This is a wonderful community with great staff to work with and who listen to you. My father has received excellent care.

I highly recommend it. There have been a couple of disappointing things, but pretty minor overall. The biggest thing is the fees went up 15% in the first three months, because of Covid they said. But other than that, they're very, very good. My mother is very happy. The residents are incredibly nice and friendly. Same with the people who work there. The place smells so clean, never any bad stereotypical nursing home smells. I couldn't recommend it more. The only thing that makes it a little less than perfect is the cost increase.

I tell everyone I feel like I'm living in a hotel because I don't have to clean or cook or anything. I just feel comfortable here. I can stay in my apartment if I want, or go out and meet up with neighbors. It's not a community that dictates "you have to do this or that." You can come and go as you please. I just really like it here. It's in a good location that's easily accessible, and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The only thing is, as a light smoker, I have to go outside to smoke and can't do so in my apartment. But that's not such a big deal. Everything else is more important to me.

Husband and I have found the perfect place here! Residents are friendly and helpful. Management is superb, efficient, friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms are more spacious then any of the 7 others we checked out. Storage located on each floor, as well as a laundry room. Meals 3 times a day are just fine. Activities galore. No cliques as in other places. Parking is covered and free. Come see us.!

Our family had an in person tour and the people were very welcoming, and friendly. It was an older facility and it just had a horrible smell - it was not like a nursing home smell, it was more like damp mold.

My son and I visited El Dorado and came away with a comfy "homey" feeling. I knew that is where I wanted to live. It is a good place to be.

Arcadia is an amazing caring community! They have helped my parents with so many changes and adjustments! The team is welcoming and friendly and goes above and beyond to assist with everything! We love Arcadia!

I have seen a few facilities of this type but none better. The quarters are homey, the food is very good. The staff is professional and friendly, plenty of activities with great variety.

The residents are friendly, the staff accommodating. I feel very safe at all times.

They treated my loved one well at Brookdale Bonita Springs.

It's Home!! I'm most thankful for 3 meals each day! Safety bars in bathroom and shower.!! T.V. service provided! Housekeeping provided etc..

The Sheridan at Bethel Park was the Mac Daddy of all the places we toured. I give it five stars all around. We loved everything about it. Pricing was really the only negative.

We had a great tour and really liked the facility, my mother was just not ready for memory care yet.

From the staff to the other residents, we have the best group of people here. That's why I love living here the most.

We have been very, very satisfied with our experience at Brookdale Tracy. I think my loved one is getting everything that she is paying for and it is a good value for what you get. The location has been great, she is so close to me now and that is an answer to my prayers. All of the residents are very welcoming and friendly. It is a pet friendly facility which is great, for an extra fee they can help take care of the animals as well. She absolutely loves it and we could not ask for anything better. I would highly recommend to others looking.

They are absolutely fantastic. Every single thing about it has been amazing, starting from the moment I turn off into the neighborhood. It looks like I'm going into a resort. And Mom calls it the closest to paradise she'll ever be. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are perfect. The bedroom and closet are nice and big. The bathroom is very appropriate for her safety. They keep things very, very clean. She has her own screened-in deck where she can sit and read. It's just beautiful. The food is delicious and very appropriate for a good, healthy diet. There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about Aston Gardens. It's been an amazing opportunity for Mom to be there.

I think it's wonderful place. They've been very attentive to my loved one's needs. When I was touring, they went way out of their way to show me around, including one of the administrators walking around with a leg injury with a camera. They've been very accommodating in scheduling meetings with any staff we've needed to talk with, and they've had roundtables with our family. Any concerns we've had, they have addressed and corrected them. They're just very accommodating, friendly, and professional. With all this Covid stuff and staffing issues, there has been some turnover and a learning curve with people coming in and out. But overall they're still providing good care, and they go out of their way to help my loved one. They just changed chefs, and whereas the food was good before, it is now excellent. It looks like they have lots of activities if you choose to participate. We got in on a pretty significant discount that will stick with him through his entire stay, so it's a good value. He raves about their recommended hospice provider, which is Holistic Care Hospice. He loves their staff, and they're very attentive. If you call them, they'll return your call within a couple of hours, or by the next day at the latest.

[Name removed] is the supervising nurse manager. He has taken extra care and attention to my grandma. We are new to navigating the processes involved in long term insurance, he helped. He also makes sure that she is well attended to. The experience at La Marea has been amazing. Helpful, fun, caring, and just a easy transition for my 91 grandma.

Good entertainment and lunch-pleasant staff.

This community is great and we loved it for my loved one. The staff were wonderful and very informative and friendly.
