Heartis is a beautiful community. You can tell the staff cares about the community members. Every person I came an across at Heartis was so easy to talk to and friendly. The community members I talked to had all good things to say. Over all it was a great experience!!

I was sad moving from home. But all of the staff here is wonderful. What I love is all the young girls doing the events are all sweet and beautiful. Now I feel at home here. Thanks to all the staff.

Most everyone has had experiences where the sales presentation is wonderful, but the real day to day does not mirror the presentation. I would say that Discovery Virginia Beach has a wonderful staff that sincerely care about the residents. What they say is not a pitch, but truly is how they feel and treat the residents. I have found that true from sales to maintenance, to staff I don't know, but who are continually friendly and helpful. Every commitment has been followed through. with genuine kindness. I'm not easy to impress, however, the staff at Discovery has impressed me...especially [name removed] and [name removed] in physical therapy.

Willowpark Place is a smaller population which is something I really like about this community. The staff are small town friendly and I would absolutely recommend this community to other families, it is a great value.

Although there's always room for improvement, I would give a 5 to all questions. I stayed there for five months as my mom's caretaker. My mom passed in January and my Dad has moved to a smaller unit and is doing well. It's a smaller facility so the staff usually greet you by name and knows something about you. The new director mingles with the residents during activities and meals. I would recommend Discovery Village at Palm Beach Gardens. They seem to hire people who care and aren't hesitant to let someone go if they aren't suited for that kind of work.

Love it here! Solstice just felt right the minute you walk in the front door. You will feel safe. You will enjoy beautiful surroundings . The staff and residents are helpful as you learn your way around. Meals prepared for you which is a plus!!!

We toured Holiday Chateau De Boise during our search for a facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice. The services and amenities that they offered were great, definitely a 5 rating. We really liked this facility!

A dear friend of mine moved into Sagebrook last November and has been very happy there. We love our weekly visits in the beautiful garden courtyard out back. The Executive Director greets residents and visitors alike with her warm smile and makes it feel like home. The activity director puts together an amazing line-up of activities, and her colleagues are so lovely with the residents as they facilitate the activities, from games to daily exercise to conversation circles around the morning newsletter to flower arranging and art projects to holiday celebrations. The first month my friend moved in they did a gratitude tree and had to write leaves with things they are grateful for. The first thing my friend wrote was "This facility and the staff!" The staff do take good care of my friend and make all the residents feel special and part of a community.

My mother in law (90) spent the last 2 1/2 years of her life in care at The Pointe at Lifespring. She received the kindest, most loving and thoughtful care we could have ever asked for or imagined right up until her passing on [date removed]. She was treated with dignity and respect, and cared for like she was the matriarch of The Pointe family. We are eternally grateful for the leadership, staff and support from The Pointe, and recommend them for the care of you or your loved one. My MIL suffered from dementia and Alzheimer's for many years. The staff at The Pointe has a highly trained and dignifed memory care area. We can't thank [name removed] and [name removed], as well as the entire staff for the love and compassion over the past 2 1/2 years. We have been blessed to know and love The Pointe community. We had used 2 other care facilities in Knoxville prior to moving her into The Pointe, this made us fully aware of the differences in levels of care. The Pointe was by far the best!

The care our loved one needs with quality dining and staff that supports her when needed. Activities both in the community and outside of the community provide the stimulation we were seeking for her. LOVE HEARTIS VILLAGE OF PEORIA!

Heartis Village is the perfect place to choose for your loved ones! You won’t come across a friendly facility. The residents are very welcoming and always have something positive to say and the staff make sure you are truly taken care of!

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community. Upon walking in the door, it just felt like home. It's warm, and inviting. Everyone was wearing a smile, staff, and residents. The residents were so happy as they got ready to go to their art activity. The building is aesthetically pleasing, and there's a lovely courtyard garden for all to enjoy. The team were kind, attentive to the residents, and very knowledgeable concerning caring for seniors. I will continue to bring clients to Sagebrook Senior Living at San Francisco to consider for their next home.

My loved one is a resident at Redbud Place and our experience with this facility has been great! The staff is very helpful. The facility is kept clean. The staff maintains communication with the family. The meals are tasty and presented nicely. I recommend Red Bud Place to anyone seeking an Assisted Living facility for their loved one.

I think that Coastal Heights Senior Living does a great balance of independent living and care assistance. And that also have a great variety of daily activities to keep my dad engaged.

The staff calls and inform me of any issues when needed.They go on outings, have a daily exercise class, have mass weekly, play bingo, multiple times a week, wii bowling, bags, sheepshead, blackjack, walking club. Usually two activities a day, my dad does all of them. My dad is very happy at RiverWoods and we have not had any issues related to the facility or the staff. The location is perfect. His friends and extended family stop by after they run their errands. It is also close to the freeway. I would highly recommend this place!

My loved one lives at Gateway Gardens and everything is great for her at this facility! The facility/staff is wonderful! The housekeeping is excellent. The communication with the family is great. The meals are very good quality. I would definitely recommend Gateway Gardens to family and friends.

My loved one is a current resident at The Haven and The Laurels in Stone Oak. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly. The food is tasty and there are multiple options. They have a lot of activities for the residents, which has been a blessing for us. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

La Marea Senior Living is among the very finest! I had no idea what to anticipate when I started looking for the ideal Assisted Living place for my parents. I visited more than 15 settlements in north county. Brookdale is clean. The staff is very caring and concerned for the residents. There are many activities to engage the residents. We picked this community, because of good reviews, it was close to home, and the caring staff.
