[name removed] was amazing, getting us all the information we needed to decide on a place. She was in constant contact making sure everything was going well. The place was very welcoming and clean. Moms one bedroom was a very nice size. [name removed] was very helpful with moms care. Nurses and residents were very friendly towards us. Mom never complained about the food and loved how personal the chef is. I am very happy with our decision in choosing Lake View Place.

I have to tell you that everyone I interacted with was wonderful.The staff is very approachable and helpful. I have attended several events, and families are welcomed and encouraged to participate with their family member. I am able to take my brother to his appointments, and when I visit I usually pop in. The residents are offered many activities and lots of socialization.

It's been a First Class experience, the team members are caring and professional. My dad is receiving excellent care in a friendly environment They are taking good cae of my loved one. They keep my dad and us informed of his health. They are always available when we need them.

Although the community is expensive, what we really like about Prestige Assisted Living is how cooperative and friendly the staff members are. They also have a variety of activities for the residents to do - plenty of opportunities for socialization and regularly scheduled meals. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The housekeeping is by a new company, the old staff was fired for theft. The food is a nice selection and is well prepared. My loved one enjoys all of the activities, especially the heated pool. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Everything is a 5 star in my book, except for maybe the meals. They're very good but could be improved. However the staff is amazing and my sister is happy there. When it comes to the activities there are art classes by some of the residents, daily walks, live music sometimes, lots of card games going on, movie nights with popcorn. They also have special events for every holiday and sporting events. The library is great, with lots of books and dvd's. There are also weekly bus trip to restaurants in the area for lunch if you want. A beauty parlor on premises which is great. There's probably lots more that I don't know about. My sisters dementia has gotten to the point that she doesn't really do much socially. She's made a few friends and enjoys meeting them for meals.

Like every new home, it took my wife a week or 2-3 to adjust to new surroundings and new staff. TPC handled it very well and helped her settle in. She was only there about six months before her sudden death, but I think she was really well cared for and treated extremely well. She could be very difficult, but they handled her well and were extremely good at communicating with me.

Mother just recently passed away after two years at SMSL. Her apartment was lovely with a balcony and beautiful view! She eventually had to move to the 3rd floor because she was not able to do the stairs in case of fire. It was a great room also. I can't say enough positive things about the staff here. They went out of their way to take care of Mother and make her feel loved and safe. Everyone from the Nurses, Resident Assistances, Maintenance and Administration were outstanding! A special shout-out to [name removed] the chef and wait staff in the Dining Room.......Mother loved [name removed] cooking and she adored [name removed] too! It's hard to put a loved one into a facility when you can no longer take care of them but SMSL was a Godsend to me and my husband for the care and love they bestowed upon Mother. They were also so supported of me when at times I would start to enter the rabbit hole of stress and anxiety over Mother. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!

I would rate all of them a 5. They are taking great care of Mom. She has adjusted really well to the different setting. The staff is always available at all times for concerns, questions and any help you might need during the transition. They make you feel welcome when visiting. The chef they have keeps them happy with the variety of foods. They have a calendar posted everyday in the common area that let's them know of the activities of the day. Brunswick Village is a great place.

They were great and very patient with my mom and as I observed, with all residents. Always cared about what we had concerns with. Very professional and helpful especially when my Mom went on hospice to the end. I highly recommend this facility too everyone who is looking for a safe friendly environment for their loved one.

We toured TerraBella Northridge and it was a great place! However, they were doing a lot of repairs due to a water main break at the time we toured and I knew that my loved one would not be happy there with all the construction work and noise. Under normal circumstances, I think this would be a great place to stay!

We toured Morningside of Raleigh and the staff was great! The facility was very clean and well kept. We know a resident who lives here and she loves it.

The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I don't have experience with the meals. My only problem is that they don't sort laundry per person very well; I would find my loved one wearing clothes that I didn't recognize. Not a huge problem, just weird. Housekeeping in the rooms is hard to judge, since my loved one would go to bed at any time of day, if she was bored, so bed would be unmade. Mostly good, though. Communication with the family is very good, with texts and calls after doctor or therapy visits. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff at Morada Cedar Hill is very kind and supportive. The apartment size is sufficient - I only wish that it contained a full kitchen. Would highly recommend to other families.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Although the transition was hard for my aunt, who is a fiercely independent 95 year-old, the kindness of the staff made it easier. Especially [name removed], who knew her when she was an elementary teacher, as well as several of the care assistants. They have made it easier for me as well.

Very courteous and polite staff, from nurses to caregivers to dining etc. Very nice facility and community, really feels like a close community. I would definitely recommend Summit Place of South Park to others looking.

In general the facility is very clean, this seems to be specific to her room. Personal care at times can be difficult for her, we have noticed her bedding has not been changes and there was a smell in her room. IT wasn't like this in the beginning. I think if the bedding was changed regularly it wouldn't be a problem. Communication regarding our loved ones care could be improved one. Our loved one got a bill for her meds and there have been several new medications added that we were not made aware of.

This is not the newest community in the city, but the residents seem quite content here. During our tour, several residents came up to my mother and started up a conversation, offering how long they have lived at the community and how happy they are. Wow! It was nice to see my mother actually engaging in conversation with others like she used to before my father passed. The lady who toured us was super sweet. She showed us the one-bedroom apartment with the yard perfect for her small dog. My mother is looking forward to moving here. I think it will be a great experience!

I would tell a friend that their loved one would be in good hands. The staff has been very patient and supportive. They communicate with me about everything , from little things to big things regarding her care. They helped me be proactive about getting Mom moved in there and calling in hospice care to be in charge of her and make her comfortable.
