Everyone is easy to talk with, and very helpful.

The Welstone has been WONDERFUL. They are VERY accommodating and go above and beyond to make newbies feel welcome and appreciated. And they are all soooooo nice. Plus the apartments are beautiful. They all have washers and dryers in the units. Not all apartments have balconies/patios, but you can request to have one with them.

My experience s vast. I’ve been here for one year. in and out of therapy at different facilities, Brookdale is the best, things run on time and are orignized. Brookdale is the best. Everything here is on time

They've been fantastic all the way around at The Conservatory at Champion Forest. They even had to get an ambulance for Mom a week after she got moved in! Turns out, she picked up something too heavy and hurt her back and had to have surgery. The team there was really good at keeping Mom, my daughter in Houston and me in Florida all in the loop from start to move in! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Brookdale San Marcos has been the "High Point" of my retirement thus far. In the eighteen months that I've been here I have been very impressed with the delicious meals served in the dining room, the efficient, helpful staff (main desk, servers in the dining room, van/bus drivers, etc) and personal who clean the rooms. As I said above....A great place to live!

My loved one is a resident at Discovery Village at Southlake Assisted Living and Memory Care. Overall, the experience has been very good at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The Bridge to Rediscovery is a wonderful program and the staff that is implementing it is wonderful. The upper management leaves a bit to be desired. The Haven Staff is AWESOME. the staff that has been caring for and loving on my mama [name removed] and [name removed] are stellar, I could not ask for any better! I've (and my family) have been very happy with the Haven staff and environment that Mama has been in since day 1 [date removed] of the move in. I would tell people to overlook the paper problems and paper pushers. Just focus on the people that are caring for our loved ones. It is a big company and with that comes issues of upper level management caring only about the bottom line, money. Mama is happy, safe, loved, clean, and stimulated. I'm good!

There were four things that made our decision easy: 1. cleanliness 2. friendly staff 3. friendly residents 4. pet accommodations specific to my moms wants and needs. All the staff in all positions are amazing. They all go out of their way to accommodate the residents and make sure they are safe, happy, and comfortable. I can't say enough good about both the staff and the residents.

My husband has been a resident since May 2023. Prior to coming to Heartis Village, he resided at a different memory care unit for 9 mo. and were so turned off by the care or should I say lack of care. I decided to look for a better facility for my husband. I toured 3 and decided on Heartis. I found the executive administrators to be friendly , kind, empathetic, transparent and very professional. The staff is attentive, very caring, so kind to their residents. All residents are treated with respect. I see hugs and an occasional kiss given to residents. I also want to mention the activities people and the amazing job they do to keep the residents active and involved. The meals are amazing, and the Chef comes out to ask the residents if they enjoyed their meal. And thanks to Maintenance and housekeeping everything is well maintained and clean. I am so pleased and happy that I found Heartis Village for my dear husband of 45 years.

Whitter Place Senior Living is a good facility. They have a nice outdoor area for those people who like to be outside. the rooms in memory care are all spacious and the floors are new. The bathroom are all very accessible. I would recommend Whittier Place to others, I have nothing bad to say about them. It is a good place overall.

I moved into an apartment in this facility in [date removed[, and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating, although the dining room servers need more training and discipline in serving. There is a great turnover in employees and the new personnel is not always of the right caliber. Overall, this facility, based on stories from friends, who live in other, similar facilities, rates better than most.

We give a 5 for everything at the New Seasons at New Britain. The staff members there are very helpful during our loved ones transition. The friendliness of the staff members during the tour as well as the follow up calls and texts is something we appreciated. They kept up with that until we got our loved one here from down south.

I would rate all a 5 with the exception of activities. Reason being that I believe many of the residents who are capable of getting out would like to do so more often. Be it trips to the zoo, museum, animal farms, local restaurants, golf courses, movies, etc. The meals are absolutely delicious and residents get generous servings. The staff is extremely helpful, very respectful, and most accommodating. Those that I've interacted with treat my loved one like they would want their loved ones treated. Any concerns that are raised with the executive director are quickly and effectively addressed. We love that Terra Bella provides transportation to and from doctors appointments for their residents. This is especially helpful for those whose family members work full time jobs and can't get away as often as is needed. Truly a lovely community at a reasonable cost.

I would recommend Morada to anyone wanting a residence. With the tour experience, all questions were easily answered; time was allotted so I didn't feel rushed. I did not feel pushed into a decision-- no 'high pressure sales. It was very positive.

The staff at Kempton of Greenville was always very courteous and kind, speaking to visitors, other staff and residents when passing in the halls. The residents were also very kind to me as a visitor. I got to know several of them. My loved one's room was kept clean, and the staff was always available by text if I had any questions. I would definitely highly recommend this facility to others!

I am very impressed with Spring Cypress ,and would highly recommend. It's very nice and clean. It's a new facility. My loved one is very happy, and is pleased with the food. They answer all of our questions/concerns. They offer breakfast starting at 7:30am, and then they have activities throughout the day. Compared to other places, the value for the money is good.

Today's tour was absolutely tip-top. Heartis looks beautiful and the staff people we happened to encounter all seemed pleasant, upbeat, and all that a resident could hope to have in their staff. Because we have no nearby family, if we have any sense that either one (or both) of us needs assistance, I know exactly whom I am coming to see. Thank you for the big-time investment you made and again, thanks to you, I now feel we can get nice care when the day comes.

We looked at many facilities looking for the perfect place for my daddy. As soon as we walked into The Pointe we knew we were home. The team was so warm and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and looked put together and professional. The caregivers were visible and helping residents. The memory care director was so nice and helpful to ease our nerves with the big move. Now that he has moved in, he is doing so well and I wish we would have done this sooner. Cannot recommend The Pointe enough!!!!

Holiday Pinewood Hills has been a great experience so far - our loved ones love the food, the value for cost and the friendliness of the staff. We would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.
