Woodlands Village has been a very good place with the Covid-19. The staff has been wonderful keeping everyone safe. The servers have brought us our meals every day. They keep us active and happy. Thank you!

Las Villas offers a lot of activities, they would send us pictures of activities our loved one was doing. They celebrate holidays and birthdays. They also let the residents walk around in their beautiful indoor garden. As far as we know there has been no positive cases of COVID on the memory care side. We liked how this community was not to large, and we also like how the memory care residents were together and they weren't mixed in with the general population. The staff members are long term, there is not a lot of turnovers at this community. They know all the patients by name. Our loved one spoke another language, and some of the staff members would try to learn some words in her language to make her feel comfortable. They really did treat her well.

We were very happy with this community while our loved one was there. They really went above and beyond for her, everyone there was great. We would give the staff members a five plus. She really did love it there.

I have lived in a Holiday residence in MA, so when I moved here I was accustomed to the routine. I am very satisfied here and understand all the restrictions. I am getting used to Texas after spending my life in New England.

I have already told friends to check this community out. The time my mom was there, she enjoyed it. The community had Wii bowling, and bingo that my mom participated in. They even had movies for residents to watch. The staff was very good. The food was enjoyed by my mom, and she was even got to sit in the dining room. This was prior to COVID.

In addition to the high quality of the physical facility at Bethel Park Retirement, and in addition to it’s beautiful surroundings, grounds, and especially it’s extremely convenient location , the most compelling aspect of Bethel Park Retirement is our exceptional staff. The expectations and standards required by Holiday for employment must be extremely high, resulting in a staff of simply THE most committed individuals we could ever hope for. Often relatives of residents become residents themselves. This is perhaps THE most telling endorsement of all. My father was a resident here years ago. After my father passed away, I was personally assured by The Management Team: “[name removed], when you and your wife are ready to move, we will have you room ready for you.” And, now, here we are! My wife and I have done extensive research of Independent Living Communities in The Pittsburgh area. And, believe me, the number of facilities is increasing exponentially in this area as our population ages. Do your homework...and...we’ll see you here!

They did really good with activities for individual residents. The activities director was friendly, outgoing, and made the residents want to be active. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone. The nurses and staff were good at following up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was speaking to this community while my loved one was in a prior community. At this community they had a goal to answer all call buttons within 3 minutes. This community tracks the response time and prints a report out for tracking. My loved one kept telling us, that I feel like I'm staying at the best Hyatt Hotel. The food was good, and the staff took good care of my loved.

I have lived here at Chateau Ridgeland for 3 years. I'm very comfortable in my studio apartment. We have a new chef and the food is much better. The staff that serves our meals and clean our apartments are very good. The location of the community is very good as well.

1. Very well taken care of regarding virus. 2. Breakfasts are the best. 3. Snacks and drinks 2x daily. 4. Great activities planned can attend or not. 5. Service to my apartment excellent. Clean. 6. Nourishing food daily.

The staff responsible for administrative duties and view members have done an excellent job since I came here two years ago. [names removed] are always ready to help. I've gotten to know a few of the servers by name [names removed] and I appreciate their work as well as the other servers. [name removed] the second-floor housekeeper, ensures that I'm taken care of and always seems to have a good disposition. [name removed] does a good job keeping up with maintenance.

I enjoy it here and have no complaints. This is my home now and I enjoy it.

Excellent place to live. Recommend to every person that I come in contact with. The staff is magnificent. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is friendly. A Place for Mom told my son that Arlington Plaza was the best place for me, I agree.
