My father was a resident from 2016-2020 (when he passed). During his time there, we visited multiple times per week, and the facility was always clean and all the employees well trained and very warm and welcoming. They all watched after my father like he was their own. Due to the positive experience we had at The Bentley (Dallas), I moved my aunt into the facility in 2020 and she loves it. She enjoys the other residents, the food and the activities. The management staff has done a wonderful job of keeping the residents safe during this very difficult time. I just can’t say enough about The Bentley.

When I first came here to tour they were doing chair exercises in the living room and were so inviting! So I sat myself down and joined them! From the day I first moved in, everyone has been so wonderful! I would recommend this home to anyone needing love and care and a great place to make friends and feel loved!!!

I have been living here for quite some time and I have enjoyed every day! I am taken care of, fun activities to do, lots of active residents. The 3 meals a day are great because I don't have to cook or clean up!

Great people, many activities beautiful grounds, good maintenance good food and lots of choices. Bring in outside entertainment. Great location as close to stores and restaurants. Excellent serving and cleaning staff. They know us (our names) and what we like to eat and if we have allergies. Love living here.

My aunt has been a resident with Cardinal Place for a few years. She is not just an aunt to me so we were not going to just settle for any place. The energy and love in this building is so wonderful. The residents always seem to be happy, cared for, and doing the most fun things. I love that I can visit any time of the day and always see smiling faces. I would recommend anyone to this facility. Great staff, great residents, great facility!!

This community looked very good just at the end it came down to the one that we felt was located in the best place and that the care and providers that were offered fit our loved ones needs. The tour was good.

The staff members at Madison Estates get a 5 plus they are wonderful. It has a very homey feeling to it, a very inviting atmosphere and most of the residents there are very happy which is a major plus. There will always be people to complain about the meals, but everyone we visit and speak with our loved one he is happy. The management is top notch, the manager and assistant manager are superior.

This community was our number one and the nicest community but it was just too expensive for the budget that was set for my loved one.

Being out of state I have only visited the community once, but it was very clean and the interaction I have had with the staff has all been great. Our loved one has isolated himself so we are unsure what activities they offer, but he is happy with the meals and dining service and we do think the value for cost is good

Solstice meets almost all my daily needs-from tasty meals. To a pleasant apartment cleaned weekly, to social activities that appeal to me, and shuttle transport for shopping and appointments. Thank you [name removed].

When you walk into Cardinal Place it doesn't feel like a nursing home. It's welcoming & friendly. Our family can visit my mom whenever we want & she's always happy/well taken care of when we see her. They could use more staff though.

I visit a loved one at Cardinal Place & i was especially pleased with how they've managed themselves throughout the covid pandemic. We get to visit from time to time, and from what i gather, they've never had any residents ill or pass away due to covid. I'm happy knowing my loved one is safe there & gets the care she needs.

Parkview is definitely one of the best independent living facilities in this area. The facility is very nice and we really enjoyed our tour. The only reason we decided against this location was because we felt that the parking and accommodations were a little tight.

[Name removed] is the supervising nurse manager. He has taken extra care and attention to my Grandma. We are new to navigating the processes involved in long term insurance, he helped. He also makes sure that she is well attended to. Th experience at La Marea has been amazing. Helpful, fun, caring and just a easy transition for my 91 grandma

There are great people here, the residents and especially the staff. The apartment is a little small, but it's okay. We got the biggest one they have to offer. Overall I think it's an excellent value.
