The community is very peaceful. The staff are excellent. They really care about the residents.

During our search for Assisted Living/Memory Care for our loved one, we toured Benton Village of Stockbridge. All of the residents and staff were polite and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean!

If we could give the friendliness of the staff members 10 stars we would, they are just the most wonderful people. They keep the folks busy with activities. Our loved one loves the food and the chef, however but strongly dislikes the bread products and that milk is only at breakfast. The activities have been fantastic! She is always busy, lets just say our loved one met someone special at speed dating! Before this surgery our loved one was coming back to herself, it has been life changing.

We picked this community, because they had an opening when it was necessary. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend to other families.

These people, to include the CNAs, Med-techs, director of nursing [name removed], administrator, and activities director [name removed] are AMAZING! They care for your loved ones and make sure they get the care they deserve

The director [name removed] was wonderful, kind and compassionate. Nursing was also thorough and caring. The activities director made things fun for the patients.

If you're interested in finding a place where your famly member can be completely at ease, and you can be completely at ease as well, with the care and the attention that is given, Rittenhouse Village is excellent. My mother is very happy there. She likes the people there. The food is excellent. She loves her apartment. She has not had any complaints at all. It's a little more expensive, but for what she's getting, in my opinion it's well worth it. My brothers and I breathe easily knowing that our mom is taken care of and there are people right there. If she has any problems, they are right on it. I would say familiarize yourself with the pamphlets they have, because there is so much offered that it's easy to overlook services/amenities that are available. They take shopping trips and trips to the doctor in the community van. Living at Rittenhouse Village gives your loved one independence without having to rely solely on family members, which has been wonderful. I like that there are no stoves in the apartments, so we don't have to worry about her leaving the stove on. I also like that as her health needs changes, she can advance at Rittenhouse as needed. They have been a blessing, and I couldn't give them higher marks. The staff not only help and do whatever needs to be done, big or small - but they do it with a smile. They have been great to interact with and are very attentive to the needs and wants of their residents.

My brother was there for a 30 day respite while getting meds adjusted that were causing difficulties living on his own. It is a nice facility and I would recommend it. We picked this community because, it was closet to his home. I would recommend to other families.

The community is beautiful. Everyone is kind and friendly here. I have already told friends, doctors, and more about our experience. I will continue to recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This was a wonderful experience for us! The staff didn't want our loved one to go home, as they really cared for her like family.

I am impressed with the activities at Terra Bella Assisted Living and Memory Care. They offer fun crafts, games, wine socials and community outings to restaurants and local merchants. They are always open to suggestions on new places to go! The staff is friendly and helpful. It's all about the fun!

Our family had an in person tour with Aston Gardens at Pelican Marsh and based on the tour experience it was great, and now we know a lot more of what to ask and what to look for

We have had a great experience at Holiday The Palms. The people here are great. The workers are courteous and helpful. And the activities are good.

My mother was there for approximately two years ! She did enjoy her time there. And there was always something to do. The activities were amazing! There was balloon volleyball, concerts, Bible study, BINGO was her favorite! They had games, puzzles along with wine and cheese tasting! Sunday Church services every week and some sing alongs! The staff was good to the residents and their families. The food was good and snacks were always available! You really could go wrong with them! My Mama was special to us and we made sure she was taken care of and well entertained!

Our family had an in person tour with Highland Place and overall we thought the tour experience was excellent as well as everything we saw within the community.

The maintenance and housekeeping staff are great. They work really hard to care for the residents. I cannot say enough about them. The building is very clean and well keep up. The best community I have toured.

I assisted a friend to find emergency placement/respite when she was unable to be by herself and in-home care was unable to meet her 24 hour/day care needs. I toured one day, and they helped placement occur the very next day. This quick turn around is challenging, but the Heartis Team stepped up to assess and assist with very timely coordination and admission. While she was only planning to stay a couple weeks, she decided she was comfortable, and there were many things she would no longer need to worry about if she lived at Heartis. She is moving to her permanent one-bedroom apartment and bringing everything she wants from her house to make her Heartis HOME next week. She has also developed a few new friends .. another bonus! No Place is Perfect, but Heartis has come close.

My Mom loves living here at Terrabella Pheasant Ridge. The community here is warm and friendly. She receives Excellent care. The nursing staff is very efficient and caring. The community is always hoping with activities. The Celebration Director schedules the day full of games, crafts, music and other activities. The grounds are beautiful. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

What we really like about Independence Village of Olde Raleigh is that the staff is very helpful and nice to all the tenants. The in house dining is great for the seniors. They have independent living yet services that will help them. Caring staff would be nice and a great place for loved ones. --- we are happy that she chose this place to live. She wants to stay for as long as she can.

I haven't had the same experience as most yet. I actually rented my apartment and haven't fully moved in yet. I am in and out a few times a week. I go and eat and check my mail. I have a two bedroom one bath. Only a few boxes have been moved. This has given me time to meet the residents and staff. I really like all the staff and the residents. A few days ago, I sold my home. I will miss it. Especially, the kitchen and the cabinet space. The kitchen here has only a refrigerator, tiny sink, and small cabinets. No dishwasher. Speaking of cabinets, other than small spaces, there are none. I have a small closet in each bedroom. I have a nice balcony and a fireplace. I am paying for an off site non-temp controlled storage unit. There is wi-fi on the first floor but none on third floor. I say all of this to future residents to make a list of things to look for when making a decision.

When your loved one requires Assisted Living and/or Memory Care there is a difference in a company being fully staffed with employees vs. being staffed with employees who truly show they care and love the residents. That is the feeling you get when you engage with Pheasant Ridge. Ensuring quality of life is very important and it shines through. The activities program is one of the best I have seen and there is always events and activities to bring the residents together and give them excitement and joy during the day.
