From the day we signed the paperwork to the day our mom passed away there, everyone was so helpful and friendly. We could have never found a better place. I also wanted to add on her first day not only did the staff welcome her, but the residents told her welcome to our community. Our mom told us she like the staff and when they checked on her they would visit for a little bit. She had an appointment every week and there was this one week there was a problem and [name removed] the director arranged her ride and went with her so she was not alone. That was the most caring thing she could have done for our mom. But that is how all the staff is there, very big hearts. Since she could not be in her home anymore, I am very happy she was at Kiley Ranch Assisted living for her last days. We choose Kiley Ranch because it was so bright and open with all the windows it was so nice to see outside. The other places just did not have that or the warm family feeling as Kiley Ranch did. I would tell anyone looking for a place for their family members that this is the best place.

All 5 stars- The Camelot is a great place. The staff members are wonderful, kind, caring people. I looked at many places and this was by far the best place for any senior. The studio apartment is beautiful! It has a nice patio, with a beautiful view of their orange groves. This is perfect for one person.

My 101 year old mother decided that she no longer wanted to stay in her home alone. She moved and has found new friends and staff that keep her engaged in social and physical activities. We checked out almost every facility around Santa Rose and this one exceeded our needs and expations.

What we really like about The Gardens are the staff, they make all the difference. They are attentive and caring. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

My mother had been in 2 other facilities prior to coming to Terra Bella. I’m so glad I got her moved here as every employee, entire staff, kitchen staff are wonderful. They have a very caring group and willing to listen to your concerns or questions. They always answer your questions and resolves concerns or problems immediately. My mother has never been cared for as she has since being here. Food is wonderful as I’ve even eaten there many times myself. She is happy as well. They try to involve all residents each day in a variety of activities-residents cooking, painting, crafts, exercising, movies, outside activities, field trips for every resident whether able to walk, needs a cane or wheelchair. There’s so much more to for residents to do as well as such great love and care within this great facility. I don’t think anyone would regret being cared for here. They have exceeded every expectation I’ve had and feel do the same for everyone. Been a God send to me and my mom!

It's well run by competent and caring senior management and a core group of caregivers with expected turnover of others. Initial training could be better but they are quick in addressing concerns and retraining or adding training as needed. It is important to be present regularly because staff notices. They are very accommodating. Activities are constant but limited but they are very open to suggestions.

They have been courteous and responsive to our concerns. I woud recommend to others.

This has been a good experience for my loved one and family. The community is good at trying to keep the residents in independent living as long as possible, and this assists in my loved one feeling more at home. My loved one fits in very well with the other residents. They enjoy being here and my loved one is very happy here. This is a big plus for the family! The staff communication with the family has been good when we have questions about our loved one. [name removed] and [name removed] are the main staff members we are able to speak with. The family is able to check our loved one in and out of the community to enjoy meals and outings with the family. The meals could use some improvement for the residents with dietary restrictions as it would be nice to see more offerings.

We picked this community because of the location. It's been an excellent experience. I would recommend to other families, and have already done so.

Solstice is wonderful!! [name removed] is very happy there. He likes the food and the people. The price is fantastic. The extra services you can hire are also good.

We are very happy with Grassland Estates. Our parents are thriving. This was the right place for them. The socialization they have with residents and staff has been wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families if it fits their needs.

I toured Discovery Village at Deerwood and the tour was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were both great. However, the facility is more expensive than some others in our area.

I am pleased with the Holiday Westgate place. The food is good and all the residents are friendly and management are nice and helpful. We are happy.

I only have one thing to say and it’s about the voorhees yardly commons in the cafeteria I noticed that they keep the heat at 60 degrees without the residents in then when the residents come in to eat they turn it back up to 76 degrees well that defeats the purpose not only does it use more fuel but also puts a big strain on the heater check with the heater people

Bell Oaks is a very nice facility; my mom has been happier there than any of the other places she has lived. The staff is always very sweet and helpful and they take really good care of my mom. The only thing she really complains about is the food, but I am hoping the kinks will be worked out with that soon.

Moved my mom in to Parkview from her “regular” apartment in Frisco. She was living alone in a community where most residents worked during the day. She was isolated and largely alone. Unable to drive much, she was limited on going out and doing anything social. She was depressed and we feared her mental state and physical state were deteriorating. Plus she wasn’t cooking much and forgetting to eat. She’s 82. We thoroughly vetted Parkview and concluded this was the perfect fit for her. We were right. After only 6 short months, she has a solid group of friends to do things with, they eat dinner together in the dining room each evening, Parkview provides transportation to go to the Symphony which she loves, she is making center pieces for the dining room and participating in craft activities right there on site. She’s looking forward to the pool opening, and gardening. She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. Parkview was exactly what the Dr ordered. Highly recommended.

Worthington Place has been a wonderful home for my loved one. The facility itself is very clean and well-designed. Her apartment is cozy and pretty, with a built-in bookcase and kitchenette. The dining area is nice, and I like that it is designed for everyone to eat together if they wish. There is a beauty salon inside, which makes it very convenient for my loved one to get a haircut. The staff is caring and attentive. They are always willing to listen if my loved one or I need anything. If she does need help with anything, they are willing to listen and make any changes necessary to accommodate her. They are occasionally short staffed but it doesn't seem to last long. Even so they seem to try very hard to make everything safe and comfortable. My loved one seems happy here.

The best place we found for everything you want for a loved one to have So far very happy with our choice and would highly suggest coming here and checking it out before putting your love one anywhere else

Residents seemed very happy. All staff is great to work with. A vehicle to transport residents to appointments or shopping or outings. Daily activities every day of the week including church services. They, sit down restaurant with waitresses for every meal and a variety of food to pick for each meal. It's the most reasonably priced facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico for all of the amenities in the best staff.

Mom is getting really good care at Arbor View. She is always neat and clean. Her room is kept neat. They attend to your needs. If we ask about anything or voice any concerns, they get on it right away. The only thing I would mention is they could improve on communication - but I think that just comes down to fact that they're a little understaffed.
