What a great place this is! My Mom has lived here for 3 years and we just love it. You won't find miles of concrete here or a busy intersection. It's tucked away in an old South Austin neighborhood surrounded by trees and wildlife. There is plenty of room for nature hikes, bird watching and a cute little creek running through it. Mom's favorite thing to do is sit on her patio in the evening and just enjoy the nature. The food is great and there is lots to do. They have cards, dominoes, exercise classes, crafts, movies. They have big parties with live music and drinks and food, social hours, and the dining room food is awesome! I joined Mom tonight for dinner and we pigged out on pot stickers that were just as good as any restaurant you could ever go to. I love this place and hope to move in myself one day. Mom loves it too.

Everyone there was very caring. They knew everyone by name and gave lots of hugs and attention. They were a bit constrained by COVID but provided a variety of activities. Bennett Place was very clean and secure. The nursing staff frequently called me with updates and changes to Mom's care. We were extremely happy with the facility and would highly recommend it.

We picked this community, because of the location, and amenities. Overall, we have been pleased with everything about the facility. Also, A Place For Mom was super with info and assistance. The staff is really nice and helpful. I would recommend it.

In looking for an assisted living facility for our mother, my sister and I visited a number of places in and around San Francisco before deciding on Sagebrook. We liked the size of the community, the cleanliness, the brightness of the interior, the lovely courtyard, and the friendliness of the staff. In the several months that she has been living there, our mother has benefitted from the very respectful, considerate and conscientious staff. When it came time to move Mom to the memory care wing, the staff and administration made the transition as smooth and easy as possible. Now she appears to be doing better than I’ve seen in a long time. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the whole staff — too many to name; I don’t want to leave anyone out! — are taking good care of Mom, which is a relief to me and my family. I would recommend Sagebrook Senior Living to my friends who are considering an assisted living facility for a loved one.

Can’t say enough about how great sagebrook has been for my grandpa. The staff are so loving and supportive. The programs and opportunities they offer create the best environment. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I work in the elderly care industry and toured many places in San Francisco, I can confidently say Sagebrook was and is the best fit! Thanks for all you do for my family and my grandpa.

Discovery Village at Castle Hill is a great place to live! The food is very good, everyone here is very friendly, and the staff is great and responsive!

It has been a while since we toured, but I remember that we were very impressed with Prestige Assisted Living at Marysville, perhaps even more than the facility we ended up choosing. The person who gave us the tour was great. We were also introduced to other staff members along the way as well. We decided on another facility just based off of location to family.

The staff at Walker Place is exceptionally interactive with their residents. They also work very hard to help families with all that goes with caring for our parents. We visited other places , but after visiting Walker Place it was obvious that they were more caring and the facility was much cleaner. I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

Friendly employees. Special appreciation and hats off to [name removed] in housekeeping and dining and [name removed] in the dining room. [name removed] the general is amazing. She not only leads the staff but jumps right into assisting wherever needed.

After visiting multiple assisted livings in the area Heartis stood out in a class of its own. The building is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The menu looked great and the residents were busy and having a great time. When it's time, Heartis will definitely be our choice.

My in-laws have been living at Sagebrook for a month. They've enjoyed many of the activities that are offered, such as the morning exercise program and flower arranging. My husband and I attended the Mother's Day brunch, which was lovely, followed by a piano concert. We feel that it's a safe and caring environment. We had an easy move-in process and have found all of the staff to be helpful and attentive.

I think it's a wonderful community. The people are friendly, very very clean and they seem to really care about the people they take care of. It's just fit our needs and they had an opening. It was like it was Gods for her to be there. It was clean and the people were warm and friendly. Also, it's very close to family. So far, we have been very pleased. Not to say that we haven't hit a few snags along the way, that's to be expected. Yes, we would definitely recommend this place to others. In fact, we already have.

My first experience at Summer House Park Provence was a Chamber of Commerce networking event, and later they welcomed our professional women’s business group monthly meeting. The staff was so friendly, the food delicious, and the parties were so much fun! We got to mingle with local politicians, business owners and residents. Years later, my family and I volunteered there and helped with clearing a spot for the vegetable garden that is still thriving today. From a field trip to a flower farm to daily activities to large parties they make it memorable! The events would always be decorated with fun themes, costumes and props made for awesome pictures with friends and loved ones and music to set the mood: Old West, Roaring 20’s, Champagne Brunch, Tropical luau, Mardi Gras parade, as well as the daily favorites like Bingo, ice cream social, happy hour and exercise. The staff there does an incredible job making it all happen!

The visit was very positive, the facility was well maintained and inviting. The staff was personable with many years of service, and our family felt Overlook was the best fit for mom's needs now and later as her needs change. I would recommend to other families.

The staff at Brookdale Bonita Springs is terrific! The housekeeping is, too. The laundry is just so so, my loved one has lost a few items and sometimes the clothes could be dried more so that they're not damp when he takes them out of the basket. But overall, I'm so grateful that he can get his laundry done. As for the food, I wish they would cook a bit better for the residents. The activities are great, including bbq's and other wonderful events. The lady at the front desk and the young man at the bistro are both awesome! Communication with the family is excellent. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

Everyone at Addington Place of Shiloh is extremely kind, and we feel confident our mother is taken care of. They make sure to get her out of her room, and everything is always clean and inviting.

We can't say enough good things about this place. They literally saved my husband's life this weekend responding to our call and getting him to the hospital for stroke treatment. Our big concern coming into the apartment was having a single sink in the bathroom. We have found that we use the bathroom at separate times without scheduling. Our natural routines work in our favor. The space being considerably smaller was not as significant as we thought it would be because of dining out of the room and the many activities available. I go to exercise class while [name removed] does his routine the occupational therapist put together for him in the apartment. The biggest thing we have found here is the helping attitude of both staff and fellow residents.

Beautiful campus and location! Staff and Management are wonderful and easy to deal with. The team is very engaged with members and the assisted living community. Tons of events and interactions with the residents and the staff.

We have been so pleased with our experience at Heartis Village - Brookfield. They have provided a true community for our mom (and peace of mind for us), knowing she is truly cared for and respected by the staff. The team provides so many opportunities for the residents to gather and participate in activities and to our delight - our mom participates with enthusiasm! I highly recommend this loving community.

The different levels of care makes up the price, so it can be expensive. But I would definitely tell others to call and check it out ! It's so different than normal nursing homes. More dignified of course it is licensed ! They were bought by a new company July 1st of 2022. They have the same staff that are there, not different ones all the time . This is the best decision we have made so far!
