Went and toured the Sooner Station Assisted Living in Norman. The facility was great! Very pretty and the residents that I met really all seem happy and had nothing but nice things to say about the facility. [name removed] was very informative and attentive. Would love to put my mother here.

Outstanding place the staff is outstanding good food. Very caring will help you do anything if it’s right. Have your own room very nice very clean the maid does awesome job, have a gentleman that plays the piano very very good

My parents love it there. The staff is super friendly and caring. My parents like the food and love the activities and outings.

Overall it's been great! It's clean almost everyone there is really friendly and courteous. It's really a great place! My mom would like more outdoor space and I was hoping for more monitoring of food/water intake and BMs but i realize now this isn't realistic in facilities and is more for in-home care and my mom is pretty far down the dementia path. Brunswick director has really provided alot of support. My mom moved from assisted living to memory care and they moved everything in her room for us. Some of the staff there go out of their way to assist us during visits and while moving things around. They let us borrow a bed and a TV for no extra charge for an extended time. They also worked with us on the first partial month, deposit and timing of the rent for the first month. They have been really flexible. The front desk staff are just super! fun, and comforting.

Activities are a little different from my Mom's last place. Instead of a few set things happening at set times during the day, they have an Activities room where something is always going on. I sat down there with my Mom yesterday with the activities person and two other women and we had a really fun time doing Christmas trivia (just as an example). I like this model a lot actually because it kind of encourages people to just hang out in a more casual way. It felt like a very welcoming place. I hear a lot of laughter throughout the day from the staff, and everybody seems to enjoy getting involved in holiday events, etc.

I’m quite happy with the staff and facilities here. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help whenever something comes up, which makes living here a very comfortable experience. The facilities are well maintained and convenient, adding a lot of value to day-to-day life. The apartments themselves are a good size, with enough space to live comfortably without feeling cramped. Overall, it’s been a pleasant place to live, and I’m satisfied with both the management and the quality of the accommodation.

Gardens of Gainesville is a lovely facility with all the amenities one could need. It has a number of floor plans from efficiency size to two bed two bath apartments,. The continuance of care is another positive. [name removed] is very knowledgeable, and you can tell she cares about the residents.

The food is great and so are the residents. The admin care about the residents. Only negative is that the accommodations are getting a bit tired. But overall a nice place to live indepenendtly. It is comfortable retirement living at a good value.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! It is a wonderful place where my folks were taken care of very well. They treated my folks like their family. They have many activities and the place is spotless! The place is bright and secure and they even let you bring your pet! They have a beautiful courtyard with flowers that my folks enjoyed daily! When my mom passed away they could not have been more kind! They are like angels and treat your loved one like their family! I highly recommend Chandler Place!

Mom has increasing memory problems. The staff is courteous and kind with dealing with her issues. She gets her meds on time, and well checks as planned. The food appears to be good as she maintains her weight and has no complaints about the meals.

We are so fortunate to have Chandler Place here in Kendallville, IN. My mom was diagnosed with dementia a couple of years ago, and when it became clear she could no longer remain safely in her home, we began searching for the right community. We immediately fell in love with Chandler Place. The location is convenient and easy to access, and the atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The community is intimate enough that everyone gets to know one another, yet large enough to offer a wide variety of engaging activities. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the residents—every interaction we’ve witnessed has been kind, patient, and supportive. I cannot praise the activity director highly enough. She keeps residents active with fun programs, special events, and outings that my mom genuinely enjoys. Since moving to Chandler Place, my mom has more social interaction and a noticeably improved quality of life. I would highly recommend Chandler Place for your loved

It's expensive but quality of care and facilities are excellent. Apartments are a good size, price varies with size. Separate bedroom which is nice. Rooms are basic, such as a hotel room.

[name removed] did the tour and she was upbeat and positive. Facility was clean however needs some updating in some areas. Rooms are small but may encourage more social involvement in group activities. Loved the fish tank.

It was a great experience. Nice staff and very informative. As well as, staff working with us to help with mom and finances. We believe mom will enjoy living there with all the events and amenities offered. Thank everyone very much

I scheduled a tour with Signal Mountain Senior Living for my mother after visit many other facilities that missed the mark. Walking in to smiling faces and warm welcomes didn't feel like a visit it - felt like home. [name removed] has been absolutely amazing with every interaction and answered every question I had. The facility was beautifully kept, staff were friendly, and the residents I met really made me feel comfortable with the decision to possibly make this move for my mother.

We are so pleased with our experience from the care staff and receptionist greeting my dad upon arrival to the administrator being warm, kind and attentive. BV is going to be a wonderful fit for my dad! Thank you

I feel Discovery is a safe place with a dedicated staff. The team is compassionate, they pay attention to detail and maintain a safe environment. The meals are served restaurant style and are delicious. I enjoy the activities Discovery offers, some of my favorites are the exercise class, live entertainment and the outings to restaurants. I am very happy at Discovery.

I tell my friends and relatives Discovery is the right home for me. The staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the transportation services, especially for doctor visits, shopping, and restaurants. My overall experience has been very positive!
