The staff are extremely friendly. They make you feel very comfortable in the uncomfortable situation of bringing your loved one to an assisted living facility. My mom loves the food. She's happy with the activities. Out of all the places that I looked at / toured, this was by far the best. I am extremely happy with them and would recommend them hands downs.

The staff here puts each person at ease because of their caring smiles, helpful voices and genuine concern for the RESIDENTS!

I was surprised and relieved to find this facility that offers affordable, flexible residential services for my mom who has early stage dementia. The staff is truly caring and the facility is very well maintained. The peace of mind I have knowing my mother is safe and cared for is priceless. Highly recommend.

I couldn't ask for a better place for my father to call home

My mom has been a resident there for almost a year. We were especially impressed with the care and commitment from the staff. My mom is very comfortable there and has a great relationship with the residents and staff. I feel very fortunate to have her there at Campbell Place, where I know she is safe and well taken care of. She feels safe and at peace and so do I. Campbell Place is a blessing to our family.

It is a good place to place your loved ones

When my father died from Covid related issues last December, the staff went way out of their way to look in on my mother and let her know how much they missed my father and wanted to let her know that they were there for her and my family to help with the grieving and to get back healthy, because she had contracted Covid as well.

Whenever I call or go visit, the staff greets u with a smile and a cheerful hello! I know dad is a trial at times because. . . . .’you know the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing!’ But he is happy, safe and healthy! Thank you all!

Campbell Place is a wonderful place to live. My friend has been there over 5 years now. The staff is very friendly and tuned in to the needs of each resident. There is a brightness and warmth to this home that is noticeable as soon as you walk through the front door! I have a friend in an assisted living facility in Comubus, said to be one of the better ones. Campbell Place is far superior in physical layout as well as staff. I wish my friend could move to Campbell Place!!

This place has a lot to offer. It's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive. I feel like they gave me a good price. The main reason that I chose them over other independent living communities is they have assisted living here as well. So if my health declines, that assistance is here for me. I'm very happy here. The food is excellent. They have 4-5 doctors, and there's a doctor here every day of the week. They have a therapist. They have pretty much everything the residents could need on the whole. The only thing they can't provide is 24-hr nursing. I think the people here are very friendly. I have a very nice 1-bedroom apartment, and I get two meals a day. Another thing that sold me on Brookdale is they have 640 facilities throughout the U.S. My daughter lives out of state, and 6 blocks from her apartment there's another Brookdale. So if I get to a point where I want to be close to family, I could transfer there, and my one-time community move-in fee that I paid to Hoffman Estates transfers with me. The only negative - and this would be at any senior living community, not just Brookdale - is the transition into senior living can be lonely until you start meeting people and get adjusted. It's just a different stage in life, and I urge people to make sure they're ready for it and have the mindset to embrace it. But I've started making friends, and it's starting to feel like home. It just takes time.

I thought Benton House of Grayson was very nice. It just was not in a good location for me. But it was a beautiful place. Everybody there was friendly. And it looked like they did a good job.

Everything is going very well at TerraBella Salisbury. The staff are all very friendly and personable. They were extremely helpful during the whole transition process from her home and made that easier on everyone. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This community was nice it was just a little too expensive for the budget we had set for my loved one.

I toured this community a little over a week ago, and was amazed how clean, peaceful, and beautiful it was. The staff and front office personnel was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. They have everything a senior could ask for from meals, activities, transportation, etc. Plus it was priced very reasonably. I look forward to moving my parents there in the future.

Came down to Florida to find my mom an assisted living. Toured the American House and loved it. Very homey and friendly staff. They provide everything we needed for mom and right people we assigned to move her in, Mom decided to come back to Boston with us. If she wouldn't have changed her mind to be with us. This would be her happy new home.

The Point has provided our loved a safe place so the value for cost is invaluable. It really has a warm feeling to it which drew us in fairly quickly. There are a lot of activities going on which we are both very pleased with, we have never regretted our decision choosing The Point.

Our family had an in person tour and The Watermark is a beautiful facility, right when you walk in everything is brand new and modernized. The staff members were amazing, but our loved one was just not fond of the location. It is off of a main road and having an elementary school right across the street could cause a lot of traffic. She was wanting more in a neighborhood setting.

This is a wonderful place. I would highly recommend Prestige to others for their loved ones. The caregivers seem to really care about the residents. The staff are friendly with the families and make us feel comfortable.
