way around. They have also had multiple infestations of ants, and our loved ones at times would be covered in ant bites. The director in the assisted living as even yelled at our family. One of our loved ones has now moved to the memory care side and they have been much better. They have a new head nurse that is more on top of their medication.

It was a homey feeling. The community didn't feel like an intialuzied. My loved one loved it here. My loved one was in respite care, and they went out and bought a bedspread, trash cans and other items to make it feel like home. They allowed us to purchase the refrigerator, and even hung the pictures we brought up to him. They put all his clothes away for him, and didn't make him do it. They were able to get him settled in. The community allowed us to come visit with my dad outside as long as we stayed 6 feet apart. The community did a bar-b-que and brought the food up to the residents to still participate in an activity. My loved one was only at this community for 4 days. The community ended up refunding us the entire amount. The community was able to give us a phone number for doctors that make house calls to assist my loved one further. When we were looking for a more of a high care community, we used this community as a measuring gage.

I enjoy living here. They have fun activities. The staff is very nice and they will do anything for you. The other residents are easy to get along with, they are fun and congenial. There is good participation by both staff and residents.

I'm enjoying myself, meeting new friends. I can be as ornery as I want to be. Everyone, residents and employees, I've met are very nice. I enjoy all the activities, it's fun.

I feel assured that my loved one and the other residents are well cared for and their needs are being met. It gives me great peace of mind especially during this time. I'm happy when my loved one tells me how good everyone at Carroll Place takes care of him and doesn't know what he'd do without them.

I worked for Meals on Wheels for 28 years and visited all the AL communities in Fairfield County and out of all of them, Carroll Place is the best. It's not perfect and there is room for improvement, but nothing is perfect. All in all, it's the best. The cleanliness and help you get here is the best. I referred people here and still refer people here. That's why when I needed assisted living, I chose Carroll Place.

[name removed] moved in and felt very safe. He did not feel safe at home. He loves all the staff at Carroll Place. This is his home. We felt lucky to find Carroll Place. We looked at other communities and none were as nice as Carroll Place.

I think Carroll Place is the best and doing a great job. My wife and I are very happy with the care our aunt is receiving. We're very happy with the staff and how they have handled COVID. We are very happy with Carroll Place.
