Our family had an in person tour experience and The Lodge is a beautiful community but at the time it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one. It is a brand new community so nothing was really established yet, and they did not have a secure outdoor space that was developed. To us it felt more like an apartment complex.

I visit from out of state and visit a couple times a year.. My mom is happy and enjoys many of the activities. There are always choices for meals if you don’t care for the entrees. People are generally friendly there and the staff makes family guests feel welcomed. The outdoor property is a bonus that allows residents to get fresh air and some exercise. This is not found in all facilities. Glad my mom is comfortable.

I have been here less than a year, but I can tell you that I wish I would have moved here years ago and I will never leave. These are the best caregivers in the world and anyone who moves here will be well taken care of. The food is good and fresh. There are wonderful singers that come in every week and we had the most beautiful Christmas program already. Thank you to the people that make this place a great place to live and call home.

Our family had an in person tour and the facility is very nice pretty and smelled clean. The people we encountered were all pleasant but at the time they did not have any independent living apartments that had a washer and dryer inside, or that have the availability for us to put one in.

We chose TerraBella because they were very forthcoming about the staff to resident ratio and they seemed to have a lot of staff which was very important to us. My mom is in a a private room that is very spacious and her window looks out to the courtyard. I do wish they could communicate with me a little bit more. Overall I would recommend to others looking.
