The staff is really wonderful with the residents. My Aunt said they always make sure she is included in things if she wants to be. We see the people we met with when trying to decide on a place on most visits there. My Aunt is having a great time with all the activities and really enjoys the entertainment. She even has a best friend already! In addition, it has brought her much closer to her son who can now visit without having all of the caretaking stress. It was the best place for our Aunt. Thank you for your help.

The staff is amazing, and the value is great.I would definitely recommend them. I am glad that my mom is there.They are great at keeping in contact and giving me updates. They have my moms well being in mind.

My room is too hot year round. Great library. Finally have good medical care with [removed]. Good Doctor now. She is working on getting me a free walker. Living space is on the third floor but perhaps I could get a chance to choose differently, I am not happy on the third floor and soggy wet floors in certain places. Room is TOO HOT!! I felt that I was only shown a room that had been assigned to me by the market director, no alternatives were shown for me to choose from!! I didn't know I had a choice of my living quarters. Happy that there is a pool to swim in. The room is too hot!! I desire a cooler and a warmer room in winter!

I'm very pleased and content to be a resident here at San Marcos Brookdale. After checking out other retirement homes for myself I found San Marcos Brookdale . I have a comfortable room, good view. The food is tasty and well prepared. The help is wonderful and caring. I tell my sons that Im very pleased and comfortable here. Thank-you

Walking through the front door I was convinced that we had walked into a fancy hotel. It is stunning! I felt like we were at a 5 star resort! We just popped in and Colleen welcomed us with open arms! The apartments are beautiful and the finishes are very elegant. We didn't have time to stay for a meal but the food looked and smelled incredible. I have been looking for a place for my mom and was amazed at how different this place looked and felt - plus it doesn't have that weird smell. I can't wait to show my mom around when she comes to town next month! The only negative is I'm not old enough to move in myself!

We picked this community, for our loved one because it was smaller and more one on one care. They offer great care, and great meals. I would recommend to other families.

I think Morningside of Wilmington is a great place. I appreciate the cooperation from the staff. The aids are very patient with my sister and others. All the staff initiate friendliness first and are helpful.

My mother has lived here for 1 year. It's a small community which makes it easier for mom to get around. She has made many friends. She really enjoys the group exercises and I often catch her with the ladies playing Scrabble. We could not be happier for her. Oh and the staff here is amazing.

I love it here the people are friendly you always knock on your door to check make sure you're okay the food is delicious and it's like being at home. I love it here, and have new friends. I picked this community, because the price was right with my income everybody else wanted too much.

When my parents could no longer live in their own house, we all decided to hunt for a new place for them, and The Forum at Lincoln Heights was one of the greatest possibilities we had for their retirement years. They began in a magnificent Independent Living facility at [removed] and are now looking to shift shortly, with The Forum at Lincoln Heights as their preferred location.

My family and I were nervous about moving my Aunt into an Assisted Living, but she has loved living at Morada Quintessence. It’s a smaller community that she doesn’t feel overwhelmed in. The care staff has been amazing and we have nothing but great things to say. Will be recommending this community.

This is a very homey style community. The Executive Director knows what she is doing. The staff truly care and they offer exceptional care for the residents. The staff are good at communicating with the family. Also, the Executive Director is good at making referrals for additional services provided by Medicare and following up on requests by the family. There are three meals a day offered to the residents. Benton House truly understands the difficulties of families and their aging loved one. During the tour, there was an industry staff member that goes into several different communities, and they even thought this was the best community around.

My dad(dementia) has been there 1 year and 8 months There is a fair amount of staff turnover, however, there are also several staff who have been there years and lend stability. It is not perfect, but he is well cared and seems to be the best place for his situation. They are all expensive!

We were all very satisfied with her treatment at DeWolfe Place. Our loved one didn't take part in activities, but what I was able to see, it was all good. The staff members were great and the food was very good ( compared to the food at community name removed!) she liked the staff and told us so.

Had a great day and warm welcome experience when visiting this beautiful community of Soltice Senior Living. From dining room, library area, game room, living spaces and grounds were clean and well maintained. [name removed] was very hospitable and helpful with questions or concerns during our Tour. Staff and residents were also very friendly.

We picked this community, because it was close to our home so was easier to visit and check on MIL on a daily basis. For the memory care, this was a good fit for our situation. The tour was nice and detailed. I was shown both sides, memory care and the care for non-memory issues.

The Morada Quintessence community has been very good to my husband. I was out of country during his respite stay, but several of our children and friends went to see him. He was always well cared for. Based on the experience we have had with the community, we would recommend them to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I liked the way it looked and I had a positive interaction with the people I spoke with.I would say it was a good experience. I would use them again. I would recommend to other families.

It was the nicest we saw, they have activities and they take the memory care residents on field trips . You have your own room with your own stuff. It feels like a resort . They are constantly doing activities that you can join in or not. A very nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to others.

I think for this point in life, Discovery Village at Southlake is a good place, and I would recommend it to others. But I don't 100% believe the hype about any of these types of places.
