I scheduled a tour with Signal Mountain Senior Living for my mother after visit many other facilities that missed the mark. Walking in to smiling faces and warm welcomes didn't feel like a visit it - felt like home. [name removed] has been absolutely amazing with every interaction and answered every question I had. The facility was beautifully kept, staff were friendly, and the residents I met really made me feel comfortable with the decision to possibly make this move for my mother.

We are so pleased with our experience from the care staff and receptionist greeting my dad upon arrival to the administrator being warm, kind and attentive. BV is going to be a wonderful fit for my dad! Thank you

I feel Discovery is a safe place with a dedicated staff. The team is compassionate, they pay attention to detail and maintain a safe environment. The meals are served restaurant style and are delicious. I enjoy the activities Discovery offers, some of my favorites are the exercise class, live entertainment and the outings to restaurants. I am very happy at Discovery.

The staff is very compassionate and knowledgeable about the medical needs of the residents. The community is well maintained, with clean hallways, apartments, and restrooms. From housekeeping to administration, they all work together to meet the community needs.

There are great people here at the facility and they really care about the residence. Everyone is so sweet and kind. The decorations are really nice and they have A lot of activities with the residence here. Everyone is so helpful.

My mom is very happy and comfortable there. We would most definitely recommend Walker Place to other families based on the experience so far

The Villages of Imperial Pointe is a modern Independent Living Facility. The individual apartments have high ceilings, fresh neutral colored paint, well laid out floor plans, washer/dryers installed, granite countertops, and modern appliances. The shared common areas are clean, well decorated, and leave a wonderful impression upon our visitors. What can I say about the staff? … They are absolutely great. Their aim is to please and they exceed their goals. I think the main thing that impressed me about The Villages at Imperial Pointe is that the staff and my fellow residents welcomed my wife and I with open arms and open hearts. I have made many new friends and now feel like I am at home with a new larger family.

This is a great facility, with lots of activities and things to do all day long if you want to. They have PT/OT and speech therapy on site, and the other residents are friendly and welcoming. They have a bus to go on community outings to restaurants and other events. Overall a great place to be!

[removed name] and [removed name]were quite helpful. The entire management team is awesome. They made the transition as smooth as possible. The facility has been updated, it's neat, beautifully decorated each season, and it smells fresh. The staff appear professional and welcoming. The residents have ample activities to choose from. There are also several activities planned for the family as well. The food is tasty. The rooms are kept clean. The prices are comparable or better than most. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is absolutely outstanding. Everybody I have met with and has had personal contact with has been outstanding. Outstanding! Nothing is too much. The response, "That's fine, we can do that." I don't feel pressured to give a good review because it's easy. I love my apartment, and I love to cook. My daughter lives in Maine and wanted me somewhere safe and social instead of living alone in [removed facility]. [removed name], our Programs Assistant, is wonderful. He is the life of the party. [removed name]! I've joined the chorus; I love to sing. I should be doing exercise, but I love waking up, putting on my robe and slippers, making my coffee and English muffin and watching my morning TV. I love living on the 3rd floor because there's no one living above me, I love the wall space where I can hang all of my pictures, and I love being by the elevator. The wood and fireplace in the communal area is heavenly.

The people are absolutely fantastic. They are a great mix of a compassionate and caring staff. Sincere with everything they do. The food is excellent. Breakfasts are beyond compare with a wide variety. The decorations around Christmas time are a great representation of how well the staff care about the residents. We also have activities all around, both inside and outside the community. You always see people around the community. You greet people in the halls and get to sit with new people. They are upgrading the facilities and really taking care of the building. We are getting a new updated paint look. For friendliness, resident entertainment, and staff would like to give 6 stars.

Everyone was wonderful. Took great care of Mom. I would definitely recommend them . I'm not sure what to add. They were so very welcoming to us when we went to visit. When my Mom was dying, they took as good care of us as they did her. Could feel how much they truly cared for her.

just move in September and I have made several new friends. we enjoy visiting during meal times. my day is full of activities and possibilities. the best pat of all is the friendly staff who are always ready to answer my questions.

What we like the most about the community is - 1. It does seem like a senior assistant community. Mom can come and go as she please. 2. Her doctor comes to the home. 3. The room are condominiums.4. The transportation has not have as of yet, but I'm under the impression mom gets local rides. 5. I have eaten there four times . I was not disappointed at all. 6. The price is right for the Bay Area.

Spring Mill is such a lovely place for residents with the grand entrance with the fireplace, pub area for happy hours, onsite therapy services with gym, puzzle area, movie theater and an engaging activity department!

The staff and personnel at Lake House were friendly, courteous, and concerned about my mothers well being. They offered us respite care as well as long term care. The facility is clean and very bright. They explained everything to me in detail and showed me the rooms available. Thanks for the great tour.

I absolutely love [name removed] in the office and quite honestly every single one of the staff has been over the top nice and helpful and welcoming. The facility is outstanding. It feels more like a hotel or apartment building than it does assisted living. I would highly recommend Discovery Commons to anyone.
