We toured Holiday Diamond Ridge and it was a very nice facility, but it didn't have a 'community' feel based on the size of the facility and the long hallways. The tour was very nice.

[name removed] has been wonderful from the first tour right on through the whole process. The facility is clean. The apartment was freshly painted, carpet and kitchen flooring was brand new prior to moving my loved one in. I haven't tasted the food, but my loved one is satisfied. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Our family had an in person tour with Parkwood Village and we thought they put on a really great tour experience, however at the time we needed to move our loved one in, they just did not have a bed available.

Our family had an in-person tour with Solstice Senior Living and with everything we saw on the tour and everyone we were able to speak with, we thought it was a great tour experience - we ended up picking a community that was closer in proximity for our family.

The staff are very friendly. The concierge at front desk make you welcome when you check in. I feel like it's a safe environment for my mom. EVERY single person that I have met that lives there have been so nice and friendly. We've eaten there with my mom a couple times and the staff there make me feel like I'm part of a family. They know my mom by name which is very comforting.

The staff and management really care about the residents that stay at Ormond in the Pines. They assist in any way they can and don't complain about it. [name removed] took over not too long ago. He is working on turning things around since Covid hit in 2020. He and his team are bringing back the fun the residents used to have. I would highly recommend this place for your loved one.

I live in Nacogdoches and work at SFA. My mother lived in Louisiana, we where in a hurry to find her a place. The people here helped us very quickly, we got my mother in and settled within a few days. Its always clean and smells good. My mother is always doing something when I go up there . The care is great , they have two nurses , and the employees seem to really care about the people that live there. The food is very good too.

We made a great choice putting my mother here. The employees made this choice easy and not stressful. They always make my mother feel at ease , she has met many new friends. The care is great, the employees are caring and friendly. I have had meals with mother , the food is great too. Highly recommend!

I looked at 15-20 places and chose Veranda Club. Veranda Club's staff is extremely friendly. They helped my father acclimate. Residences are also very friendly, which was not the case at many of the facilities I looked at. His apartment is spacious and modern. Two doors to bathroom so guests do not need to walk through the bedroom. I am very happy with our choice and would highly recommend.

Parkview staff is extremely professional, kind and thoughtful in working with our mother. My brothers and I find them to be involved in engaging mom, the facility is spotless and everyone we have come in contact with has been thorough in their communication, answered any questions we might have and prompt in their response to email, text or calls. We all highly recommend Parkview.

This was a beautiful facility, but way too big for my mother. I think it's better for people who need assisted living. She would've been lost there. This place she's in now at Pine Ridge feels more like a home and close knit family.

Toured El Dorado with [name removed] and the property was nice and clean. The food at lunch was very enjoyable. Residents seemed very happy here. Centrally located and short drive to plenty of restaurants. I will be moving my mother in.

[name removed] was so helpful to me. She truly cares about the people she serves and it shines through so brightly. Everyone else was wonderful as well, but [name removed] made me feel so at home and comfortable with my decision to find a home for my loved one.

My loved one was a resident at Tipton Place for 3 weeks and then ended up needing a higher level of care. The staff seemed friendly and the housekeeping was good. My loved one raved about the food. Yes, I would recommend this facility to family and friends. My only reservation is the cost seemed a little higher than some other comparable places. However, the facility, staff, food, etc was great so maybe the extra cost was worth it.

Our family had an in person tour with Aston Gardens at Parkland Commons and we thought the tour experience was excellent, but the price was just way to high for our family, that was the reason we did not pick it for our loved one.

The Palms La Mirada is absolutely excellent. My father has been very happy there. The people and community are very friendly and helpful, and my dad is really enjoying becoming part of the retirement home and having friends again. It is a great stress relief to know that my dad is well taken care of and that there is excellent communication from the facility to the family. My father (who has always been a big eater) is very happy with all the meals and doesn't need any food / snack supplements from his family because he is always well fed.

The staff are all great and willing to help whenever they are needed. The main reason we chose Brook Gardens Place was because it is clean and the rooms are nice. Staff always willing to help my husband out! I would recommend this facility to others looking.

I love this place. I am incredibly happy here. I love my apartment too! I really do not have anything else to say, it is great. The people here are all incredibly friendly and make new residents feel welcome.

I do not have the words to express how pleased our family is with the staff and community at Marigold. We had checked out the Marigold community prior to my mother's passing and then called to view it again afterwards. The staff was super friendly and did not mind answering any of our questions. They had so much information prepared for us and made it simple to review. My dad decided to join their community and loves it! This move has brought so much joy at seeing him find a place where he is comfortable and at home. He has found a new group of friends and is enjoying all of the amenities that are offered at Marigold. A big THANK YOU to all of the team at Marigold - or rather - THANK YOU to the Marigold family for making us feel a part of their family!
