My mother became very sick and unable to care for herself independently in a very short period of time. All of the children do not live nearby. I live in Ohio. We needed a place ASAP. But we also needed to find a place that was caring, clean, and supportive to mom and her needs. I called The Pointe for information and felt an instant caring and professional attitude over the phone. We were able to get her into a lovely room within a few days. What an answer to our prayers! What we didn't know was how COVID would change all of our lives. As things changed, I always felt The Pointe was on the cutting edge of protecting the residents from COVID. They kept us informed weekly of the changes and of the many things they came up with to keep the residents engaged and involved while still having to stay in their rooms. Any staff I talked with was very positive and supportive. We were so thankful to have mom there as a resident!

I see many wondrous things while living here and know how blessed we residents are. For we are being loved and cared for by fantastic staff and great administrators. Simply put.. WOW. Thank you to the Brookdale team.

Living here at Brookdale has given me many things to be thankful for. Everyone that works here is very friendly and I can't believe they remember everyone's name! I am also thankful that during this pandemic I have felt very safe. Brookdale has been so good at following the rules and regulations to keep us healthy.

I have lived here eight years and my husband and I love it. I would not like anywhere else.

I really like the place. From what I gather, our loved one is happy. The staff is very friendly. Their communication seems good, and we're pleased with how they take care of her. She's comfortable there. She talks about bingo and other activities that she enjoys.

My dad is in a nice studio unit with a view of the garden. The staff is very patient and caring of my dad. There is a peace of mind knowing that my dad is watched and cared for 24 hours. Though my dad is limited in his mobility, the activities and interaction with the staff are wonderful daily social, mental, emotional, and physical stimulus. [name removed] is very supportive and encouraging as we transitioned our dad to assisted living. [name removed] is proactive in monitoring the health of my dad and getting the help he needs. The staff is now part of our family!

My mother has always been a very independent person. However, with her mobility declining, we all agreed this was the best option. We were looking for a place that was very clean, pleasant, had a vibrant social scene, strong care infrastructure to get easier access to doctors, and apartments that had good closet space and were pleasant with good lighting. Heartis has so far exceeded our expectations. A warm, caring environment, great food, and great access to nursing and doctors - and my mom has made a few great friendships since joining a few months ago. I would highly recommend Heartis to others.

I moved into Allegria in the last year. The staff is very good here,. [Name Removed] from Dining Services has an amazing staff that attends to my every need. [Name removed] is very approachable and is open to suggestions. The location is so great, I have ocean and lake views. I am within walking distance to the boardwalk and I enjoy going to the restaurants with my friends and family. We are near Asbury, Neptune, and the best hospital in the area (Jersey Shore Hospital). The building is very clean and the housekeeping staff are extremely nice. I am grateful for a place for mom for giving me the recommendation for this facility.

HeartFields has been great, we have had a great experience so far. Our loved one recently went to the hospital for some health concerns and HeartField has gotten him back to feeding himself. The staff members are extremely friendly and we are very pleased with the care services. The community is clean, it is just a very good place. Every community is expensive, but the value here is much more reasonable.

They have lived here for 3 years now, and we could not be happier. Their apartment is beautiful and airy. The activities and exercise classes are challenging, engaging and fun. But most of all, we cannot rave enough about the wonderful staff. They are always so friendly, attentive, and caring. They treat everyone with respect, compassion, and levity. You can tell when people love what they do, and it shows here. I would recommend Brookdale Des Plaines to anyone who is looking for a warm and inviting place for their loved ones.

Solstice Senior Living has been absolutely wonderful, they have really gone out of their way to meet every single one of the residents needs. They were pretty strict during the pandemic but they have kept the residents safe. Almost 80% have fully been vaccinated. We feel very safe with our parents being there, the director is just one call away. No matter my needs or requests everything has been met. They are truly awesome.

We chose The Forum because of the location as well as the the reputation. I worked in the medical field for years and some of my patients had lived here. Her room size is very good, the others I have seen are adequate for the needs. I think it is a very pretty location, it is on a beautiful plot of land with a lot of trees far from busy streets. I would definitely recommend them to others looking. We toured during covid and it made a lot of difference that they wanted us and encouraged us to come into the facility rather than doing a virtual tour. It allowed us to see all parts of the facility rather than just the rooms.

The community was absolutely beautiful, and it was always very clean. The staff members are wonderful, and the food was great, I would even love to eat their myself. Westminster never lied to us, they always told us the upfront truth on what was included and what was not included.

We are so happy that our loved one is there at Brookdale San Marcos! As the POA for [name removed], I am continually impressed by the care, compassion, and thoughtfulness exhibited by all staff! There are too many instances to list but we know he can be a handful. We will always be grateful for their commitment and compassion for [name removed].
