I think it's a wonderful community. The people are friendly, very very clean and they seem to really care about the people they take care of. It's just fit our needs and they had an opening. It was like it was Gods for her to be there. It was clean and the people were warm and friendly. Also, it's very close to family. So far, we have been very pleased. Not to say that we haven't hit a few snags along the way, that's to be expected. Yes, we would definitely recommend this place to others. In fact, we already have.

My first experience at Summer House Park Provence was a Chamber of Commerce networking event, and later they welcomed our professional women’s business group monthly meeting. The staff was so friendly, the food delicious, and the parties were so much fun! We got to mingle with local politicians, business owners and residents. Years later, my family and I volunteered there and helped with clearing a spot for the vegetable garden that is still thriving today. From a field trip to a flower farm to daily activities to large parties they make it memorable! The events would always be decorated with fun themes, costumes and props made for awesome pictures with friends and loved ones and music to set the mood: Old West, Roaring 20’s, Champagne Brunch, Tropical luau, Mardi Gras parade, as well as the daily favorites like Bingo, ice cream social, happy hour and exercise. The staff there does an incredible job making it all happen!

The visit was very positive, the facility was well maintained and inviting. The staff was personable with many years of service, and our family felt Overlook was the best fit for mom's needs now and later as her needs change. I would recommend to other families.

The staff at Brookdale Bonita Springs is terrific! The housekeeping is, too. The laundry is just so so, my loved one has lost a few items and sometimes the clothes could be dried more so that they're not damp when he takes them out of the basket. But overall, I'm so grateful that he can get his laundry done. As for the food, I wish they would cook a bit better for the residents. The activities are great, including bbq's and other wonderful events. The lady at the front desk and the young man at the bistro are both awesome! Communication with the family is excellent. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

Everyone at Addington Place of Shiloh is extremely kind, and we feel confident our mother is taken care of. They make sure to get her out of her room, and everything is always clean and inviting.

We can't say enough good things about this place. They literally saved my husband's life this weekend responding to our call and getting him to the hospital for stroke treatment. Our big concern coming into the apartment was having a single sink in the bathroom. We have found that we use the bathroom at separate times without scheduling. Our natural routines work in our favor. The space being considerably smaller was not as significant as we thought it would be because of dining out of the room and the many activities available. I go to exercise class while [name removed] does his routine the occupational therapist put together for him in the apartment. The biggest thing we have found here is the helping attitude of both staff and fellow residents.

Beautiful campus and location! Staff and Management are wonderful and easy to deal with. The team is very engaged with members and the assisted living community. Tons of events and interactions with the residents and the staff.

We have been so pleased with our experience at Heartis Village - Brookfield. They have provided a true community for our mom (and peace of mind for us), knowing she is truly cared for and respected by the staff. The team provides so many opportunities for the residents to gather and participate in activities and to our delight - our mom participates with enthusiasm! I highly recommend this loving community.

The different levels of care makes up the price, so it can be expensive. But I would definitely tell others to call and check it out ! It's so different than normal nursing homes. More dignified of course it is licensed ! They were bought by a new company July 1st of 2022. They have the same staff that are there, not different ones all the time . This is the best decision we have made so far!

I wrote a google review the other day for Discovery Village at Deerwood, but upon reading it, decided it wasn’t enough, felt remiss in not mentioning a few names. [name removed] memory care director has been such a tremendous help to mom, as well as to myself. Mom did a picture and upon seeing it [name removed] asked for mom to do her one, made moms day and mom still talks about that, feels such pride. [name removed] has worked with mom since her arrival there and really helps as well as talks to mom, makes her feel so important, and that’s not just for mom but all the residents. [name removed], the nurse, tremendous assist for Discovery with a caring heart of gold. She was checking on mom on her off day and is so very responsive in keeping me informed. [name removed] was first caregiver I met at Discovery, such a gentleman in the truest since of the word and treats all residents with such great care and understanding. The caregivers at Discovery got together and sent mom a photo while in hospital, brought such a smile…

Hello I toured here with my dad and we viewed this community. It was such an amazing community with quite a few amenities. Alyssa toured us and was very informative and helpful. The community had quite a few amenities, a pool, quite a few activities and I am definitely putting it to the top of my list.

The Executive Director [name removed] was very nice and caring. She helped me through a rough time of transition. She also ensured her staff provides the best care. I highly recommend her and to other people for caring for your loved ones. If 1 person can make a difference, she does exactly that.

My mother in law had never been to any Assisted Living home. She came here directly after selling her home. She was sad initially, but the friendliness of the staff and other residents helped her feel right at home. And helped make the transition a positive one. I would recommend the facility to others. The quality of the staff and residents was amazing. The only comment I would give is that my mother in law is diabetic and needs better food options. Also, I wish there was a package without the food. That might make it more affordable. Other than that, great and I would recommend.

My loved one is a resident at Coastal Heights Senior Living and overall everything has been very good for her. The staff is attentive and caring, despite the circumstances of the resident. They're courteous to all family/loved ones who visit. All of the staff that I have met seem genuinely concerned about all of the residents at Coastal Heights. I would recommend this facility to others.

Overall experience has been very accommodating. When it comes to the cleanliness - deferred maintenance detracts. All of the staff members are friendly. I'm independent but many with walkers and some scooters. Counted 13 helper's names on mother's day card from [name removed] home care. The meals set time sometimes takes an hour to get the entrée. When it comes to the activities there is no bus driver, only one lunch trip. Good selection of games for shut-ins. It is a good value compared to other month to month in the area. I believe I made a good choice moving here.

Everyone was friendly, even residents. That really stood out to me. And as I visit each time, everyone greets you. I would definitely recommend Morada Friendswood to others who are looking.

The community is an older building; however, they do a good job at keeping it clean. The bathrooms smell nice. My loved one's room was clean. I would highly recommend Morada Cy-Fair to others for their loved ones. The staff truly cared for my loved one. They always made sure that my loved one had a meal to eat, if an appointment ran later than when dinner was served. The staff were very respectful of the family and my loved one. I witnessed the staff being patient with the residents asking the same question over and over again.

If you are looking for assisted living or memory care, look no further...you are HOME! The Pointe at Lifespring is the BEST! The staff goes above and beyond, and it is truly the highest quality of care, food, activities, etc. that you will find! Their programming exceeds all expectations. Your loved one will thrive!!! Highly recommend!!! It is on my more expensive side, but you get what you pay for!! The entire team is top tier!

My friend has enjoyed their time at Morada Cy-Fair. The staff are good at making sure the residents get involved with the activities offered. They try to please the residents and keep them comfortable. Everyone is friendly here! This is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones and friends.
