During this past winter when Texas got all the storms, they did a very good job handling the entire situation. We did speak with our loved one recently and the activities are still pretty limited. Our loved one has now been there a little over a year and they seem very happy to be there.

We chose Davis Place because it was recommenced to us, it was most affordable, and we were able to get in to tour and liked the staff. There are plenty of activities for him to participate in here and he really likes the food. He has improved since being here and we are very pleased with the facility. We would recommend to others looking.

We chose Discovery Village because the spaces were nice and bright, her room had a few windows overlooking a garden. Everything we asked them to do they were more than happy to do. They were also very honest about what they offer and what the cost will be. They made the transition on us and on her very easy and they were just great to work with and accommodating as could be. The staff are very good about covid protocols and they did not have any cases. They always called back when I left a message and were great with their response time. She chose not to participate but they offered a lot of activities for the residents. I would suggest during the tour to excuse yourself and see things off the beaten path when looking at any facility. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

I was pleasantly surprised how the community tries to meet every one of your needs. I feel blessed that I found this community. Communication is good between the staff and me is very good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

We toured The Sheridan and it was a beautiful facility but it was brand new at the time so there was not a lot going on since there weren't many residents yet.

Went on a tour yesterday. Enjoyed a delicious complimentary gourmet meal. The lady [name removed] did a super job explaining all amenities and options. She is very nice and knowledgeable. Met other staff members who were smiling and happy. The residents were well taken care of and the place was very clean. It’s like a luxury hotel.

If you ever find yourself in need of a memory care facility for a loved one, look no further! The staff are compassionate and caring. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. They offer many amenities to engage and stimulate your loved one and encourage them to contribute. We are thankful for The Pointe at Lifespring. We toured several facilities and this one best served our loved ones needs and gave us peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of and thriving! Go take a tour, you won’t be disappointed.

They were nice people, it was a great place, and my loved one said she loved the food. The staff could not have been kinder. She just happened to have a stroke several days after she moved in. It was not at all their fault. She just happened to be there when it happened. They were super kind and super good to her, and I would recommend the place to absolutely anybody. I'm still waiting to see about a refund on the one-time, up-front fee that was paid at move-in. So we'll see how that plays out. But they did a great job at making the transition into independent living easier on my loved one. They even published a book on that transition process, called "The Wisdom of Gratitude." I think everybody ought to read it.

Now the community is open for visitors, we took a tour and the community is spotless. They are dedicated to our loved one. The staff gives great support to the residents and families. Loma Clara has a chef during meals. I look forward to the meals, and they are very good. My loved one doesn't participate; however, there is always something going on for the residents to participate in. It is a pricy community, but worth the money and allowing my loved one to be happy here. The level of support and care from the staff members , they go above and beyond. There are directors who sit down and visit with our loved one, even in their apartment. They will be able to provide more support as my loved one's memory care worsens.

We chose Whispering Oaks because of the friendliness of the staff members as well as we liked the layout of the facility. The apartment sizes here are very good. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

Location great. Like 3 meals. 2 bed rm apts perfect size. Outdoor areas nice. laundry/housekp AOK. Transprt - great. Happy about all ementies. Lots of activities. Nothing negative to find.

It is a very friendly and comfortable community. There isn't a lot of variety of food and the portions on the smaller side. The food is tasty though. The communication with the staff is very good.

The community gave me free range to decorate and make it feel like my own. The location is good and close to shopping centers nearby. It is easy to get to, and close to the Catholic Church. There are only about 150 people. They have good rules and regulations. I've been talking to people who have been here for 5-9 years. We all feel like home. Everyone is so friendly. The only complaint is I felt they didn't have enough storage. There is no stove in the apartments. I would highly recommend this community to others. It is quiet and in a safe location.

We did a virtual tour with this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and they provided lots of information to us. It just didn't fit our needs at this time.

[name removed] very professional, honest and sincere. Loved their apartments. Just wish they had transition of care should mom progress out of independent living to assisted living.

We left Morada because they were raising her rates because of the level of care that she was needing, they were charging her a lot of money. But we were pleased with the facility otherwise. It is a really nice place especially if you are more ambulatory.

My loved one was there for a very short amount of time. The quick transition into the community was great and made the turnaround was amazing. The community was wonderful during the my loved one's death and being with the family.

The community is so pleasant. I don't have to do anything, I can just enjoy their services. The meals are great here. They have a new chef and he's made everything better. The food is so tasty, I do miss the salt and pepper being on the tables. Everyone has been so helpful here.

I've had the pleasure of working with the staff and residents at Whitlock Place, and the care is extraordinary. [name removed] and the staff treat the residents like family. It is a true testament to the care they provide. The campus is clean and inviting, and truly has a community feel.

I love Allegria, I give Allegria 5+ stars. The food is good here. The nursing staff is very nice and friendly. I get to hang out with my friends. I like to go to bingo, crafts and the night time movie. I love that I can walk to the beach and the lake. I love with the therapy dog Coco visits.
