we have toured independence village twice and we are very impressed with the pricing and the upgrades they are working on along with the current upgrades.

Independence Village has everything you could want to remain active and independent during a time when you feel you're losing your independence. They offer 3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, on-site maintenance and best of all a front desk attendant 24 hours a day. There are enough activities offered there is no reason to get bored or feel you have to stay in your apartment. Best of all they have remained COVID free during this horrible pandemic.

Independence Village is a great community with awesome residents. The staff is super nice and always there to help.

The community is clean and neat. They have done everything they said they would do. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. If there are any issues they all will jump on it. I would recommend this community to others

Since [names removed] moved in, they have never looked as happy and healthy. The level of care and attention given to both of them is absolutely outstanding. The entire staff at Heartis is priceless in regard to their caring and concern.

If this community can meet your needs I would definitely try them out. I felt they were year flexible with meeting our needs. They also had additional care service that helped.

Well done. Guide walked through the entire memory care area using his cell phone. Shared some of the programs they have to engage the residents. When he unlocked the door to the court yard I asked why the doors were locked. He indicated that it was too cold for the residents to be out but when the weather was warmer, the door was not locked. Empathy for residents came out in how he answered my question. He then walked the court yard and shared about the residents grow their own vegetables and tend to the court yard plants. the tour lasted about 50 minutes and he interacted with the only resident we encountered.

My parents are current residents at Overland Court Senior Living in Boise, and have been there for a little over a year. [names removed] and the entire care staff are amazing and I'm so thankful that my parents are being so well taken care of. We had a pretty awful experience at the previous property where they were living in Caldwell and I was so worried when I was looking to move them. [names removed] were the first people I met. They were compassionate, welcoming and transparent. Best decision I've ever made! My parents are doing pretty well, despite the Covid restrictions and this is a direct result of the entire team at Overland Court and [name removed], the Activities Director, for their positive attitudes, love and compassion for their residents. Every time I ask my parents if their doing ok, their response is always the same. "We are doing fine and they treat us really well here". :) I can't say enough about Overland Court and Frontier Management. Thank you so much for all you do and for the wonderful team you have in place in Boise. I am forever grateful.

My wonderful Mom has been living at Tiffany Court at Kingston for over two years. I cannot say enough great things about the ENTIRE staff. Everyone at Tiffany works so hard in taking great care of my Mom, along with all the residents. I know that everyone knows how much I care about my Mom and how much I love her. And when I call and have questions or concerns, everyone always is patient and caring. Especially during this past year with the Covid situation, Tiffany has really been amazing. It has been such a stressful year and they all have taken such great extra care to keep all the residents and themselves safe and healthy. The Director has made sure to set up sunshine visits when allowed. This has made such a difference! No one ever makes me feel silly when I call if I can’t get a hold of my mom on her cell phone. The staff will go and call me from mom’s phone so I can facetime with her. Bottom line; I am proud to say that I know everyone’s name ar Tiffany because I feel they are part of our family. I feel very comfortable to recommend Tiffany Court at Kingston. Each person that works there is truly a Healthcare Hero. I hope they are all getting wage increases that they so deserve.

Absolutely loved meeting the staff ! All were very professional and obviously care about their Residents . The people who call Independence Village home seem to be happy and feel safe !!

Independence Village of Olde Raleigh is in a great location, close to shops and health facilities. The activities are fun and engaging and the staff is friendly. When you step into the Community, you feel welcomed and at home.

They do not have different levels of care here, so being able to come in without levels has been great as far as the value for the money. This does not change the quality of care at all, they have been great. The sales person and the director were incredibly helpful and we formed relationships with the staff. Everybody who works here are the nicest people I have ever run into. I have seen the food and the menu, and they are home cooked, quality meals. We absolutely love The Addison of Durham and have been very pleased.

This community still allows us to see our loved ones, there have been no communication issues which is very important.

This facility, independent living is absolutely beautiful, affordable and well-maintained for its age. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy to say that my father will be living here and enjoying a beautiful view with wonderful staff, nurses and residents to keep him company.

I am glad I chose this community. The communication is good between the staff and the community. I would recommend this community to others

I like it is clean and organized. The community seems fair. This is a great place. The food is good. I would recommend the community to anyone. Bingo, bean bag baseball, and card games are some of the activities to choose from. There are no staff overnight. They do provide life alert that is included in the rent.
